I ordered a product from China, but OSM was not the delivery company that got it from China to the US. The parcel showed up at N Las Vegas in the US. OSM took only 2 days to get it to Atlanta where it was handed off to the USPS. USPS took 3 days to get it to my P. O., just 2 states away. So, OSM is not as fast as Amazon, but better than the USPS. I am not sure why others were having such issues. Maybe their Vegas to Atlanta route is better staffed, or maybe they have new management.
Tracking is incorrect, company lies about status, Customer Service copies and pastes boilerplate from the website when inquiry is made. Different Customer Service agents give wildly different reasons for delays, and use phrasing like, "Hopefully, it will be delivered by...", and "It appears to be lost in transit...", none of which gives hope that their "data-driven" service is any less fictional than their parcel status reporting. Most recent experience: item shipped 24 July was received in Secaucus, NJ on 27 July...and has now been there for over a month. OSM denies they have it, claims Secaucus is NOT a facility, but just "a zip code." Status shows "Picked up by shipping partner"; guess who "shipping partner" is: OSM Worldwide. Two Customer non-Service reps say " Picked up" doesn't really mean what the entire English-speaking world thinks it means...turns out it means "logged into the system". Who knew? Worst service ever. OSM lost my package in York Pa. For over 4 days without updates except a stale message "USPS awaiting item". I guess they sent it by horse and buggy, MAYBE BY FOOT to USPS, very sad, and not at all anything close to decent service.
Tracking below shows OSM Worldwide had my package and sit on it for 9 days before giving it USPS. OSM blames everyone else. It's USPSs fault, it's the sellers fault, we never had your package. Not only are they not capable of shipping, they're liars.

OSM denies every bit of this. Today is the Aug 25th. I still have not received this package.
No one cares. OSM doesn't care, USPS doesn't care even though OSM is their shipping partner and making USPS look bad. I have complained at every available avenue.

This "shipping partner" is not able to fulfill any of its promises and should not be used. Customers are furious about waiting 2+ weeks for packages to be handed off to USPS. Missed promised delivery dates for pre-Christmas but also created 2 week delay in mid January. Awful.
Have held onto my package for 3 days moving it only 1,000 miles. Not sure if this is some kind of money making loophole for them or what, but I paid extra for shipping just to get my package handed of to a sub-par "partner".

31 days and its still not here. I bought and received two other items from the same Country. They arrived faster. No reply to inquiry placed twice. Once when item sat in foreign customs awaiting clearance for 11 days. Next email inquiry was after package was "uplifted" and still nowhere after 5 days. Luckily now a newly posted update says 3 days ago it actually reached my country. Nice to learn. But where? No idea. The local post's tracking number? Again, no idea. At least tonight I have hope again. What a tease.

My package has been sitting in their warehouse or whatever exactly 45 min away from my address for 14 F***ING DAYS! If I were the CEO of OSM WORLDWIDE I would be too embarrassed to admit it. They should be put out of business and the buildings burned to the ground to purify the ground! Do NOT use these people!

If you use this because it's cheaper you don't care about your clients at all. This sucks as they barley even give updates on tracking and takes forever! Not only that you have to email them about inquiries instead of talking to someone. And on the voice mails GRACE! You can tell she hates her $#*!ing job by the way she leaves the voice mail. Seriously? I will mirror other reviews from dissatisfied customers. If I could give them a negative five I would. Deplorably unprofessional, slower than a snail and awful customer service. I have PTSD and dealing with these people just triggers the heck out of me. Will I ever receive my book? I'm highly doubtful. Just an awful, horrible company..
If you want to watch whatever you ordered, bounce around the country for a week...move further away from you and then come back to your state and overshoot your location by 30 miles then sit for a few days...and wonder when or if you will ever get your package...then this is the shipping company for you. If I had known this company used OSM I never would have placed an order.

Took more than 8 days ( still have not received it) to get my package and no updates on tracking? It sure why they took my package to PA from GA as I'm in SC!? Customer service isn't good either. Especially dealing with something Personal like Mail
Items do not ship out in timely manner. The packages sit in sorting facilities. My packages sat for 9 days before it even moved. Once usps got it the items moved correctly. Don't use this company just go directly through USPS.

I refuse to order from anyone who uses OSM as a shipping partner. Slowest company I have ever seen. If you use this company to save a dollar on shipping you need to stop. They are costing you business! People do not want to wait 2 or 3 weeks for something that should take 3 days to deliver.
Late, late, late. Same story as everyone else. Packages just sit with them, waiting to be delivered to the local Post Office. Someone scans it, and they must then say "good enough" and toss them onto a pile to be delivered whenever they feel like it. Latest package has taken far longer to get to me from 20 miles away than it did to travel the distance from California to Illinois.
If you're using this company to distribute packages you should call them up and ask them if they're willing to pay for all of the lost revenue they've cost you. I've sworn off three online retailers I used to order make $200-$400 worth of products multiple times a years because they chose OSM. I'll give them credit for being consistent. Consistently terrible to the point I had no choice but take action of banning anyone using OSM as an intermediary
The package that we are waiting to receive here in New York City left OSM's York, PA facility 8 days ago. Still, the package is not here and no word on where it is. I have no idea how OSM runs their shipping logistics, but I can assure you that it is consistently terrible. Because this is not the first time that we have had something shipped by a seller using OSM and had to wait and wait... and wait. I don't understand what is going on. It's right there in Pennsylvania---just get it out in the mail! What are you doing? Why does no one else take this long to deliver? OSM's promo material boasts, "OSM Worldwide provides our clients with the fastest and lowest cost USPS program we know of." Gee, I wonder why it's so low cost? Because it's terrible! You have to wait weeks to receive your package. The sellers who choose to use OSM may save money but in the long run they are going to lose money because customers will leave!
Well this shipping partner is the slowest I have delt with for quite a while. No tracking information that is updated in a timely fashion, just says handed over to shipping partner. This shipping partner needs to get their heads out of thier a$$. I hope they go out of business soon
I am sweating out my 3rd experience with these people. If businesses that use them would appreciate how much damage they are doing to their business this problem would go away. Anymore, if I suspect OSM is involved I will not purchase. I've never run a shipping company but am absolutely sure I could do a better job.
My package was supposed to be delivered today, but thanks to OSM Worldwide, it got stuck in York, PA! These kind of shipping services should not exist these days. Generously rating your shipping services with 1 star since 0 star option is not available.
All I know is every time I order something online and OSM is involved my item's shipping is delayed by days. I think they must be holding it just for spite because they can. I certainly get tired of checking my tracking numbers only to find "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" day after day after day. This usually happens with shippers in California so I will no longer be ordering goods from any seller in that God forsaken State. I wish I could give minus five stars. Giving one star seems way too much credit.

I buy used books and dread seeing an OSM tracking number. Using OSM adds a week to wait times.
It also adds another week for my parcel to be damaged more due to the extra handling times.
