I booked a flight to rome and back for two and they declined the flight there and confirmed the flight back which is not just bizzare but extremly frustrating i try my upmost to get in touch with opodo as they had already take the money out of my account however i could not at all get in touch with them no phone number, email nothing only a txtbot service which took all of 2 hours wait time and turned out to be really useless we eventually got a refund on our outbound flight however they did not give us the full amount this company is a complete shammbles and con people out of money do NOT use them

Never again after 10 years booking with OPODO.CO.UK will i book again ever. They had me thinking at the end of my booking that add there opodo extra for just £27 per person, we could be able to change our flight as many time as we like, if need be for FREE of charge, just paying any airline differences in flight price?. Well i wanted to change my out going flight to a diffrent day. I phone opodo, to be told yes that ok BUT i have to pay airline charges of £100 per person. I told them that they must of had this print very small, as i wouldn't of taken out the extra for £27 each if i had known this was the case. They also told me that they were not under any circumstances in customer loyalty NOT giving me a refund. OPODO YOU STINK LIKE THEM ALL. I WORN PEOPLE DON'T TAKE OUT THE EXTRA WITH OPODO, IN FACT DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. WHEN YOU RINGING THEM UP THEY CUT YOU OFF THE PHONE, AND CALL CENTER MUST BE IN INDIA AS HARD TO UNDERSTAND THEM.

If it was possible, I would give it zero stars. I understand that this year has been hard for travel companies but that does not excuse Opodo's complete lack of customer service. I booked flights to the USA before Covid started but the trip was cancelled due to lockdown. Even though my flights were cancelled, Opodo sent me no notification of this so I had no proof they had been cancelled. It took me hours and hours of phone calls for my refund to begin processing and I was told it would take up to 3 months for me to receive it. 3 months later I still haven't received it and opodo have removed their phone number so the only way of the contacting them is the almost useless online bot. After writing to them a couple of times, I ended up having to file a money claim through the courts to get my refund as what they were doing was illegal. Even that didn't work and only received the refund once a bailiff was sent round to their office to collect it. It took 8 months, numerous phone calls and court forms, and a lot of stress for me to get my refund. I regret ever using Opodo and advise against even considering using them.

Just stay away. Stay far far away. Do not use Opodo.

Website opodo.com advertised falsely flight from Belgrade to Las Vegas on March 10,2020 for 314.09 EUR that is equivalent to $345.00
To the end of reservation process they were showing this price 314.09 EUR. But in the end when I submitted payment I was charged 358.48 EUR that is equivalent to $394.00.
They cheated. I called them to ask for refund and they told me "We charged you 30.56 EUR our fee and Condor charged you 327.92 EUR. TOTAL: 358.48 EUR. They charged me 44.00 EUR more then they advertised. And that is $34 more then Condor advertise the same flight. They mislead me. They lied. When I called them they told me to contact Condor because Condor and that they have nothing to refund me. The women I spoke to, spoke broken English that was hard to understand. I will never ever again buy ticket from them or will ever recommend anyone to do it. It's a big scam. They took my 44 EUR and I will dispute charges and also report them to Better Business Bureau.

I booked a flight with opodo they sent me confirmation but reakised they only done one way baggage, so I phoned them the same day and they said my flights have been cancelled and they will refund my money within 7 days,
Sent emails one reply they will look into this sent another email no reply 8 days later I phoned them and they said it will be another 10 days before I get my money back, im waiting for a supervisor to get back to me,
So if I never phoned about the baggage I would still think I had flights as I got a email confirmation, but never got one for the cancellation,

1-they just entered my account in Sweden and took 362 Euro with no reason, checked out and found its Indian company and just registered in London, even the customer service ( what i believe its just a girl sitting somewhere in India and using British number said she need a booking reference to answer my question which was: how you took my money and why?
I called my Bank and my Lawyer to start lawsuit against them.
2- in fact as i said i didn't book anything through ((Opodo)) so stop asking about reference number.
Already made a report to the swedish police Yesterday.
3- i tried to send you an email to: (enquiriesuk) but its fail because its fake.
4- today i called Opodo on their British number which operated from India and they passed me to 3-4 different persons finally the last one checked my credit card ( which i already blocked) and told me" we don't have any reference or booking for you", i asked him why you took my money? He said "it's your problem and u should know"! Then he said sarcastically " go to Police or Lawyer "
Note: eDreams, GO Voyages, Opodo and Travellink all belong to the same company: odigeo. And they are all facing countless number of complaints on the travel forums!
5- i have been contacted from Opodo through Trustpilot and they refund all the amount was token from my account and it's show up yesterday.

We booked with Opodo as we wanted to book with different airlines to and from our destination due to more favourable flight times. One of the airlines for return cancelled the flight time and said we could book on a different time but needed to do this with Opodo as they were our booking agent - made sense to us. Opodo said they could not do this - I still don't understand why, but after a lot of trying to solve the issue we ended up cancelling our whole booking with them so we could then rebook the flights directly with the airlines. We were told we were entitled to 80% refund - we got about 60% back and gave up trying to recover the remaining 20% as it would have cost us more in phone calls to them in order to put pressure on them for this - they used all sorts of excuses like an error in currency rate etc. etc. So that was our first and only time of using Opodo - our advice to anyone thinking to use this website is PLEASE DON'T USE OPODO, you will most likely be ripped off. We've learnt our lesson.

Booked a flight via opodo on atlasglobal more than 3 months ago on 3. 11. 19 from london to kuwait. Flight was cancelled due to recent financial struggles of the airlines. Airlines doesn't provide any communciation/information on what they intend to do and what you can do to receive your refund. They don't respond to your emails. When you call them up, they say to get in touch with your booking agency (opodo in this case) and ask them for it.
3 months on, I've been calling both, atlasglobal and opodo. Opodo staff keep saying they have no information from atlasglobal and keep telling me to 'wait for more days'. They don't provide any proof that they are involved in the process or trying to get the refund issued.
Honestly, my suggestion is to stay away from all turkish airlines (atlasglobal, pegasus). I've had many flights cancelled/delayed because of them. Personally I'll never be using opodo again either. Trying to save a few quid is always nice but no gurantees provided via third party booking agencies and you end up losing hundreds in the process.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - 1 MONTH ON AND STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SORT MY ISSUE
1) The phone number you have on your website and gave me is wrong, it does not work.
2) I have rang 4 times, emailed around 10 times to get an invoice. After being promised it many times, over four weeks later I still do not have it.
3) I booked a flight from Sydney to Cancun 6 months ago, today I have found out that I am not sat with the person I booked with. No supervisor present to speak to, the customer service person couldn't understand that seat 18e and 19e are not next to each other, they are in different rows! When I asked for the supervisor to call me this never happened.
4) If you ring the "UK" number - it isn't the UK you are calling, it is India - beware for when you get your phone bill after being on hold for half an hour and calling numerous times

I had a very bad experience with opodo service.
I had 2 flights booked via Opodo service.
It was two connection flights from Lahore(Pakistan) to Dubai (UAE) and from Dubai (UAE) to Kyiv (Ukraine).
When my flight on 15 February (Sunday)from Lahore to Dubai was delayed for 11 hours and I was not able to catch my next flight from Dubai to Kyiv, Opodo customer service was not able to help me with rebooking (flight from Dubai to Kyiv) as the working hours of opodo hotline service were only from Monday till Friday. So I was not able to contact them on Sunday concerning my next flight rebooking and my money for a next flight from Dubai to Lahore were lost/wasted.
Opodo didn't assist me on time with my flight rebooking.

I booked through skyscanner I was booking direct flights from Melbourne to Dubai and then Dubai to Manchester with emeritus when the confirmation came though it was with China airline with3 stop over nowhere when I was booking the flight did it say It was not booking my original choice I rang the telephone number on the booking which was incorrect and then tried web chat which did not work when I goggled their number the next day they said it was too late to cancel, I was on the on to them for over an hour still not resolved

I booked a flight through Opodo and they sold me travel insurance through their partner company, Intana, for my trip, but I later found out the travel insurance was only for UK residents (no notice on their website). Keep in mind that I had already listed my address (not a UK address) when I booked the flight, so they already knew I was not a UK resident.
Before my flight I get a high ankle sprain and can no longer go on my trip.
Hours on international calls getting the run-around to try and find a reasonable solution and they offered to change my flight for a fee of $225 and the difference in the cost of the airfare.
So I look up the cost of flights on the airline I had booked with in the month that made sense. The prices were slightly higher ($40 - $50) than I had already paid, so I expected to pay an additional $275 - $300 and call it a day; better than losing out completely.
Well, three redirects later after calling Opodo back, and they tell me they can change my flight for a total fee of 800+ Pounds! That's over $1000 if you're curious, far more than the new flight I found on the airline's site.
Basically they tried to "fix" their problem by screwing me over a second time, citing additional fees (which I wasn't originally told about) as the reason.
Avoid this company at all costs!

NEVER EVER USE OPODO. My mother is extremely ill so I booked a flight through Opodo four days in advance of departure and received confirmation. Two days before departure, I checked the airline website and found that my flights had been cancelled. I rebooked on another site then called Opodo to ask why my flights were cancelled and why I had not been informed of the cancellation. I was told it was an 'internal error' and it was 'taken care of'. I said it was their fault, I had already rebooked and did not want to be charged. I was told I needed to be put through to cancellations. The person in cancellations said they were new and not trained to do this so sent me through to admin who told me to read the terms and conditions and I would not get my money back. They sent me back to cancellations (hung up on me mid-sentence). By this time I was in tears. Then I received an email from Opodo to say flights cancelled and no charge. Person in cancellations finally confirmed I would not be charged. All this after spending 50 mins mainly on hold at 10p per min. What would have happened if I had taken their confirmation at face value and had not checked the airline website?

I'd just like to send you a huge SCREW YOU.

You've almost destroyed my business trip to France and holidays to USA twice in a row in two weeks by providing false information.
You told our flight to Lyon is cancelled by Brusseles Airlines, even though the flight actually happened and we've been declared as NO-SHOW and therefore couldn't travel back.
We had to book a train and new flights.
You told my tickets to Los Angeles are cancelled, are non-changeable and non-refundable, therefore I didn't know until the last minute if I'll have to cancel my dream holidays to USA.
Thanks god Turkish Airlines helped me and changed my cancelled tickets to new ones in 5 minutes in airport for free (even though you kept lieing to me that neither changes nor refunds are possible according to Turkish Airlines rules for my booking, despite my arguments).
You kept lieing to me in both cases, even though I tried to call you and write you at least 20 times.
Flight ticketing is a super responsible business, because plans and destinies of thousands of people depend on you.
And you're the most irresponsible company I have ever faced.
I hope you go bankrupt as soon as possible.

Worst Travel Agent I have EVER booked with.
I booked a flight via Opodo for TUI flights. TUI refunded the cost of the flights but the refund was made to Opodo who have refused to refund me even after over 15 calls and 6 hours on the phone to their numerous useless customer service' representatives. Each person says a completely different thing. I was told to send an email to show proof that TUI had refunded the flights to Opodo. Once I done that, they said they didn't receive the email. Once they FINALLY confirmed they received the email, they told me I would have to wait until they contact TUI to confirm this.
Any excuse to avoid paying me back! Opodo is by FAR, the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Rude customer service' representatives (based in India) who have limited training and will try every trick in the book to avoid paying back customers - I will be going through my bank to obtain my refund via the Chargeback scheme!

I have booked a round trip flight from Vancouver to Cairo from opodo website. I have made a call directly after my reservation (during my free cancel period) to inquire about this flight refund policy. They told me that if I cancel my ticked I would be refunded my money (1070 GBP) after paying (125CAD + 25GBP) cancellation fees and I have continued my booking based on that.
I have performed the cancellation later but I was refunded only 112 GBP while I was expecting to be refunded ~ 950 GBP. When I contacted the customer service they said the agent in the cancellation call informed me that 110 GBP will be refunded and I approved. When I explained for them that there was misunderstanding as the amount was equivalent to the fees I have been informed about earlier they refused my request of verifying the first call and they don't think they don't need to give explanation.

Very bad customer service and support, I booked a ticket and then asked to change the dates in which I was informed to pay 171 EGP difference between the 2 tickets but after that I was deducted 171 GBP instead while the original flight was 195 GBP, so I should pay the double for a transit flight? When I asked to change that they were unhelpful and then I canceled it to be deducted an amount of 75 GBP instead of 50 which is very high as I did this change.
