The review for this website is simple - STAY AWAY! They will lowball you with a price for the item you want. A day later you will get an "urgent" email asking you to call about your order. In my case they told me that the camcorder I ordered does not come with a battery or charger! They then proceeded to try to sell me a battery and charger for another $140. Turns out that the camera comes with a battery and an AC adaptor that plugs into the camera itself which actuually charges the battery. No separate charger is needed. They also have a 7 day return policy. Their MO is to lowball you with a quote, then try to sell you something you don't need at a ridiculous price!
BEWARE! If you wish to have your item sit on backorder for weeks on end with no update status... Then definately Palacecamera.com is where you want to shop. If you wish to be treated in a rude and condenscending manner when you request a status then use Palacecamera.com. STAY AWAY!
