Now THIS is the way to run a real estate site! Exceptionally easy to populate the site template and update site content, both text and photos for properties For Sale By Owner (FSBO). It is even a snap to change the order of photos by dragging a new or replacement photo to the list of photos with their thumbnails. I direct traffic to this site by the flyers I developed for the site for my horse property, which I am personally distributing to the horse-related businesses and real estate agencies in my area. I could not be more pleased with this site and update it frequently in response to suggestions by realtors who have seen my property. I sold my property without the aid of a broker by (1) buying a flat rate MLS listing; (2) posting a yard sign stocked with high quality flyers; (3) distributing flyers to any business with a bulletin board as well as targeted (equestrian and pet related) businesses because we had a large fenced horse property with a dog run and play area; (4) posting an aerial tour shot by drone web-cam on YouTube ("Marcella Aerial Tour"); (5) posting a walk-through video shot with my iPhone on YouTube ("Marcella Blvd 2"); and by shamelessly promoting the property to everyone I met. I was NEVER without my supply of flyers. Every one of the above contributed to my sale at the price I wanted for a LOG house in South Florida!
I have used the platform for more than 6 months and I didn't get any progress but loosing money $500.00 fee plus labor and goods. They are not giving my fees back after 3 months of third party savings of $500.00 is not reached.

They are slow and dishonest. The overall response times were very slow to making changes on my listing information. Then when I asked for a receipt/invoice their quote was "We have checked our records, however we no longer hold receipts after 30 days when our refund policy expires." Not only is it illegal for an internet company to fail to keep business transactions, it is dishonest.
I listed my home with owners.com. A week later, multiple phone calls and emails, my home is still not in MLS or realtor.com. They "escalated" my problem. No response ever. Don't waste your time or money! I will try to cancel and get a full refund. Unfortunately I can't recoup the value of my wasted time.
Initially things went well. It's a bit cumbersome because you have to fill out a profile for their site, and then you have to duplicate the effort for the local broker. Fair enough. Then a week ago, I saw my listing on yahoo and zillow had the pictures removed, called customer service, spoke to Teresa. She promised to fix the problem "in 24 hrs" and "personally deal with the issue if it is not corrected in 24 hrs". A week later, nothing. I call back and Teresa tells me the same jargon, and offers me $25 (of the 400 I paid) to take it off yahoo completely. I asked for her manager, and she told me that she was the manager. I asked for who her superior was, and she refused. They don't seem to have many people who can get anything done that you don't do yourself or isn't automated. Use them at your own risk.
They will try to shove all of their products down your throat. If you don't want one you're automatically not an important customer. My restaurant has been around for several years now and I was just looking for some integrations. Look elsewhere for competence, professionalism and customer service because they lack it very much so.
Tip for consumers:
Forced selling. Stay away. They’ll try to sell you everything and if you say no, your customer priority becomes nonexistent.

Please read online reviews before signing with this service as a seller! I wish I would have. After paying for their $495 package, I received an email stating that they couldn't provide MLS service in my area and would be refunding my money. That is something they could easily determine before taking my money. Needless to say after more than 2 weeks there is no sign of a refund. I've submitted a dispute through my bank but that can take up to 45 days. Buyers please beware!
Don't use them.
We paid our money, but could not find our MLS listing. When we contacted them, their email stated:...
I have never known any MLS to allow members of the public to search the MLS agents belong to. I am thinking perhaps we are looking at two different sites...
We never were able to see our listing on an MLS site by searching, but they sent us an MLS number and link that enabled us to see pictures of our home.
We did not receive even one call as a result of purchasing their service, but received over 50 calls from our FSBO listing.
They are fraud. Don't use them.
I paid for the listing, filled out the paperwork, and returned it as requested. My home was listed improperly on several sites. Owner.com's response was for me to contact the sites directly. The sites were pulling the info off of the data entered by Owners.com.
The responsiveness was non-existent most of the time. When they did respond, it rarely addressed the actual question(s) I asked.
They removed my phone number from the listing and listed a realtor's number instead. That person, Dana Rowell, was 'my' realtor who listed the property (or something like that). Again, very poor responsiveness and indirect answers.
In the end, my home sold while listing only through Owners.com. Since then, I've used www.ForSaleByOwner.com. The later site was MUCH better than Owners.com.
Good grief and good riddance...
Tip for consumers:
Use another option.
I do not think that they are dishonest, just badly disorganized.
That being said, they did try to charge me 25% for cancellation fees even though they have a cancellation window. They gave no notice of the cancellation fee and never replied to any of the emails I sent to them.
I would never, ever use them again.
The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They kept cancelling my MLS listing after I paid them $395. They would that an email was sent asking for the status of the property, but nothing was ever received. Instead of picking up the phone, they would deactivate the MLS listing. They are poorly run and managed, and they are just stealing from people and not providing the service they advertise.
The website says owners and everything is real estate, why the name?. The name is false, That's cheating the public of the service they provide. The service is lousy, try looking for a house in 4 places of preference and everything went out MLS, which is by real estate.
I talked with josh morning i try to explain and i feel like he's racist man couse my english is not perfect he cut the phone call and the moment try to explain to him, very rude man, sorry for owner.com to hire that kind of person.
The wording in the refund policy is deceitful... beware... read it three times at least. They are located offshore int he Philippines... If I had known that, I would have avoided them originally.
$395 for nothing. Transfer to "customer care" leads to a recording then disconnect. SCAM - Floor manager refuses to return call. Says they're in Atlanta... if so I'll be knocking on their door.
Let's just make this short and sweet, the agent we used, Kristianna Earnhardt took our money and ran! Hopefully she was able to make good use of it, karma is bad!
This is how scum scams money! Promise of MLS listing, non existent. Promises of zillow, trulia, Realtor.com listing, doesn't happen. Promise of refund, can't get your money back. Go to site, list your property with all your info, doesn't get to any other site. Then they Assign a Real Estate agent, listing that you input on the Owners.Com site doesn't Transfer over to the "clickitrealty.com site. You re-enter all the info with only 15 pictures ( owners.com promises unlimited pics) but can pay more if you like to go over the 15 pic limit. The clickit people talk junk about Owners.com and ask for a major credit card in case your property sells and you wait more than 24 hours to notify them. If you pay for the forms on Owners.com, you won't get them unless you pay more on another site. The lock box doesn't show up, my suggestion don't pay for that either. The lack of honesty and integrity is amazing. I want my money back. To quote John Paul Jones "we have just begun to fight" or FDR "we have only just begun to fight". Read reviews on both of these businesses. I am going to seek out a class action suit, this is nonsense. Please join me.
Tip for consumers:
Run as fast as possible!
Had home on owners.com for 5 months without a single call.
Rest of homes in my area comparably priced sold.
No support and very hard to contact.

RUN AWAY. Very unprofessional company. They are awful. I don't believe they are legitimate. SCAM.
