The contact-us information, the refund policy, and the shipping policy on their site are false - the Headquarters address given for contact and refunds belongs to an independent hardware store, which has no affiliation with Ortorex.au. The five-star reviews on the website are misleading and fabricated. The negative, one-star reviews like mine, are blocked.
