I ordered a pair of pajamas online on 12/31/2012. I never received emails confirming either the placement of my order or the shipment of my order. I contacted the company and was told that the warehouse had been on vacation for a week. I paid $70.00 extra to have my order shipped via UPS Next Day Air. This never happened. It's now been 4 days and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I noticed that my credit card was charged immediately upon placing my order. I'm doubtful that my credit card charge for shipping will be reduced since I never received the service that I paid for. I'll never do business with this company again. I feel that that they're very unprofessional and handled my situation poorly.
