Purchased an item and was sent the wrong order. I contacted the
Merchant and they took 6 days to response when explained they
Refused a refund and would not work with me on a resolution.The
Company forcefully applied my refund to a GIFT CARD with out
My permission and kept refusing a refund even though it was
Their fault and what is worse it that the product originally
Purchased in the size desired is not available.
