I just spent over $400 at Pandahall.com and I just received a bill for shipping and handling from fedex. Even though I was charged for shipping and handling threw Pandahall, they still billed me shipping!? I am super upset. I emailed them and they are closed for the week. I hope they a can fix this problem so I can update the review.

I have purchased several items from Pandahall.com and so far, all have been as shown on the website and prices have been excellent. They have had all my products in stock and they have communicated via email during each step in the process (packing, shipping, confirmation of receipt). I have been very satisified with the service so far and hope it continues to be good.

I am an old fan of Pandahall.com. Yes, the old fan as I am going to celebrate my 48th birthday by next month. The first time I made an order, I read the reviews for Pandhall AFTER I had already placed the order. I was greatly concerned, since there were so many bad reviews, and waited with abated breath. The order came and to tell you the truth, everything was fine. The order came in a timely manner, it was correct, and the beads were as pictured and of good quality. So, I took a chance and ordered a second time, still wondering if there would be a problem. Well, once again, things went well and I found myself happy with everything. Just as before, my order arrived quickly and my charms were nice and everything was fine. I did consider another order, but the cost of the shipping was high this time and I could not find what I wanted in a smaller amount, so I decided not to order. I will continue to look to Pandahall in the future, always keeping in mind the problems others have had.

I've been able to get items from them that are very hard to find in the American marketplace, and since it's pretty much factory-direct, you're not dealing with a middleman. They do charge for shipping, with discounts for high-volume orders, but it is reasonable, for the speed and quality of service that you're getting. They also offer discounts based on the level of business that you've done with them, and it's a good loyalty program. It's pretty amazing, too, the incredible variety of items that they carry- everything from cording for madeup knotting, to resin molds to make your own pieces and pendants, to metal findings and chain, and literally everything in between. I have been very happy with both the quality, and the service, with their products, and would highly recommend them to anyone who likes to tinker with jewelrymaking.

I ordered black lava beads and recieved teal. When I told them they told me I got a good color. How can you say that when it was black. They did not replace it. Do not order from them you. Probably won't get the right color. Very unprofessional for them to say I got a good color! Hmm I ordered black

I recently purchased a metal arcylic beads from Pandahall. It's a beautiful website, had exactly what I wanted. The most I would like to share - when I won a coupon in a giveway event. I really like this site and I hope more people can support them.

They never have what I order in stock. I place an order and after 8 days they descide to notify me product is not in stock, Then why take my money or better yet, why have the product listed for sale. I have been waiting a month now, they have my money and my order is STILL not ready!

Reliable site, good quality products, fairly fast delivery, helpful customer service. When my package disappeared somewhere along the way, it was still resent to me for free. (Since then, I choose EUB - nothing will ever disappear).

This site has the best quality platinum plated charms at great prices. I use to hand make key rings and bookmarks. Shipping is a little pricey but I purchase in bulk so it evens off for me.
