It's now September and I am still battling with this company on a daily basis to simply get goods I purchased and paid good money for back in June prior to the School holidays to have it for the summer- took them a month to deliver as they charge £40 for delivery but they won't contact you to book you a slot that suits you but just book it in if you can't make it you then have to cancel the booking you loose the item and have to repeat this I had to ring into their office as they ignored my messages and emails. I was spoken to with total disregard and a lack of respect. Finally I got my items but by this point I'd asked for a refund and was not happy. I only got a response once I'd gone through Resolver an online complaint service. It took a further two weeks for them to agree to my demands for a furniture cover to apologise for the lousy service and their staff actually laughing at me on the phone when I asked to speak to a manager. They told me there were no managers nor a CEO. I had told them if they didn't agree to the goodwill gesture they could collect all the boxes and refund me in full so it was only the weekend before last I finally opened the boxes as I had help to assemble. Sadly it took a whole day and it became abundantly clear most of my order were returned faulty items - there were damaged boxes resealed - missing part misaligned bolt holes - stains, bent parts damaged and scuffed with cheap plastic end caps that pop off with so many issues these items are not worth the price tag and won't last as long as if they were brand new. I'm still trying to get replacements the items I viewed online and paid in good faith for. They once again told me with only two days notice they were planning to collect re boxed items from me despite me telling them I was neither fit enough or physically able to dismantle items that should never of been sent to me in the first place. I've not received the complimentary furniture cover once again they are too unprofessional and embarrassed to call me I do the chasing I asked them to ring to arrange a delivery and collection where they dismantle as it's their actions that have left me in this awkward predicament. They once again have not just given me a slot I'll be calling them this morning to check what exactly they are planning on doing. Please please do not buy from these people their products are not checked before sending so it's a Russian Roulette- they they show my compassion just act like this is my fault. The prices are grossly inflated given what I have for nearly £900 this was meant to be a luxury to use this summer as I've been waiting for surgery and going out is limited they have literally reduced me to tears and left me in complete disbelief at their conduct and lack of understanding of basic consumer rights.
