I was familiar with Pandora, having seen their product in Macys. I heard they had a freestanding store in the Dallas Galleria and so I took my wife there when we were in the area. Store was clean and well organized and although I only intended to look, I was impressed with the knowledge of the young lady who helped us. (I think her name was Jennifer) She was able to make us feel at ease and was very proud of her stores quality and selection. Her enthusiasm carried over to us and my wife bought a bracelet and some earrrings.
So my boyfriend bought me £500 worth of Pandora. They send on the website it will take around 8-9 business days till it comes. First problem, it took two weeks for not even half of the stuff to come, and we are still waiting for the rest to come. Second problem was that they were fake. I wish I could be lying but they were fake as they made my finger turn green. Third problem: my gold ring turned silver, which for what i know off should not happen to a good quality ring. I would like to say, just go to the store and do not pay online because it will rip you off with fake jewellery. That's disgusting and horrible of you Pandora.

Terrible customer service, shifting me from one person to another, not doing what they said to fix problem. They gave me a time line and when it was at the end, they no longer had a replacement for a jewel I already bought, and I was out of luck. Pandora has the worst customer service and their policy is terrible. If you have a gift receipt, they don't allow you to return, only exchange! Also if you buy with cash payment, you don't get cash back rather in cheque which takes a month!

Im very upset about the pandora store in Edison(melon park) NJ. I just bought two clips(only 4 days) to put on my bracelet and then one of the vendors cleaned it up the bracelet and one of my charms get stuck and broken my bracelet, I went there to see if they can help me with something. The manager there was so rude to me, didn't help me with anything and left me talking by myself. I'm very disappointed

Order shipment came in with the personalized gift bags, however the jewelry was missing. Called told them about the mess-up they reordered just the jewelry and refused to express ship? So now since it was a Christmas present it would now come in late and after Christmas. After all said and done come to find out half the jewelry they now don't have because sold out between their first mistake and now. Called and all they offer is a 10% discount off my next order! Company has poor business practices.

Pandora.net should be shut down. Obviously I am not the only one that had to endure the most unprofessional "customer service" people on the internet. Their infamous canned response, oh so sorry we will pass on the information. Zero resolutions. They want your money period. I vote for worst online company out there.
Finally ordered a snake-chain "Moments" bracelet and a couple of charms that I had wanted for quite some time. Waited a long time for delivery and was really excited to open the package. What a disappointment! The clasp on the bracelet was nearly impossible to open, the chain itself was stiff and didn't want to bend around my wrist, and--the worst part--the charms wouldn't fit on the bracelet. What? Returned all items and will never buy anything from Pandora again. I don't understand their popularity if this is the typical quality.
Ordered on Black Friday, received confirmation but nothing else for 10 days, called my order was cancelled due to no stock, why let people order things when There's no stock, oh to take their money and keep it for as long as possible! Spoke to 9 different agents all no help whatsoever, been buying Pandora and spent £££'s each year not anymore, they've lost my trust and my money will shop elsewhere from now on!
My son bought me a pandora charm bracelet with 6 charms. The clasp wouldn't stay shut so after loosing it on several occasions but luckily found it he purchased me a safety chain. It worked for awhile but it still came loose and I lost it and yet to be found. I'll never purchase another one. I'm so devastated bc it was so sentimental. And heartbreaking to loose. Apparently you have issues with the clasp not staying shut by the reviews and complaints I've seen.

I purchased a bracelet and necklace online mid to end of September with no intentions of a return. As a long time customer, I expected to be happy with my purchase! Unfortunately, it's nearly a month later and my necklace is tarnished quite like the relationship that I have as a consumer with Pandora. The heart on the bracelet is not reliable. I called my local store and I spoke to Tia. She informed me that there was little to nothing that she could do for me in reference to a return however, she did offer to soak it in Dawn dishwashing Liquid and promise to give it a nice scrub after which shining it to perfection. Needless to say, Pandora and I will share no more memories ever! Nor do I recommend anybody to purchase anything not unless you want your neck to fall off! You've been warned
If there is a problem with your online order it is best to completely cancel your order and place a new one. Their customer service hotline has long wait times, calls drop frequently, and the staff typical does not know how to help.
I purchased a ring as a birthday gift for my niece. I was out of the country for several months & when I returned my niece thought the ring design was too big for her finger. Neither she or I realized that the return policy was a strict 30 days.
I went to the store where I purchased the ring complete with the original receipt and gift box. I offered to buy another ring & use the returned gift as an exchange, to a flat NO.
This is unacceptable customer service in my book.
I will never purchase anything from Pandora in the future & will make sure my family & friends don't either.

I ordered charms and a necklace in the Pandora sale on line at Pandora.net. These were sent to my billing rather than shipping address. I contacted customer service who were totally disinterested and very unhelpful. I was promised an email I firming me if the order status after contact with the delivery company. No email and left wondering where my order was three weeks later. E mailed customer service and a different member. Order returned and I would be refunded. Now will be over a month-no order and waiting for my money! Shocked snd fed up so emailed asking that they could send me a charm from the sale. No that was not possible but I could have free postage on my next order! No way will I order again! I have bought Pandora since beginning and own many bracelets. Shocking to say the least from a huge company.
After a month of waiting (it takes a long time, was shipped using chinapost... yes, it comes from China), I have just received a paper package very poorly presented that contains some items kind of a cheap remembrance of what I ordered, you can go to a chinese store and get better pieces for less than $5 each, it is THAT bad!, I'll return this even though I guess will be expensive, but I already paid $250 for a less than $20 (total) worth exchange.

I frankly don't see the appeal of the cheap jewelry with the dangling bits, but my girlfriend wanted it.
We went into the store at St. Bruno, QC. They didn't have the bracelet in her size, they didn't have all the charms she wanted. They did have charms that seem to be nowhere in the catalog. It's pretty confusing.
We got some charms there, and then had to order the bracelet and out of stock charm online. The website said 2-6 day delivery. Two days later it showed as delivered, but I still hadn't received anything. When I checked with UPS they never collected the order from Pandora. I still haven't received the package 11 days later. They just seem to be very bad at logistics.
Considering the price for what it is, and the logistics snafu, I would advise you reconsider and go to a more upscale place.

I love shopping at Pandora, however when I didn't receive my merchandise. I decided to call the customer service number *******333, and I spoke with Josh who was rude right from the beginning. He began the conversation by sighing, then cut me off while I was trying to explain the reason for my call. He was rude in every poisible way, yell, unfriendly, unprofessional. I hope that the conversation true are recorded because that was truely unprofessional.
I bought a ring for my wife but unfortunately it was too small for her. The return policy states "Items in unused and original condition purchased are eligible for returns within 30 days in store with receipt." This is false. I went to the store and spoke with the seller who told me that they would not accept the ring because according to them it had a scratch. My wife did not wear the ring so I think they sold me the scratched ring, obviously the scratch can only be seen with a magnifying glass and when I bought it I did not use a magnifying glass to check it.
I went to customer service and they did not solve my problem either, now I am with a 647 dollar ring that my wife cannot use and that the store does not accept either. I feel cheated and frankly disappointed in the store not only for its customer service but also for its dishonesty when it comes to selling an imperfect product.
Placed an order online, money taken from my account, 6days later, nothing contact online so call customer service to be told they had no order? Despite having taken the funds?
Then without trying to sort the issue, just advised I would be refunded? Wtaf?

It is a scam. Stay away from it! I ended up with a visa chargeback and was lucky. You order and when you try ti contact company you will find the email addresses do not exist nor does the phone number.
Bought a Disney bracelet and 3 charms for my wife for her birthday. The clasp kept coming undone and she almost lost it several times. So we returned and got another bracelet. Same thing happened only this time we lost all the charms because of defective product. Pandora will only give me a gift card for the bracelet because that's the only thing we have to return even though we lost the charms due to a defective product. I don't even want a a gift card because that means I have to purchase something else from these scam artists.
I was gifted a Pandora necklace 5 months ago and unfortunately the clasp has broken. But they won't spend $2 and 5 mins to fix it because I don't have the reciept. Another jeweller who sells Pandora (but not if you have a voucher) told me the Pandora store could have looked up the surname of the purchaser and date of purchase (although as it was a gift from 2 unrelated friends who live hours apart and I've no idea who or where it was purchased and don't want to tell the I broke their gift after a few months). But I wasn't given that option. Stay away. Poor service.
I have purchased several of the dangle charms, that have fallen off and you are left with a broken piece that hangs off your bracelet and the charm is gone forever, Good Buy $40 plus dollars, PER CHARM.
I would say they are not made well, and are of poor quality.
Ive already contacted Pandora and they are of no help.

The game looks really good in the jungle but feels very average in every other way.
It seems a little sparse as far as interactivity goes and doesn't really give me a "cutting edge" feel.
The bad came when assigning keys. In every shooter I play including all the other Far Cry games, I use my RMbutton to move and LMbutton to shoot. Being right handed it frees up my left hand for assigned button manipulation and just works. I've been doing it that way for years. Unfortunately for me the game will not allow me to bind my mouse button as a movement key?. I can't think of a reason why they might do that but for me, it's kind of a game changer (hah). That simple thing changed it from being (maybe) fun to annoying.
I'm trying to play it using my keyboard hand to move forward but it's so frustrating. When I get in fights I keep mashing my mouse button wondering why I'm not moving! Lol
I'm going to keep playing it for a bit because I paid $70 freaking dollars for it but as far as a recommendation - I would save your money or play Far Cry. It'll be a lot less frustrating and a lot cheaper!
