I ordered night splints for my feet. They did not fit properly. I returned them in the proper time, in original condition, and in the proper boxes and wrappings. They received these splints back on July 5, and have not credited my account. They have a answering machine that takes messages, they I get a prepared reply, if I get one at all. They said the problem would be settled in 24hrs. This didn't happen. Then I was emailed that my accouont has been credited pursuant to their return policy, and wait a few days for the credit to appear on my statement. This was July 25. I turned it over to my credit card holder (they are wonderful); however the money still has not been credited. I have never been able to talk to a real person at Orthoticsandbeyond.com
