I ordered a product from China, but OSM was not the delivery company that got it from China to the US. The parcel showed up at N Las Vegas in the US. OSM took only 2 days to get it to Atlanta where it was handed off to the USPS. USPS took 3 days to get it to my P. O., just 2 states away. So, OSM is not as fast as Amazon, but better than the USPS. I am not sure why others were having such issues. Maybe their Vegas to Atlanta route is better staffed, or maybe they have new management.
Tracking is incorrect, company lies about status, Customer Service copies and pastes boilerplate from the website when inquiry is made. Different Customer Service agents give wildly different reasons for delays, and use phrasing like, "Hopefully, it will be delivered by...", and "It appears to be lost in transit...", none of which gives hope that their "data-driven" service is any less fictional than their parcel status reporting. Most recent experience: item shipped 24 July was received in Secaucus, NJ on 27 July...and has now been there for over a month. OSM denies they have it, claims Secaucus is NOT a facility, but just "a zip code." Status shows "Picked up by shipping partner"; guess who "shipping partner" is: OSM Worldwide. Two Customer non-Service reps say " Picked up" doesn't really mean what the entire English-speaking world thinks it means...turns out it means "logged into the system". Who knew? Worst service ever. I ordered a battery on 5/19 for a time-sensitive phone repair. Quoted the cust a repair date 5/27, part delivery via USPS quoted to me on 5/25. Sweet, plenty of time. Yeah... I died a little inside when I saw the words "shipping partner" on the tracking. As I write this, it is late evening on 5/24 and tracking has shown "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" since 5/20. Even if it somehow gets to USPS tomorrow, it's still 3 states away and will take a few more days to get here. I had to reorder the battery elsewhere with overnight shipping to meet SLA, so thanks for costing me money.
I will never understand why any retailer uses these middlemen instead of shipping directly with USPS or any other legitimate shipper. I have never ONCE received a package handled by OSM or any other shipping partner in under two weeks. They sit on packages for weeks, bounce them around to different states, or you'll see multiple "arrived at facility" scans at the same location before they eventually, HOPEFULLY, hand them off to USPS. Every retailer should be required to disclose use of shipping partners so customers can order elsewhere, or at least not be surprised when they have to wait weeks for domestic shipping. Do yourself a favor and don't shop with any retailer that uses shipping partners, and cancel your order if you see one on the tracking after purchase.
I'm not even going to bother arguing with the seller or contacting OSM for some canned excuse, just filing a chargeback. Ridiculous.
I live in WA, which, the last time I looked, is west of UT. OSM shipped my purchase from UT to IL, 1,379.3 miles east of UT. My purchase has been wandering around for eleven days.

Use USPS, not the commercial carriers.
Extremely disappointed. My package was picked up from the distributor 3 weeks ago and never made it to the post office. No excuses.
Waiting ten days so far for OSM to move a package from Illinois to the nearest Illinois post office for shipment to Wisconsin. TEN DAYS and it's still in the hands of OSM. Horrible service!

I have purchased from several companies that ship with OSM (FKA One Stop Mailing?)
My last package was scanned 3 times in 10 minutes when it "Arrived at USPS Regional Facility" then 5:29 later it was "Accepted at USPS Regional Destination Facility" which was the same facility. The next stop was another facility 100 miles away, "Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility." Then back to the regional facilty in my area and final to my local post office where it is now out for delivery. I haven't received it yet but it is out for delivery.
Another purchase just got completely lost a couple of months ago. And I remember other items bouncing around in the postal system for several extra days.
I don't know if the problem is OSM or USPS or possibly a disconnect between the two. But when my orders are shipped directly through USPS I do not recall any of this bouncing (looping) occurring. I doubt that anybody in usps or osm really cares. For that matter probably not the company I bought from either. They chose this shipping system, and probably have to handle complaints all the time.
A book I ordered took 12 days for OSM to deliver it to USPS, which had provided the tracking number. In the meantime, Secondsale refunded my money for the "lost" item.

I actually wish I could give OSM Worldwide ZERO stars because that is 100% what they deserve. Is the York PA warehouse just a secret underground lair for an evil villain that likes hoarding packages and messing with people? My package was shipped from the Disney company itself from Florida and it is sitting at the York PA warehouse for the last 4 days with no update and it's less than 2.5 hours away. I am beyond frustrated with this company and if they really cared they wouldn't refer you to email them (that yes I have already done TWICE and have yet to hear back) and they would address the problems that clearly a lot of customers and shippers are having. WHY DO YOU CARE SO LITTLE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT OUR PACKAGES SIT FOR DAYS OR WEEKS AT YOUR WAREHOUSE WITH NO UPDATE AND YOU ONLY TELL US TO EMAIL YOU FOR ASSISTANCE? And hiding behind an email as a way to receive customer feedback is pathetic...give us a phone number you COWARDS so we can really talk to you and TELL YOU WHAT YOU DESERVE TO HEAR! I will be calling Disney and letting them know what a HORRIBLE shipper you are and will update this review when my package finally arrives. And I will be filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would advise any future frustrated customers to do the same since the business actually follows up on the complaints more than just telling you to email them.

Ordered a shirt from OHT and got the package in 2 days. Tracked the package on USPS.com and it arrived earlier than scheduled.
Tracking was iffy at best service was slow. Worst possible way to have something delivered. Awful!
I ordered several packages from BookOutlet, Which was shipped via OSM, OSM is who this review is about, the first order arrived in a timely manner, the second order, that should have been here a week ago sat in Las Vegas for four days, it wasn't a holiday or a day where they couldn't take package to next destination, finally on the 27th it got to anaheim where it's still sitting, no movement whateso ever, the third package that I ordered, the day after arrived yesterday, though the box looked like it been through a war zone all battered and messed up, the fourth order is on it's way, sitting in Las Vegas. All the packages were being scanned at the same time, all departing at the same time so why was one package held for four days in Las Vegas and then now in Anaheim, when the others except for the most recent one made it much quicker, even though they were ordered after the one that was supposed to be here last week, and all shipped out in same batch. This company is very slow on getting packages from one destination to the other, also most packages arrive battered, crushed or the tape falling off and most of the time they aren't scanned when they reach one place or the other, I have a package that says out for delivery still when in fact I got it three days ago.
