I was familiar with Pandora, having seen their product in Macys. I heard they had a freestanding store in the Dallas Galleria and so I took my wife there when we were in the area. Store was clean and well organized and although I only intended to look, I was impressed with the knowledge of the young lady who helped us. (I think her name was Jennifer) She was able to make us feel at ease and was very proud of her stores quality and selection. Her enthusiasm carried over to us and my wife bought a bracelet and some earrrings.
So my boyfriend bought me £500 worth of Pandora. They send on the website it will take around 8-9 business days till it comes. First problem, it took two weeks for not even half of the stuff to come, and we are still waiting for the rest to come. Second problem was that they were fake. I wish I could be lying but they were fake as they made my finger turn green. Third problem: my gold ring turned silver, which for what i know off should not happen to a good quality ring. I would like to say, just go to the store and do not pay online because it will rip you off with fake jewellery. That's disgusting and horrible of you Pandora.

I bought a bracelet in May. I had to stop wearing it because it started to turn a dark color. I took it back to the store and all they would do is clean it. It doesn't even come close to a 3 month old sterling bracelet. I have cheap bracelets that look newer after over months of wear. Very disappointed in the product.

My boyfriend got me this promise ring from Pandora, which i picked out lol, 3 years ago and it still looks just as amazing as the day I got it. The quality at Pandora is so good, they have such a large selection, and a perfect fit for everyone. I even took it back to the store once to get it cleaned for free. All the stones are still attached and the fit is still perfect after all these years.
Pandora is the absolute best gift you can give anyone - especially if they are difficult to buy for. My daughter is notoriously hard to gift and I purchased her a gold pandora bracelet and now I have the perfect gift for every occasion - a new charm! I always get great service when I got into the store locations in LA, so nothing to complain about!
I shop in the Camberley store all the time and I always wait for magda to serve me. She is amazing. Friendly and so helpful.it's like going to see a friend... she was so helpful last time I took her a gift to say how much I appreciated it. She is a credit to your company... Carolyn
I ordered the Disney 100 anniversary charm, however the Disney collector charm box was not shipped as shown in my order! This was very disappointing and I had to call and see why it wasn't shipped! They had no answer for me but agreed to ship one out! After few days I received a small paper box in the mail and again NO Disney collector charm box! I was so shocked. Like what was the point of shipping out a regular Pandora paper box?! I called again and after a few back n forths they said they're out of stock! I tried to leave a product review on the Pandora website but they monitor reviews and don't allow negative feedback! Wow! What happened to freedom of speech Pandora?
No gift for my wife for mothers day. Appalling company! Promised a guaranteed in time for mothers day delivery.
I bought 4 brackets and several charms. The brackets have tarnished and the charms rusted. When going to see if they can correct them I was told they all do this and when the charms stop sliding and get Stuck they can brake the bracelet to get it off but I would still need to purchase another if I wanted it. The quality of their product is terrible and the company doesn't back their product at all. I will now buy from James Avery at lease I know it's real and they have excellent customer service
I love pandora jewelry, but don't tell me that a chain is real sterling silver when it is not. I purchased a sterling silver Pandora Me Link chain and it turned black within four months of purchase. No I did not sleep or shower in it and please don't tell me it that it tarnishes because of the perfume or lotion that you wear. I have many real sterling silver chains that I showered and wore with perfume and lotions for many years and it is silver not black. I am so disappointed.

I visited the Warriewood store today and was served by Jackie I cannot praise her enough, nothing was too much trouble she was extremely pleasant and ultra helpful i will definitely be recommending this store to my friends.
I went to Pandora to buy my daughter a bracelet to have it in grade on it. Well, we noticed with the gold plated that it was scratching off so I took the bracelet back to Pandora, where they told me they wasn't responsible for that and that I would just have to eat it, and buy another charm, there is no way I would ever do business with Pandora again because they don't stand by the product. The only thing they're good for is selling it and giving you a free jewelry clean but they do not stand by their product. At least that's what I learned in Brandon town center in Brandon Florida, I spoke with the manager and she was just like Eat it I'm when I told her I was going to Google review she said so what
Ordered a ring for my wife for Mother's Day. Selected "pick up in store" Canton store had it in stock so I thought this is perfect, since my schedule is filled with kids soccer games all weekend. To be able to run in, grab and go is a perfect scenario. I went in to pick it up after being emailed it was ready, but to my surprise the "free" bracket that they were giving away was the only thing I could walk away with today. The ring that was in stock and a associate showed it to me, was there but for some reason Pandora decided that they wanted to ship it instead, which I will not get until Wednesday. I called Pandora to ask about this and see if there is something they can do to stop the shipment and just let me pick up in store since it's there (right size and all) The rep told me she cannot stop the order or cancel, and I would have to wait until I receive it to return it. I ask to speak to a decision maker and she was kind enough to tell me she was going to put me through to someone who could help me 75 minutes on the phone and I never heard from anyone else. This isn't a first time purchase with them, I was literally in the store 2 days ago and spent over $200 for my daughter birthday gift. But after this and the poor customer service, I may never buy from Pandora again!
Juan, that works at the Pandora at the millennium mall needs to work on his manners was rude when asked for a paper receipt was very upset when I left did not like his attitude.

I Was At The Pandora Store In Lexington KY. Was Going To Purchase A Gold Ring For $115.00 Dollars Until I Found Out It Was Gold Plated! So I went With Sterling Sliver Instead! I Think It's Crazy To Sell Those Type Of Rings For That Price On Up Because It's Very Misleading Cause It Looks Like Real Gold But It's Not! Need To Drop The Prices On Those Fake Rings!

I bought a beautiful ring in Pandora store in Katy, Texas. I used for 25 days, and not every day, and one of the stones has fallen!
When I bought it, I was in the US on vacation and the manager told me clearly "if something happens with the ring, you can change in any Pandora in the world if is in the warranty".
Ok, so 25 days the problem happened and one of the stone fell! I was in my country where I went to many different Pandora shops and all of them told me the same: "I'm sorry, we cannot change it as you didn't buy it in this shop".
Not happy with it, I brought to a professional jewellery where I would pay to replace the stone. He saw the ring and told me: "this came with a defect that I cannot fix it! You need to contact Pandora".
Tired about it but still positive that I would have a solution, I'm in contact with Pandora US since September 05th 2023, and they didn't give any solution for it!
Every time they ask me to contact a different person or area from Customer support.
Then, they asked me to contact Pandora from my country. I did, and they don't change it because the jellewery's rules here are different than the US and I bought in the US.
Then, they said they cannot delivery a new ring for me. A gift card wouldn't work either as it is just valid for the US and I don't live there!
In other words, this company is TERRIBLE!

Ordered a ring last year, the stones were falling off the first time I wore it so I called in and told them what happened. They said the ring I got is now retired so they cannot replace it but they can give me a store credit once they receive the defective item. They shipped me the wrong return label and I had to wait again for the right one. I sent the item back and no one got back to me that they received it and I still didn't get my store credit. Every time I call I have to wait 30-45 mins on the phone. The lady promised me I would get it within a certain amount of days and months later I still haven't received it so I called again and the other lady said she will personally handle it and I will receive it within 48 hours. It's been months and til this day I still haven't received my store credit. I called again today and waited 30 mins for them to talk back and fourth on a computer with the supervisor and they promised to get it to me within the next couple of hours so hopefully I will finally get it. I will never purchase online from Pandora again. Worse experience online service from Pandora man.
Sent wrong items. You have to wait weeks for replies to emails. I can have my correct items I previously ordered and payed for if I send even more money. Absolute scam. Be wary.
My mom gave me a gift from five years ago from Pandora. I live 90 minutes from the nearest store and returned the bracelet because it wasn't my style. They gave me a receipt that was the gift card. I went back a couple of years later with my daughter thinking she could pick something out (she lives in a different state but loves Pandora). They said that they couldn't use the receipt because they changed to physical gift cards. They said they would check into it and let me know how they could fix it. Needless to say, they never got back to me. I phoned them a couple of times and the manager never returned my calls. Since then I emailed 3 different times asking what I could do about replacing the receipt with the gift card. I NEVER hear back from anyone although I get an email saying someone will get back to me. I drove out another time and they promised to resolve it and never got back to me. This is a $300.00 credit. These people of crooks - its frustrating especially since my mom is on a fixed income and should not have spent the money in the first place. Shame on pandora!
Awful customer service, I agree with others, they don't seem to care. My last 3 contacts with them have had issues. First in 2020 I ordered the Christmas Ornament and charm during beginning of promo. Got ornament but no charm. Called and told sold out. I called and they said there was nothing they could do. It was past the promo so if I went somewhere else it would be full price. My wonderful local Pandora store honored the sale price, they are great! Have been trying for the last 3 weeks to place an order, but they weren't taking the Pandora credit card, it was done for like 3 weeks. Now I am trying to place my order and use the free bracelet early promo for card holders and at checkout, it isn't removing the price of the bracelet. There customer service hours have been shortened to 6pm EST weekdays and closed on weekends so I can't get help. Promo ends tomorrow for early shoppers so I will have to risk some of my items getting sold out. Very frustrated with this site, they do NOT have their act together. I see now they aren't taking paypal.
Ordered a Christmas present for someone who was going abroad shortly. Paid £10 for express next day delivery. Website advertises next day delivery if item purchased before 2pm. The next day by mid morning only had tracking details as far as Belgium. Telephone and spent ages on the phone to be told that the item hadn't even left Belgium even though the DHL website showed it at Heathrow. Manager did not come to the telephone. Requested that manager telephone me that day and advise when I would be refunded. Have not heard anything as yet and strongly suspect I will have to call them again. Disappointed and fuming! Christmas present will not be here and I will let someone down. Will not use this company again. If the manager had any common sense she would have contacted a London based store, and made arrangements for the item to be couriered to me in London from one of their London based shops. When systems don't work managers need to think outside the box. Just pathetic for a supposedly established corporate company!
Ordered a bracelet, a DPD parcel from Lithuania came rather fast - about 6 working days. Long story short - the size didn't fit (even though I used their size guide from the official web page). So I fulfilled the return blank explaining I want to change a size for a bigger one and sent the parcel back the same day. (they packed the bracelet in a way so that when I took it from the box to try on, the price tag broke off the rope and was left inside).
I've been waiting for a reply for at least 2 weeks (several e-mails were sent as well/ they do not answer calls even if you try to connect 4 times in a row), then I finally reached them, explained the situation and the answer I received was: "We either return back you the same bracelet you ordered first or you don't get any money back." For my question "Why?" the lady told me that the price tag was broke off. Then I claimed that "There was NO OTHER way to try the bracelet on, the price tag automatically stays in the box (I left the tag also in the box when returning), are you just fooling your customers so that none of them could get a refund?" Then everything I heard was only - I cannot answer anything, this is against our policy. I even asked the prone number of their manager or person who Could answer my claims. Again the same answer was received.
Currently I am waiting for my bracelet that did not fit back for more than 3 weeks already. Do you thing anyone ever answered my e-mails? Naaah:)
P.S. they did not even attached a warranty together with the bracelet. Ok that's strange:)
Conclusion: I like Pandora and the goods they produce but please do not EVER order their products online. And yes - they do not give a s**t about their customers - awful experience.
