I ordered a product from China, but OSM was not the delivery company that got it from China to the US. The parcel showed up at N Las Vegas in the US. OSM took only 2 days to get it to Atlanta where it was handed off to the USPS. USPS took 3 days to get it to my P. O., just 2 states away. So, OSM is not as fast as Amazon, but better than the USPS. I am not sure why others were having such issues. Maybe their Vegas to Atlanta route is better staffed, or maybe they have new management.
Tracking is incorrect, company lies about status, Customer Service copies and pastes boilerplate from the website when inquiry is made. Different Customer Service agents give wildly different reasons for delays, and use phrasing like, "Hopefully, it will be delivered by...", and "It appears to be lost in transit...", none of which gives hope that their "data-driven" service is any less fictional than their parcel status reporting. Most recent experience: item shipped 24 July was received in Secaucus, NJ on 27 July...and has now been there for over a month. OSM denies they have it, claims Secaucus is NOT a facility, but just "a zip code." Status shows "Picked up by shipping partner"; guess who "shipping partner" is: OSM Worldwide. Two Customer non-Service reps say " Picked up" doesn't really mean what the entire English-speaking world thinks it means...turns out it means "logged into the system". Who knew? Worst service ever. This company suck. Very slow shipping. Package not even mooving. Stuck somewhere in York PA only 4 hours away from me. It been10 days since shipped when walking distance from sender to me take only 8days
My item was picked up by OSM Worldwide in Montgomery IL or Aug 4. On August 9,5 days later, it was in Glendale Heights, IL. According to Google Maps, It took 5 days to travel less than 25 miles which should have been a 45 minute trip. On Aug 11, the product arrived in Las Vegas and should be delivered to me on Monday. Why so long? Why did they fart around with my package for 5 days?

Package says left this york, PA facility 5 days ago & coming to NYC. Are you shipping it by foot? York, PA is literally a 3 hour drive to NYC. Why any "reputable" company choose to use this awful company to deliver its packages is beyond me.
OSM is the slowest most unorganized delivery service. Ot has taken over 3 weeks for a package from Illinois to Florida. I can from Florida to Michigan in 48 hours. I received a package from Brazil in less time. They Suck.

I ordered something that was being shipped through OSM. After processing It was "shipped" on the 7th and I kept a close eye on the tracking and the first update I got was on the 15th and it was still at there facility after finally leaving there facility and making it to IL on the 18th it has just been sitting there it is now the 21st with no word on when im going to see my package. Absolute slowest shipping partner there is.
OSM is the best shipping service ever! Why you may ask? They uses bikes to deliver packages, reducing 99.99% of harmful carbon to the environment. Because if they didnt there are no freaking way they are on pace with a bike according to google Maps. 8 days to get from PA to NV. Most likely another 2-3 days to get to me! I cant wait fpr my package to arrive haha! No. I actually cannot wait any longer. This OSM is hot garbage. I would have pay more money to not get this trash of a "service". This "service" is more of an inconvienient at this point.

ETA finally received my "package". The books were gone and all I received was a SHIPPING LABEL. They completely destroyed my package and still had the nerve to send me the label.
I ordered a package through a reputable Resaler. They had said it would take 7-10 business days to be delivered. Well we are coming up on 10 days and nothing. When I track the package the USPS states that it was picked up by OSM 8 days ago and hasn't moved since. When I reached out to OSM I got a generic response and was given no help. If you see that OSM is going to handle your package request a different shipping method. If you are a business DO NOT WORK WITH OSM! It will negatively affect your business! Update. Now two weeks later my package has gone from one sate over (new jersey) to Illinois, and then to Pennsylvania. Still waiting...
This company is incompetent and refuses to be accountable for potentially compromised packages. I'm in MI and their sorting facility claims that my package departed on 7/14 in Glendale, IL. I am 4 hours from that center and they've STILL failed to turn the package over to USPS.

OSM Worldwide is PATHETIC shipping. My package has yet to arrive. It was ordered on November 29th and shipped that day. It sat in Niagara Falls, NY for EIGHT days. It then traveled to a town just 9 miles/15 mins East of Niagara and sat for FIVE days. It finally left NY and went a few miles to PA where it's been sitting for several days. I live on the West Coast. It still has eight states to go before it arrives in my state. Crawling slowly to its final destination. Did this order time-travel back to 1789 for this special delivery?!? Placing bets on it arriving before/after 2023.

I ordered products from a company that uses OSM that was sent to them October 12th. It has never left their facility. My products were reshipped and they still used OSM. So now it is a wait and see time again.

OSM Worldwide is a shipping nightmare. I purchased books from two vendors--both Goodwills. First, Seattle to Helena Mt. It arrived in 2 days--sent strictly by USPS. The GW in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota to Montana has not arrived--pushing on 2 weeks. I found out when I got a tracking number that this GW uses OSM Worldwide Shipping. Yep. I go to the tracking and my package From Minnesota is sitting in TEXAS!? (after going to Chicago). And now it's on the USPS to get it to me--according to their tracking. This is such a scam of a business. How can this possibly be cheaper than a strictly USPS shipping? Let me guess--they have a government contract. We are getting scammed, taxpayers. And the USPS is getting the heat. Lets get some transparency in this company.

Still waiting on an order from Viasox as OSM has had it either sitting and waiting, floating up to Canada and back. It's been 6 days and was supposed to be expedited shipping. From now on I will ask before I order and if OSM is involved, I won't order! Horrible service!
Been stuck on the status of "Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item" since July 18. It's August 10 now. Almost a month of now movement or even getting it over to USPS. Worst part is I live in Los Angeles and my package is shipping from Los Angeles. I could've walked over to pick it up faster than they can hand it off to USPS. I had different items ship from China a week and a half ago, another from the UK 5 days ago and I've already received it. OSM makes no sense why it's taking this long to get one thing right.

I bought a perfume from a company in New York a week ago, April 8th. I live in Southern California. It didn't even leave the East Coast (York, PA) until the 12th. It then took 3 days to get to Las Vegas, arriving there this morning the 15th and left there this afternoon. Vegas is only 4 hours from here. It hasn't been handed off to the USPS yet. I hope to get it on Monday. But 9 days is entirely too long. I'm noticing that the Shop app tends to use OSM, so I'm beginning to avoid vendors that use Shop unless the vendor is already out West. But even then it takes 4 days when the USPS takes 2-3.

I will do 0 if I can. This shipping company will use 5 days shipping a package from Atlanta to Alabama, how that gonna be happened in 21th century.
Ordered a book paying for standard shipping. I assumed this meant it was going parcel post, but oh boy was I wrong; I checked the tracking and found some bizarre company I had never heard of was shipping it. The vendor promptly dropped it off, and it stayed at their warehouse in New Jersey for nearly 2 weeks with no updates. After 11 days it somehow made it to Illinois, then Michigan, where they dropped it off at the Post Office and it got to me the next day.
This company had my package in their possession for over 2 weeks with no updates. Then they turned my package over to the Postal Service, who not only started giving me regular updates, but they had it at my door within 12 hours.
Essentially, I paid the person who sold me a book to pay OMS to deliver the book to the Post Office, and then OMS paid the Postal Service to actually deliver it to me. How is this a viable business? If you are thinking about using this company to ship things, look elsewhere. The Post Office is probably cheaper and won't leave your customers wondering what kind of sketchy business partner you've decided to ship with. I certainly won't be ordering from any vendor who ships with them again.

I had an item from Amazon ship out through them as a shipping partner with USPS. I was informed it was shipped on October 12 from Aurora IL, but myself and the company I bought from could not get OSM to respond and give tracking information. It was not until it was updated to be handed off soon to USPS in Aurora IL on November 4th that I was even given a tracking number. It is now November 8th, and my package is still with OSM, and has not reached the USPS carrier facility.
If you can avoid using this "carrier", avoid it. There are far better companies out there. If you want a good one for international always pick DHL, I've gotten packages shipped through them from overseas *early* every single time. For domestic literally any other carrier is better than this one.

I ordered a deck of playing cards from amazon, shipped by OSM.
Order sat in Anaheim, CA for 5 days says the shipping partner had picked it up but hadn't taken it to USPS yet. Then it goes to Nevada, Texas, Illinois and who knows where else before it finally arrives. I've never had anything from USPS take this long with shipping so it must be OSM itself that is the cause of the delays.
If a company uses OSM, we know they care only about saving money and not about customer satisfaction.
It baffles me ANY company would use OSM, as they ALSO happen to provide the absolute worst customer service of ANY shipper within the US.
Bottom line, from the customer perspective, they are absolute garbage. I only wish companies would consider this before partnering with them.
I get shipments from all over the world, and it is FASTER to get something from China, India, Europe, have it go through customs, wait to be transferred to a US carrier, and be delivered direct or even last-mile delivery service, than to get ANYTHING domestically from OSM. The delays are insane, unnecessary, and show a lazy freakin' company, when they let items sit for 4-5 days (yes, business days), without ANY movement.
BOTTOM LINE: OSM is the worst.
If I knew before ordering that a company used OSM, I would *NOT* order from that company again!
