It sells good beads, though some products have got a little bit chromatism. And shipping takes a lot of time, but it's worthwhile. When I received the skyblue handmade silver foil glass pendants with leaf style, my trouble was being solved at moment.

Don't ever buy from them! Products are lousy and actual products quality do not look like their pictures at all! Bought stainless steel rings from them and defects were found. Email their customer service and they asked for pictures of defects again and again. They dragged until iver 10 days and finally told you that the deadline for return are over. Absurd! You will regret if you buy from them. Wasted my USD60+!

I am pleasantly surprised with this site and the high level of customer service I received, while placing my order online. This website is easy to maneuver around and has a lot of options in terms of product availability. My order came right on time and the quality of the items I purchased were just exactly as shown online. Sometimes when ordering products online, especially for the first time, you can never be sure what youre going to get, but with Pandahall there was no surprises. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future

I'm used to mangano calcite beads being uv reactive. These were not. In photo, mangano calcite beads at left were mine from another vendor. The ones on the right are the ones from PanadaHall, and only glow as white would under black light. They should be dark coral.
I contacted customer service and shared my concerns. They basically gave me the runaround, asking for proof, which I provided, and then asked again. They just insisted that they are pink mangano calcite beads. It IS possible that they are calcite, but of such low quality that they don't glow. Either way, they weren't a good product, they didn't refund my money and didn't care.

I wanted some jewellery chains to complete my jewellery set for a special function and I was looking for a rich look jewellery. Such a great selection! I never thought I will be able to find jewellery chains like those. But I was. Panda hall chains... They were actually amazing. And I got them as soon as possible according to my need so that I have to thank their service though I am abroad. I got them without any harm as they were well packed. Very pleased with my beads! My kids and I love making jewellery together, so we were looking for some affordable beads that wouldnt chip or break. These are really colourful, and the intricacy of the design is much better than I expected! We were also pleasantly surprised by how many beads were included in our package we were able to make several necklaces from our purchase, each one different from the others. I would absolutely recommend buying these theyre a steal for the price.

I am an old, hippie wire-wrapper. I have purchased from PandaHall many, many times. I have always been very pleased with the products (mostly stones and wire). As far as customer service goes, I have always been pleased with how Carrie handles any of my questions and issues. I have been pleased with shipping--especially during this Covid thing. I will continue to do business with PandaHall, and if that for some unforeseen reason ever changes--I will let y'all know.

Terrible product, very poorly made and all bent when received. Customer service suggested that to remedy this, I order the product again and pay extra so that it won't be bent when it gets to the USA!
