Purchased earring during a sale and received wrong item. Emailed right away, took over a week for Pamela Love to respond. Told me to send it back and they would "immediately" send me the correct item. I sent the wrong item back but never received confirmation my order was sent out. Emailed, called, emailed again. They stopped communcating completely. I'm out of money and have NO item.

I purchased the serpent clicker for a little over $500 with tax and shipping. The quality is so poor, you can't even comfortably wear the earring. Per their terrible return policy it's exchange only and they make you pay to ship the item back. These are all practices of a company that sells poor quality items and leaves you stuck with junk jewelry or store credit to replace with more junk jewelry. Do not spend your money here. Go to a company that cares about the quality they are selling you and your satisfaction.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy real gold pieces. Poor quality and no return policy.

Couldnt believe the gold plating fell off on my fingertip after a couple of times wearing. Definitely not worth the price and hype. I used to love their designs. But considering their poor quality, it was such a ripoff.

I purchased a pair of their earrings during their sample sale and waited for 2 weeks with no notice from them. I had to contact customer service only to find out it was out of stock. They offered me store credit in a higher amount but I requested a refund. I've been waiting for another 12 working days and still no refund. I've followed up on email and posted on their instagram. Instead of addressing the issue they've been deleting my posts. I haven't recieved any product and I'm still waiting on my refund. I may have to do a chargeback and report them. Beware.

Tip for consumers:
Do not recommend ordering from this "company."
