If you haven't ordered from PandaHall you should! I make jewelry and handbag fobs and this is one of the best suppliers out there! Their customer service is excellent with great communication. I receive notifications on shipping or if and item is out of stock. They give me options to wait for my item or get a refund. Shipping is much faster than I expected. I usually have my items in about 7-10 days once shipped. Tracking numbers are provided so I know where my stuff is! The best thing is the quality of the supplies I order. Their selection is huge so I'm able to get the quality level I want at the best price.

I can always count on PandaHall for my craft supplies. The quality, selection and price is the absolute best!

I have a very inquisitive 5-year old who loves bead work. I have been browsing online and I came across Pandahall.com. I am simply amazed by the range of beads and accessories available to complete a project. The best thing is that there is even instructions on how to get the project started step by step. Cool products. Nice customer service. I did notice that a lot of the reviews are from a few months back. Well a lot has changed and I am definitely glad I gave this beads shop a go. I love crafting like most beaders and making bracelets I just needed to be able to do it on a budget. I get the beads for cheap and make beautiful bracelets and sell them to friends and family. I do wish there was more to choose from though. 4 stars for sure.

What a nightmare company!
Placed an order and went through hell.
First they sent a tracking number that was fake. For many weeks I used the link to the tracking on a daily basis and it kept telling me that that package was never shipped. Package was to arrive in2 weeks, 6 weeks later still no package and no help from company, just excuses.
Package never arrived although I did get a package full of junk from china. It was not marked with the company name but with an individual's name. My guess is that they filled up an envelope to "prove" they shipped.
Then came weeks of trying to get them to refund. OMG! One excuse after the other. I finally had to seek legal help.
I have unsubscribed dozens of times. I have replied to the constant advertising emails asking to be removed. Still, they keep coming.

Have been dealing with Pandahall since 2017. Always get my items very quickly and always well wrapped and of good quality. Emails and queries are answered quickly and courteously. Plenty of sales to pick up a bargain and a large selection of all sorts of crafting items. I am very happy with the service they provide. Thank you Pandahall.

I found the web site by fortune and now I'm making two orders a week. I really appreciate the Enamel Pendants, there are so many options, they are gorgeous and well made. All the orders are well wrapped and the cost is incredibly cheap, the cheapest I have found for these items.

I have ordered a few times from Panda Hall, I love everything, even better than expected. Sometimes the freight can be a little pricey, but I take that into consideration with what I am purchasing. Some people have complained that it takes too long, I live in Michigan in the USA, It is coming from China, So you got to allow time, I have been pleased with how quickly I receive my products. If you pay attention to your cart, it says if they can ship right away or how many days. I would not hesitate to order from them.

I was looking at the picture of the item as l ordered it. They are telling me that l ordered something else and are just giving me the run around. There are many reputable companies out there to deal with this is not one of them.

Well, my daughter loved the beads that I got from them last week from Pandahall.com. I am not an expert, but I'm sure on this one I did great, because my 14 year old was very happy to see them. She likes this jewellery and I just thought to get her some like as casual Christmas shopping. I hadnt bought anything from them before but my daughter had and so I thought to get her something from there itself. The variety of designs out there was overwhelming and well the truth is I struggled to make a choice. But eventually, Im happy with the purchase and the quick delivery.

They offer items for sale and let you pay for things they don't have to sell. They hold your money for months and then when they refund you, it's to a cash account on their website. You have to jump through lots of hoops to actually get a refund. They tell you they shipped your items when they have not and send fake tracking numbers repeatedly, then blame Fedex, DHL, USPS and UPS for the confusion. They out and out lie about what is going on with orders and when you do get your order, it is often not the item you bought. Then they make you pay to return it which is expensive, so they know you won't. It's a racket that depends on first time buyers, not repeats.

I am a customer since 2012, i order every month once or twice a month. They have an excellent customer service. Only a few problems during 7 years of good service, and they always have give me a good and satisfactory solution.
I know they make all possible to pack my order fast, They attend my suggestion to ship by Fedex because are the only ones who makes fast and good clear customs duties in my city.

This company is just horrible if you have a problem with your order. I had broken wing charms (I ordered four bags of 200pieces) all of the loops were breaking off when I went to use them on a split ring. I sent photos showing them the poor quality of their product. I had to email them over and over again and they were actually RUDE about it. First old me they would do NOTHING then said 30% off then said 40% off and finally after literally begging them to refund or replace their horrible quality product they agreed to refund the amount. I feel like I had to BEG to get them to rectify this matter. I even offered to send the charms back but they kept offering me a reduced price and suggesting that I sell them in my business! I don't usually write bad reviews but this was just the worst customer service I have EVER received.

And I had to surf the Internet for a long time in search of good and inexpensive accessories for my crafts. And just recently on the network I came across this store! And to my surprise, the beads and accessories for my hobby turned out to be of good quality!
Yes, you need to pay for shipping separately, but it's worth it!
I definitely recommend this store for cooperation!
