I ordered dresses they took the $90 to then say they are out of stock this was in November. They said I could have a refund - still waiting - I do get emails from the company which has now changed its name saying there is a long refund process but am taking

Do not waste your money! This company advertises stylish clothing on Pinterest only to send you garbage that looks nothing close to the style or quality of what you order. They will say you can refund the product but charge you for the initial shipping and return charges with leaves you with virtually nothing but a sour taste in your mouth!

I bought a red sequin dress -- it looked NOTHING like the photography, super cheap quality, sequins on a cheap fabric, not at al the cut and style of the photographed one, and I am the same body type exactly as the model, so it's not me that's the problem. They offered me a $20 coupon towards the next purchase. I did not accept $20 for a $44 return. I instead followed their return procedures EXACTLY. After shipping regular mail to their Florida person, with only a first name given at an address, they say I must, at this point provide with a tracking number. That's ridiculous. USA mail is dependable, and they are just making it impossible to get a refund. They are awful. Never again. What a scam.

So to follow up, I still have not received my order from them... and I have stopped receiving support emails from them. The last one offered me a coupon for $71 to buy more things from them... um no? Verbatim: 'How about we cancel your order and give you $71 cash coupon that you can use to place an order again. I think it is more convenient for you to use in your next transaction. How is that sound to you? Please let me know your idea about this.'
I would give them no stars, except I can't.
Please DO NOT BUY from this site. They need to go out of business so less people get scammed.

I ordered an absolutely STUNNING dress (on the model) that was originally $100+ for $38. They sent me a completely different dress entirely - different cut, different style, completely different fabric. It wasn't even dollar store quality. I emailed them asking for a refund or exchange and they responded saying that it would cost me "too much" to return it to them and offered me two options: a $15 giftcard to their store, or the option to re-purchase the dress at the same price. Are you kidding me? Shove that up your $#*!, you fraudulent $#*!s!

This site is a complete disgrace. The items shipped are nothing like the images shown. They have to be attempting to mimic another company. Ordered two dresses. 3-4 sizes smaller than ordered, sequins is glitter that falls off just trying to remove it from the package and the material is paper thin and unwearable. They are scamming us l! It cost more to try and return the items than you paid for them and there is no return instructions or address inside the package. Actually there's nothing but the cheap mock up of an item. The dresses were to have stones not flat sequin or glitter!

It cost more to try and return the items than you paid for them and there is no return instructions or address inside the package. When I contacted them regarding return, they have given me the run around saying I could get a credit to their store for about 1/3 of what I paid. Do NOT buy anything from this site! See photo below of dress I actually received compared to the one I ordered!

The website photos are not the same than the one you will receive. They are fake.
Worst customer service and return policy.
They just want your money they don't care about anything else.

First off looks nothing close to dress on photos. I MEAN Seriously nothing close. Paid 44 for $5 dress so tired of these fake companies sticking to my stores

More than 3 months later my dress has not been delivered and they dont give my money back! Never buy here!

Over 3 weeks since I placed the order and items haven't been shipped. They refuse to refund my money.

I ordered a dress January 10th 2020 and as of today still have not received it! NEVER AGAIN. I ask for my money or my dress and no response.
