I find the shipping very slow, but then again I place huge orders. I've been buying my supplies from them for a long time now, and the prices of many of their items are very low which is great but you really get what you pay for. I buy very inexpensive things from them and they often break. Other than that, I really like the website because of the huge variety and inexpensive items. If you need items and are in a rush, order a month in advance to make sure you get your supplies on time. And keep in mind that the cost of the item really reflects on it's overall quality.

For the most part, I like Panda Hall. However, I have rarely found chain that I have ordered to be in stock. The day the order is due to ship, I get an email asking that I choose a replacement, which delays the order by a week. When it comes to their chain inventory, it is a bait and switch deal.

I love Panda Hall. They have tones of great items, at reasonable prices and sometimes great sales too. Also customer service is fast and efficient. If anything was wrong they did their best to make it right. Sometimes dispatch can be slow though - but I order well in advance and I am never in a rush.

It pays to look around. Sometimes you see very similar products with big price differences.

I love that you have a description on each item and is a very realistic one. You now what you buy, what quality, dimensions and all you need to know all you need to do is to read all informations. The shiping is very good.They comunicate well ask you to confirm the address and all isues.
Another point that I love is the huge amount of goods where you can choose from.

I have been ordering from this site for some time now and I can say the products match the descriptions and images found on the website so you are never disappointed. If there is an issue the customer service responds quickly and work well to solve it. Shipping is quick and the items are always securely packaged. They also have sales, coupons and point systems so you can find various ways to get discounts.

I have placed multiple orders with PandaHall over the past 2 years. Deliveries were always very fast, customer service is great and they are very fast in replying to requests. If something isn't in stock, they will let you know and offer you a discount on a replacement item or they ship out the rest and give you a refund. They have a very wide range of products available, the quality of the items I have ordered has always been good and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I love PandaHall. I have dealt with them for a few years now and have always been impressed with their website, their communication and eagerness to have everything perfect for their customers. The products they offer are outstanding and vast in range. I can find 99.9% of what I need for my craft. The prices including shipping are very low in comparison to other sites and shipping times, usually within 1 week from China to rural Australia, is just amazing and always packaged well. Really? I've got no experience of purchasing beads from their store. But I happened to meet their stylish earrings which all met my desire. Without considering the quality, wholesale ten pairs in different style and beads. Very glad to receive my orders without any disappoints as yours. I sell handmade goods on both Etsy and Amazon. I use their beads and charms to make ceiling fan/light pull chains, Christmas ornaments and rear view mirror hanging ornaments. I just started making items with resin and have purchased dozens of their silicone molds. I have been purchasing from PandaHall for over 7 years. I've purchased from multiple places jewelry to use with my acrylic pours and I'm more than pleased with the quality and selection that Panda Hall has. Yes shipping is high but divide it out and add to the cost of the items and for most items I think they are much less than other sites. I've ordered twice. One Order cane in ten days and the other seven. Everything was packed very well where items would not move. I will order again.

I always felt bad when people would go to online shopping for things they needed. For me, as a jewelry buff, it was frustrating not being able to do the same. As a lover of hand-made jewelry, I keep looking for reliable whole-sale stuff online. But ever since I have checked the PandaHall site, it has become my go-to option. The first time when I purchased the Lobster claws and steel beads, I was really worried about its quality. To check whether or not they were stainless, I decided to keep the steel claws and beads casually in my drawer for at least 5 months, and there you go, they are still found stainless.
