I have bought this device in May of the year 2019, after several times use in the first month then I found the battery can not be fully charged. Every time the green light is on, it only lasts 1 or 2 times, I have used it for a couple of minutes every time. Nearly two years now I'm still waiting for the replacement of the faulty device but they refused to change it. If you don't want to waste your money and time, my advice is "don't buy", as it would give you lots of trouble as Origani NZ their customer service is really unacceptable.

I would like to reiterate my dissatisfaction and disappointment on their after sale service. 1. Unable to exchange my products as promised, even though upon encountered skin allergy. 2.No proper solution given despite having complaints on request to exchange to other products, but instead offered me to purchase a device with a 50% discount.($#*! deal) 3. Lost my thermal mask set I returned and could not provide a valid reason for the loss. 4. I was promised to get a reply from the Philippines team to call me within 48 hrs but failed!
I bought the manuka honey peel, cleanser and day cream two months ago, had a really good experience and I can actually see amazing results my skin feels so smooth
Products are useless - do not work.

I tried the Manuka honey peel, and the body butter. They smell divine and leave my skin sooo soft. Great new product.
