Director of Operations) lied to me when she said she had sent an email about this policy. She went so far as to send an email on the policy WHILE I was on the phone with her. I have never experienced such dishonesty and disappointment in a company and costumer service in my life. Thh hi is company should ashamed to employ people like this. $180 stolen
