I had recently found out that the person we trusted with our taxes, stopped filing them. For two years... I decided to contact the professionals at Optima tax. I did not know where to begin, Albert listened to me, he explained to me the process of how they work and yes, they can help. Martha M. Filed my back taxes as soon as i was able to get the documents to her. My case manager Lois Kept me informed about my case every step of the way through resolution. Turns out we were owed a refund. The first check we have received already... I would recommend using Optima Tax 100%
We started with Optima Tax back in November of 2022. We reached out to them asking if they were able to help us with our 940's for federal. They stated yes but it was going to cost $22,000.00 to do so. We paid our first payment on 11-17-2022. We finished paying them on 8-17-2023. Since we paid them in full in the amount of $22,000.00, we have not heard anything from them! When I would call, they would ask to send them the last 3 months of pay stubs. I have tired numerous times to ask for the resolution from the IRS but no response. Need Help! Don't call them...

I have been searching a company that would help me with my IRS problems. I came upon Optima Tax Relief on my emails. I called a gentleman named Andre and he explained how Optima Tax Relief works and if it would be beneficial for me. He was very informative and very helpful to me.
I couldn't be happier with my experience, the team that took my case was always professional and courteous. I work nights and it isn't always easy to get a hold of me and they showed extreme patience with me through all that, I was very scared to start my tax resolution and they made the process eay and painless.
So far I've been very happy with optima I had minimal paperwork from my business because I got sick and when it got shut down the previous owner threw my paperwork away and optima has been able to work with that and I'm very thankful I have an appointment on the 19th at 2:00 p.m. to find out the final outcome I pray the optima has gotten rid of my bill because I have given optima all my money I have no money to pay taxes I am disabled living on fixed income
After my initial call to Optima they went to work for me in a way that left me shocked. I got a call from them telling me what was needed from me and what to expect in return. I was amazingly surprised by what they told me. But they were amazingly correct and my troubles with the IRS became a problem of the past. I would strongly recommend Optima Tax Relief to anyone who has trouble with the IRS. They were great with me and I know that they will not disappoint anyone who comes to them for help.

The day that I got the call from Optima about the results of my situation, I had to ask again because I didn't believe what they had done for me and my family. From the moment that Optima taxes began the process I have prayed alot so that my God would do something about my problem with my taxes.

Had a wonderful person helping me in Erminia. It was really rocky and scary in the beginning but they all were very patient with me, and very kind. Things were tough during our unforgettable year but I am thankful and prayerful of the help and the assistance I received. I have already recommended 4 ppl to OTR and going forward I will definitely talk up OTR when ppl around me have tax issues going on.

It took a while to get everything settled with the IRS, but it was definitely worth the wait!. I did not get to talk with all of the "behind the scene" people,and they are the unsung heroes,in my opinion,but I did have the pleasure of communicating with Adriana and she did a fantastic job! I applaud everyone that worked on my case. Optima did everything they said they would do,and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! I initially owed the IRS more than $65k in penalties, back taxes and interest. I was attempting to satisfy the debt by paying $700 monthly to the IRS. For months I tried to resolve the issue with the IRS and all I got were papers to fill out every time I called them. I even got an IRS advocate who never contacted me when she said she would and did not really listen to my concerns-did not do much to help me. I found Optima by accident when I was researching ways to get in contact with the IRS. Right then I called Optima, gave them my info and immediately they got to work. Before you know it they had taken care of my problem, set up and payment agreement and I never heard from the IRS-I used to dread getting letters from the IRS-what a relieve to have Optima staff deal with IRS instead of me-that in itself was a great experience and if I ever have problems with the IRS again, I know who to go to-OPTIMA
