WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THS COMPANY! Took two weeks to get the items I ordered! Material is cheaply made and quality very poor. I asked for a refund, and was told that I only had seven days to request a refund. Their website says 14 days. I had contacted them on day 12 as I went on my vacation and once I got back from vacation, wanted to return the items. Be careful when choosing to order from them. Refund.
I ordered 2 shirt size L, they looked More like xxl.
I wanted to return the shirts.
First they offered 30%, then 50 %.
For a full refund ( minus the shipping costs) I shipped it to germany on my oen cost. It arrived there at 21 May.
I have not recieved my money back.

I purchased there to go on vacation with. The website indicated I would have the clothes in plenty of time. A month later, they still had yet to arrive. Not to worry, they said I could return them when I go back for a full refund
They do not honor their return policy. Here's their response blamed on the pandemic: "If the product has been received within the last 14 days, belongs to our returnable categories, is new with the original tag and packaging, and is in accordance with our return policies, you may return it to our warehouse in Asia. (Due to the global epidemic, we were forced to close our overseas warehouses.)
However, based on our experience, return costs can be equal to or half the price of your package, even using the cheapest post office tracking service. Thus, returning to Asia may not be the most cost-effective option. Instead, we suggest keeping the products."

FIRST, They claim that their legit company is located in Singapore they are not, they're centered in China.
The material that they ship to you is nothing like what is shown on the pictures, Cheap, cheap material... poorly made faded out close that looks like they've been worn for years. Some of them, I didn't even recognize when I got them, I had to look at the picture, then back at the close and I still didn't know what I was looking at. It would be an insult to give them to goodwill, what can they do with them, nothing!
Finding out afterwards, that the whole company was forced to shut down several times, that isn't comforting to their customers that are buying from them, why did they shut down, because of their fraud ways!
It's just plain and simple, they are a scam company from China.
Another thing... I can't upload proff of pictures because it won't let me... I have the proof people, just saying, I tried.

These clothing products are not just poor quality, they are truly trash. The return policy is also a scam. Your options are; pay the return shipping to Taiwan, or receive a 50% credit for what you paid. A total scam!

Horrible company. I regret ordering from them. They ship the wrong size them want me to pay for shipping due to their error?!
Lastly after giving me coupons to spend more $$ at their site, which I did not do, they then delete the entire chain of communication.
Also the pictures makethe fabric look bulkier and more hearty than it is. The entire shirt feels cheap and not advadvertised.

You better check the information concerning the materials … polyester is mainly used as fabric.
Regarding the price it's ok and the time of delivery varies from order to order. Received some orders within a week but it could also take 3 weeks to receive your stuff. The customer service was friendly and responded quite quickly.
So if you have no allergy against nylon, polyester etc. and looking for some nice and fancy clothes on a low rate, it's ok ordering here.

So, I have waited for weeks and weeks for my order to arrive. I tracked my order on numerous occasions, through this Track 17 service, and it says that the order has arrived at the shipping facility on the 13th of January 2024, then it arrived on the 15th of January 2024, now we are back to the 13th. And while there is a disclaimer that the tracking may not be up to date. Why on earth even offer a tracking mechanism if it is not going to be kept up to date. I am so frustrated with Ouku even before I see my shirt. My shirt had better blow my mind with its quality, looks, feel, etc, because if it doesn't, I can see me being on a mission to spread the truth about Ouku. I really like the look of the products, I really do. Customer service is pathetic.

I have now had 2 orders from OUKU. For both the quality was pretty ok -not outstanding but their value for money is outstanding.
The website is very good and tracking info etc helpful. The marketing is very clever and I have just made a third order.
Been trying to send the 2 jackets ouku delivered to me one week ago. One jacket was a small and should have been large the other jacket was an extra large and should have been a large. I filled in Ouku's return form but it keeps saying processing when i hit send. This is a scam site. I lost my $94. Dont be a fool like me, keep your money in your pocket.

I ordered a jacket based on the image of that item hosted on the OUKU site which suggested that the garment was well made and of natural fabrics. The item that arrived was completely made from nylon and although similar in color, was obviously not what I was expecting. I ordered the products from the online store ouku.com. The goods arrived within the promised time, but some of the products did not correspond to the dimensions given in the online store, and the quality of the products did not correspond to the description and photos in the online store. I wanted to return these products, but the online store's return process failed due to a technical error on the website. Poor quality, poor materials, skimped sizing and an appalling experience to return to Singapore. I settled for 40% of my money back and gave the shirts to charity, an expensive mistake. Avoid
