Purchased an item and was sent the wrong order. I contacted the

Company forcefully applied my refund to a GIFT CARD with out
My permission and kept refusing a refund even though it was
Their fault and what is worse it that the product originally

Tip for consumers:
Beware of Suspicious Return Policy and Limited sizing. Customer service takes a Week to respond and Phone Calls are never returned.
