Their customer support was terrible. Nobody answered the phone with the contact numbers that they provided. Their chat support was also nonexistent as they would only respond with automated messages. I sent an email 3 weeks ago with my concern and I haven't received any response yet. I totally give up and I will not avail again of their services. I will not recommend them also to anyone.
