I have seen a bunch of negative reviews and want to give my own review based off my recent purchase. I ordered 2 hats and a long sleeve on Cyber Monday. One week later, I got the package through first class mail, hats and shirts sealed in plastic bags with original tags. The quality is what you would expect with Pacsun so nothing was wrong there. My experience was just as good as any large retailer - decent shipping time, product matching what I would buy in store, and confirmation emails with tracking #. At the end of the day, I would buy again from Pacsun.
Be careful. Bought an Essentials shirt for my son on line. Pacsun claims to have a 30 day return policy. Signs all over the heading in their site. But the store I took it to (they don't even have mail in returns) claim that doesn't apply to Essentials wear. Said that was listed in the "restrictions". Go figure, it's listed at the very bottom of the web page in the smaller font. Classic bait and switch. Someone ought to start a class action against these fraudsters.

Honestly I've always liked Pacsun's clothing but after ordered from them I realize it isn't worth the hassle. I made an order and they shipped me another order that I didn't ask for. I asked them to cancel it and they refused. I returned the packages and now it has been over a month of me sending messages to customer service asking for the refund of the charge that they took for an order I didn't make and they still haven't done anything about it. I am genuinely at a loss with how to escalate this further since their customer service basically just ignore messages. At this point it's basically a scam. Don't use this website or they'll take your credit card info and add charges I guess.

All their clothes are so overpriced! How do you not have the money to pay someone for their work? They'd rather line their own pockets than pay artists for their work!

Ordered three items from PacSun December 14. Today is December 26. I received one of the three items. The two items that did not arrive have a tracking number, but it states "in processing". I'm in the store today, try to return the item and they're telling me since they're having system problems the only thing they can do is, give me a store credit they cannot give me my money back. Major scam! I have every receipt plus email confirmations etc. They're telling me since it's a computer problem, global for their system, they're only issuing store credit. Beware!

I shop from Pacsun from time to time as they are generally a solid brand. However on my last purchase, I received a package with 2 of my 3 items missing. I contacted them via their virtual assistant online, only to get an email telling me I need to file a police report to basically resolve my issue. I've never had customer service ask me to do that for a petty purchase. I'd understand if I were buying jewelry or something i'd have to pay luxury tax on, but for 2 articles of clothing I find that appalling. I have no reason to try and defraud the company for $70 dollars worth of stuff, but here we are. I'd advise any one shopping there to do so at your own risk, since missing items can result in complete loss of your money. Also, Pacsun should seriously consider using a better courier for their free shipping. USPS isn't good enough.
For Cyber Monday I received a text saying $15 Jeans and 50% off site wide. When I went to make a purchase, after giving all the marketing information they wanted from me (e.g. My Name, Email, Phone) they tell me that the item I want to buy is excluded. What does site wide mean if you're going to exclude items? Very misleading. Be careful not to give them what they want until they verify that you can take advantage of their discounts.
Ordered my daughter shoes. They sent men's size. I spoke with "support." Which was so bad! They informed me that way below the item, size, details, is a note that they only ship in men's sizes. NOT WHERE you select the size. So needless to say, my daughter got new clown shoes. And to fix, they say ship back for $7 fee. Via Fedex. With a deadline to do so. Even though they sent cheapest path they could with USPS. Which took forever. I would recommend buying off a street vendor or even the homeless before ever purchasing from PacSun. Holy cow, it really is not hard to sell shoes for more than men. OR list ONLY FOR THEM.

I ordered a shirt and paid extra 10 bucks I think don't remember for faster delivery date 2-3 business days it's been close to a week and still haven't received my ordered and the thing said 2-3 business days guaranteed delivery bs
This company sucks and won't stand by the quality of thier products (produced in Vietnam). Bought a pair of men's trunks ($45-$60), wore them into the pool one time and they turned white (turquoise dye). Contacted pacsun and representative said i could return and receive a store credit. Well the return label email never came through, several days later another email was received stating it had be denied since it had been some time after purchasing them. Company won't stand by the quality of their products and make things right.
My order has literally been "processing" for 21 days now with absolutely no sign of of coming any time soon. Unless you're interested in waiting for your package to "process" for weeks on end don't bother trying to order from them online
I purchased online what I thought would be a normal, cute sweater. The model showed the sweater tucked in. When I received it, it was a crop top! It measured 16 inches from the shoulder, just a little over the length of a ruler! Yet it had gorilla arms that hung down almost to my knees. Now I have to pay $7 to ship it back. The rest of the quality was also terrible. The stitching around the cutout was all torn and ragged. Lesson learned, I will never order from them again.
I've contacted customer service 3 times because I haven't received my order that was placed 3 weeks ago. Ordered 3 things, one item was shipped in a different package. Received first package in a week, still haven't gotten the second one. The tracking clearly shows that a label was created (so that they could charge me for it) but USPS never received it from their warehouse and has no record of it. Every response I've gotten they've just told me that the package shipped, but if they simply click on the tracking number, they could see for themselves that isn't true. Common sense to just check the tracking if a customer has reached out 3 different times, but apparently that's too much to ask from them. Been shopping here for years, and won't be again.
I ordered a shirt 13 days ago and it still hasn't shipped! I have emailed them 3 times and none of their emails are helpful! I told them it was past 9 days and still hasn't shipped in my first email and their response made no sense. Still want the shirt since i got it for an event but at this point i don't even know if it's going to come in time! If they at least were accommodating and gave a discount or took off shipping cost or refunded then that would be a different story but it's like they don't even care!
Horrible customer service. So, I ordered 4 items (2 hoodies & pair of 2 joggers) spent over $400 dollars for these items. Fedex comes and makes the delivery. They also took of picture of the package at the front door. I get the package. One item in the bag a yellow hoodie. I'm pissed. The order slip in the bag says all 4 items was in the bag. I sent an email to the customer service email address for them to say file a police report. I waited till Monday to call to speak with a representative who was horrible might I add lied to me. Did not do what he stated he was going to do. Called back a couple of days later to get the recording saying to chat with a rep online. Then today to received another email saying I need to file a police report. So now this company is wasting my time to file a police report. I will be doing tomorrow. Do not do business with this company horrible just $#*!ing horrible. You can clearly see from fedex picture the bag did not contain 4 items.
Never buying from here again. Every time they mess up my order and send me my stuff late even though i pay for expedited shipping to avoid it. Their customer service is terrible too. They also never load your rewards. 0/10
I ordered from Pacsun for the first time on March 7, then 12,2017. Clothes took a bit longer to arrive I expected, comparing this clothing company to the other ones like Forever 21, Hollister, etc. It was 7 business days, excluding weekends, so 10 days total. Everything came in good condition, and I only ended up returning two things because 1. The fit made me look wide for a jacket 2. The color of the sole of these Vans sneakers were off (brown instead of tan). There's a sticker attached to the invoice inside the package for returns, which may lead one to think returns are free. However, fine print says "$7 will be deducted from your refund."
PacSun's policy "we can not change or cancel an order" is absurd! We placed and order on Thursday, 12/3 - paid for 2-day "express shipping" and finally received the package today - Monday, 12/14. I have called their customer service number at least a dozen times - and have been on hold for literally hours. After an hour listening to their "hold" music, I finally spoke with a very pleasant woman who promised me that they would credit our "express shipping" charge --- guess what? No such thing has occurred.

I placed an order for 1 T-shirt almost 5 weeks ago now. The website still states that my order is "processing". No way to contact them whatsoever. I agree with others that customer service could easily be done remotely but that is obviously not a priority. I've ordered from many other companies during this pandemic and they have followed safety protocols and shipped items in completely reasonable amounts of time. If a business is unable to handle shipping demands or logistics during this time period, they should be transparent. Hopefully one day this shirt will show up given I have no one to contact to resolve the issue.
Ordered my son 5 shirts on black Friday and still have received nothing! In fact it hasn't even left the warehouse! Also I could understand only about 10% of what the customer service rep said the first time i called. It was very frustrating! I just got off the phone again with someone who keep reassuring me that if it doesn't go out today it will go out for delivery tomorrow but they will discount my order 75% off. Ya ill believe it when i see it!

Pacsun tries to sell the smallest pieces of clothing for extremely high prices. I only try to shop there when i see that they have sales but even then you have to work your way around actually getting some type of discount bc when they say they're having a "sale" they up the prices (ex. Right now they say they have buy one get one free so i went on the website to try and buy two crop tops but the crop tops are $40 each which is absolutely insane) they also sometimes sell "one size fits all pants/shorts", i am normally a size 28" or 2/4 in bottoms yet these "one size fits all bottoms won't even button on me. My friends mom regularly buys her clothes from there as presents and the last time she went there she had to spend $700 for a big bag and a half of clothes. They make it out to where you can only shop there if you're extremely skinny and rich.
Spent 40 dollars on a dress and it was more see through then my 3 dollar shein tank top! There clothes are pricey and uncomfortable for no reason and I can find better quality anywhere else! I am. The best I am pretty not ugly you all are ugly pacsun sucks

I ordered a Playboy hoodie from the PacSun website on 6/16. I got my confirmation email not long after and I decided to look up reviews for the website. Nearly all of them were saying how awful their experiences were; how it took weeks to ship, bad customer service, etc. I started to get worried, but two days after I ordered it, I got an email saying it was shipped. I got it in the mail 6/26, a day before expected. Overall I was very happy with my experience and would order from them again.
PacSun has a lot of variety of clothing for good prices, their deals were good so I was trying to buy some clothes as gifts. I bought a gift card but it would not work because there was a pending balance on the gift card even though there were no orders made. I contacted customer service, and we found out the issue, the next day I emailed them back, and they got back to me quick. Customer service was easy and quick. However, on the website, whenever you click back from the item you don't want anymore, everything shifts back up, I don't know if this could be fixed but it would be nice if it didn't refresh the page every time. However, after all of that, checking out was easy.
