Ozbo was great! They sent out my groceries very quickly and the prices saved me a lot. They have great customer service too, a package of mine was once delivered to a neighbors house and I thought I never got it, after calling Ozbo they apologized and sent me out what I had ordered that day! (Don't worry, I sent back the other package once I had realized what happened.)
I succumbed to the low price bait. Charged credit card immediately. Shown in stock. Within 6 hours showed shipping status as "to warehouse". When called 1 week later for order update Samantha (their only customer service department employee) stated both items were back ordered. Website status still shows in stock. No estimate of when in stock again. This experience is apparently very frequent as noted in other review sites. I would stay away. Caveat emptor!

Do not expect expedited service even if you pay for it. They claim to ship most orders within 24 hours but mine took 4 days and then was shipped USPS. They initially sent me a confirmation that my order had been delivered (to Pennsylvania- I live in Nevada). I exchanged 11 emails with Michelle who blamed Amazon for everything. I requested a refund of $4.44, the difference between regular shipping and the expedite that I paid for. She refused, was rude and unprofessional. I will not do business with this company again.
Don't order from Ozbo! We ordered a log rack that came with no hardware! It cost us an additional $19,00 to purchase all the bolts, etc we needed. Their customer service is terrible! They suggested we unload the wood from the rack, return the used hardware to our local store, and then request hardware from the manufacturer so we could rebuild the log rack and refill it with the wood. This "solution" took about 6 weeks for them to come up with. Lame!
They were a total joke. I ordered 8' trolley rails and they sent me a couple of lawn chairs. It is actually funny, except I need the rails. After dozens of emails, they still have not sent the rails, 21 days later. I sent them copies of the bar codes, tracking numbers, etc. I could go on but do I really need to? Stay away.

Placed order on Feb. 22, but have not received yet. (March 14th) Each time (5 so far) I contacted I was told a different story as to when items would ship. Customer service (Michelle) would only say sorry each time and tell me when it would ship since she is the one that fills the orders. Last time I was told it was on the truck for delivery. That was last Friday. My credit card was charged on the date I placed order.

Ordered on Dec. 7 on item they said was in stock, on Dec. 18 checked tracking on the package and it was still in the warehouse. Tried calling company, no answer, tried live chat, they message me back that they would contact me in 24 hours. Seems like this company is incompetent from the front offices to the warehouse. I would be embarrassed to work for them.
I ordered one product and was sent another, Cassie said send a picture to prove that what I received was wrong and after I did was told the have a 30 day return policy and to mail back what I received for a full refund! The item cost $5.89 the shipping was $5 why go through the effort of sending it back. A good customer service effort, (what they tout they have) would be just mail out the right item... just another on line GOTYA!
Ordered earthboxes from Ozbo.com. They arrived within a week. The only issue I had was they did not include the extra red mulch cover promised on the site. I sent a couple e-mails back and forth, and did receive the mulch covers.
So, prices are reasonable. Initial order arrived very timely, just without all the advertised accessories.
I will order from Ozbo again.
Items ordered said "In Stock" however when i check status of order I was told they are waiting on some backordered items from their suppliers. If I had known ahead of time I wouldn't have minded, but being lied to? I don't trust them now. Stay away, spend a couple bucks extra and order from reputable company
I ordered a roof rake with a blade 22 inches wide from this company, they sent me one with a 24-inch blade, and then insisted that what was sent was a rake with a 22-inch blade, which it most decidedly is not. Company refused to pay shipping to have the product returned. A bad business.
OZBO.COM Stating orders ship out within 24 hours. This is not true.
I had couple orders shipped quickly and a few other waited almost a week to be shipped. All items I ordered were in stock and all of them marked shipped quickly or ship in 24 hours. One item in my last order came broken. I tried to order once again thinking that my previous bad experience was a coincidence. And again my order not shipped for 8 full days (6 business days). I am not sure when I will see the stuff I ordered. Customer service promised me a few days ago that my order will be shipped on the 8th day (of my order); unfortunately, it is not. I will advice my friends to shop at other stores and not Ozbo
If you decide to buy, DO NOT USE OZBO. Michelle at OZBO provides horrible service stating she is the only one that is there and the manager Josh comes and goes as he pleases since he's the manager. After telling them I found it cheaper and to cancel the order, they still shipped it out. And when the items were received damaged they refused to provide a prepaid shipping label for return. Buyer Beware"
It is the worst online store I have ever deal with. It's been 1 month since we order the item from OZBO which never came and since then on their website the status shows "To Warehouse" and whenever I call them the agent tells me we have received your item in the warehouse and it will be shipped tomorrow and when you complaint that even last week the agent told me the same thing and she told me that fore sure it will be shipped out tomorrow then the agent will rudely reply you that No one can say that here; as if they are telling you that "you are a liar" this has happened 3 times to me. And they will tell you "again with irritated attitude" do you want this item or I should cancel the order as if they don't care. SO BE AWARE
Bait and switch - I ordered one thing and they set me something similar but not what I ordered. Snail-paced delivery. How can it take 3 to 4 weeks to send orders?

I ordered some rubber tips for patio chair legs and their site said that they were in lots of 40 for almost $7. The local hardware store (which didn't have enough) was selling them for. 57 each, so Ozbo's deal seemed really good, so good that I checked it several times and had my husband check it as well... no doubt about it, it was 40 to an order. An eBay site was selling pkgs. Of 24 for a little over $7, so Ozbo's price didn't seem unrealistic.
About 10 days later, I received ONE rubber chair tip, NOT 40... that's almost $12 (with shipping) for one. 57 cent rubber chair tip! I went back to the listing, so as to confront Ozbo with their mistake and couldn't find it anywhere. I still had my packing slip though, so emailed them, politely informing them of the mistake... no response. Today I called them and was told that nowhere on the listing did it say 40 and when I argued that it had, a back and forth argument of yes it did, "no it didn't" ensued. When I then asked for a prepaid return shipping label, I was denied, even though the packing slip said I could have one if I received the wrong item, which I believe was the case having ordered a pack of 40, not 1.
Today I took a picture of the eBay listing I ordered from, a habit I am instituting on all online orders from here on out.
My reviews give praise where it is due, second chances where there is doubt, and spread the truth when it's merited, good and/or bad. Ozbo.com are CROOKS plain and simple.
Tip for consumers:
Take a picture of the listing before you order (for your own peace of mind) but I strongly suggest you don't order from Ozbo.com if you value your money, because I don't think even photo proof would matter to them.
This is THE WORST company I have ever ordered from! IT DOESNT SHIP IN 24 HOURS AND THE STAFF IS THE RUDEST. They talk to you like $#*! and keep on repeating the same bull$#*! "Sorry it wasnt shipped, sorry we didnt notice". When I asked them "Why does it say that it ships within 24 hours if it doesnt"? All the MANAGER answered was "Sorry about that mam".
STAY AWAY! I asked to speak to the manager and it took me over 3 days to get a hold of her and when I finally did she was useless and rude.
Cancelled my order and NEVER ordering from them again.
They were very rude and would not return or exchange a item I bought... Do not buy from OZBO!
