If you try to leave a poor review, the restaurant merely has to claim your reservation was canceled. Then, you cannot possibly leave a review. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with Open Table, but customer service has never responded.
We used OpenTable.com for the first time. We also have an account with them. The very first time we used their service they sent us an email accusing us of not showing up at the restaurant and should have cancelled our reservation. We WERE THERE and the hostess marked off our reservation. Will never use OpenTable again!
I lost my handbag in this restaurant 2 weeks ago.
When I went back on the following days, they barely listened to me and when I asked for a responsible they kept saying there was none.
I was sitting in a corner and later that night someone tried to make payments with my credit card so I suspect someone from the stuff... especially with the way the acted when I went their on the following days
Very disapointing...
Through Open Table, We had a booked and confirmed lunch on Christmas Day at Parker and Quinn New York. We arrived on time to find the restaurant closed. Not serving lunch. The woman who answered the door said Open Table are always doing this and she wished they wouldn't. So did we!
The last 12 times a restaurant's website has directed me to OpenTable for reservations, OT has said the nearest reservation for my time slot is 3 days from when I requested or worse. I then called the actual restaurants and got the exact reservation I was looking for, and there were usually lots of open tables at those times.
It is a tradition that we eat at a tapas restaurant when visiting Chicago. Over the years we've eaten an many. This year we came across the BEST tapas restaurant ever! The restaurant is named Nia and is located on the west side of highway 94 on the west loop.
This is a small family owned restaurant that really cares about the food that is served. The atmosphere is calming, elegant and inviting. The service is outstanding! The best part is the food served; the food is very fresh and presented elegantly. The flavor is fantastic; the combination of ingredients and spices are outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We will definitely be going back. A 5 star restaurant all the way!
Never again! I made a reservation in my name and the reservation email came back with my husband's name. This is especially unnerving since my husband passed away three months ago. Open Table is a terrible reservation service. I will never use Open Table again!
Opentable used to be great. Done, get points, use points. Now it's a huge hassle to use points. You have to decide aheoof time where to use them, then they were declined so I called opentable at the restaurant and they said the lines were too busy so I could email them but you can't email them! Sooo frustrating! I hate the new way. So obstructive. Hunk of junk!
I have gone to many restaurants that have not been able to meet my dietary needs. Brio's has exceeded my expectation with each visit. I am on a restrictive meal plan and have several allergies and Brio's has created beautiful and delicious meals that make my dietary restrictions feel more like a treat. I highly recommend Brio's Legacy Village and Jackie R is a wonderful server who is able to get me in and out of Brio within my lunch hour feeling happy and satisfied!

We spent a memorable evening in Aster restaurant on 18th of August 2017. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We were looked after so well by the Manager and all the other staff members.
The Chef came to visit us in the wine cabinet, also she had made an additional delicious course for us.
Before our visit to the restaurant the Events Manager had kept in touch with me and the staff were aware of all my additional requests.
We finished off the evening with an exceptional Aster Martini and my friends are still talking about the successful evening in Aster.
Answer: I don't know, but I do know that Open Table gets $1 from the restaurant for each person on the reservation. So they make $8 for a party of 8, but give a (puny) $1 to the person booking it. Good point to bring up with them.
