It was a long process but a well deserving process. Dealing with the IRS alone as a individual is not good for a person who does not know the laws rules and regulation of IRS TAXES. Optima Tax help me to under stand the the Laws of the IRS. Im so thankful of Optima Tax ( WORDS CAN NO EXPRESS THE WAY I FEEL).

Note that all those who helped along the way did a great Job, but in the outcome of the solution i thought by those commercials you have on the TV i would be able to get a better reduction on the taxes i owe, but that was not the case.
As per Optima, the rules are needed to be following IRS guidelines and i did not Qualify as i understood, but again i thought that i would get a better deal, when i asked Optima representative i was told that Optima states in the fine line that Optima is not responsible in the final word from the IRS, all is understood, but i will have to pay more that 30k in 72 months, so this is only issue i had with Optima, every thing else was good.

So Far my experience has been exceptional. I owe $21k+ in taxes and so far I am pleased with the process. Easy, nice, helpful and calming agents. I'm anxious to get my final results.
