I've used this company for a few years now. I like that they have a local website too but I often order direct from China. Fast shipping. Supplies have always been great value. I've ordered many times over the years and customer services have always swiftly dealt with enquiries. Never taking more then a few days to reply. I always get what I order and if it's out of stock I either get refunded or can choose another product. I don't have anything bad to say about panda hall.

I have ordered from Panda Hall on numerous occasions and their products have always been of good quality. I've never had a single problem with any of the items I've ordered. Shipping takes about 7-10 days to the USA. They are well worth the wait.

I Am from new zealand and bought dozens of products and i have probably only looked at 10% of what they offer! Just a massive array o crafts and just about anything. I keep going back and telling myself i dont need that but would love it. Got to slown or run out of money. Always friendly and easy to trade with. I bought few things from Pandahall and I have nothing to complain. They were exactly like in the picture, some even better. The delivery was in time. The package was well packed, nothing damaged. Great prices, I think Pandahall has the cheapest prices compared with other shops, but the delivery it's a bit pricy. I even got e very nice free gift I was at the beginning skeptical about ordering, but I'm glad I did it. They are trustworthy and you will get your order

I like to buy my gemstone beads from Pandahall. They are honest about which stones are natural, dyed or heat treated. This is very important to me. They are also very clear about the metal content of their chains and findings. Customer service is very responsive and helpful

I must find 50 words to say I'm a PandaHall really happy consumer. Everything was perfect for each order: the large choice for each kind of products on the site, the large choice for transport and shipping delays, the choice for payment methods (my favorite is PayPal).
The good information at the good time before the order confirmation is perfect too: I can easily compare my basket with or without some products. I just uncheck some of them on the list to have the total price, with shipping coast (automatically calculated). The unchecked products can be rechecked as you want.
The received package is always perfect.
The consumer service is really good.
Products quality is always a good surprise.

Even through all this world turmoil they have sourced my items and delivered fast all the way to me in Melbourne Australia. Any questions I ask are always promptly answered by the lovely Penny. It is far cheaper for me to purchas ein bulk than bother with mixed sellers on other websites. I get exactly what I'm looking for.

Pandahall has been my main beading supply online store since 2014. I have filled over 96 orders with them. Within these orders, there was only one time a very light order that has gotten misplaced and Pandahall made the full replacement and resent the order. Overall, the customer service is very prompt, they are working even weekends to return you a reply and are very helpful. They are processing the orders very fast, if you choose items that can be processed in 3 days and they have them already in stock. I have bought my jewellery supplies from PandaHall for quite a few years now and they never fail to please me. The products are just as described on their website, good quality and really good value. I buy all my jewellery supplies from them as I full trust their business ethics.
If I ever have a question about a product before ordering they get back to me straight away, customer service is excellent, A1!
The orders arrive in the expected time scale and the packaging is really good, plenty of protective bubble wrap. I have never received a package damaged in transit, which is amazing considering they come half way round the world!
The website is easy to navigate and you have continuous access to your account, orders and frequent order updates.

I will never order from here again. They misrepresented the ship time, had only half of my $500 order in stock, slipped in a $28 shipping charge, as I didn't meet free shipping because they have no stock. Oh yea, then they blamed me for being impatient and not finding alternative options, which of course there were none! Calling the credit card company to make sure the credit shows immediately.

One month after placing an order for 2 items' I finally received one and was told the other was out of stock. That's fine except they doubled the item quantity, sent the wrong thing, close but not what I ordered and charged me almost double.
Very disappointed, will not shop with them again.

What I like a lot about the beads? Prices! The Pandahall is very affordable considering a lot of other web sites. There're a lot of metal findings you can ever want. I do not generally buy the Chinese seed beads, however ones they actually carry here appear to be much better quality than others. Cheapest rate with acceptable quality, in case the shipping time gets shorter then I get really crazy! Thus, I really love the site and will come here again and again

I have ordered SEVERAL times from Pandahall and they are always out of stock with at least one item per order. It delays the entire order by at least a week and a half. I always upgrade to she 3 day shipping so it arrived pretty quick after my orders are packed. Several times they send the wrong color beads. Per their instructions, I email pictures of the wrong item that clearly show the mistake, but they insist that because the label is correct the color must be also. They even suggested if I use them with other beads the color wil look differently. Huh? They just refuse to make good on their mistakes. They hide behind the language barrier and the distance and assume the consumer will just give up.

We received some ribbon which was supposed to be lime green, label said bud green so after a lot if going and frying they offered to replace it for nothing. Told them we were on a deadline but it has taken them 9 days to tell me they do not have the replacements. Have asked for my money back.

I'm a jewellery designer and have been sourcing my beads and associated items from pandahall for 3 yrs and am very happy to keep giving them my business. I totally recommend them as a wholesale supplier.
