I love this place so much, especially the iced coffee, me and my baseball "teammates" aka lovers come here often and get the rice bowls
Food did not match the menu pictures or the TV ad. Very deceptive advertising. Chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of burnt chicken, 1 small piece of wilted lettuce, no flavor good or bad. Too expensive. So disappointed, will never eat there again. If you have never been there, good luck finding your way around. No staff member offered any assistance. The pink lemonade tasted like a powdered mix and burned my throat.
My first reviews of my last two visits to Panera -: I picked up some chicken noodle soup yesterday and it was WAY too SALTY - hard to enjoy - and I love chicken soup- portion size small for the price —Earlier in the month I tried their Chicken sandwich-Bun was good but chicken was drown out with taste of teriyaki sauce that possible it's marinated in - Also High salt taste- and the crackers were also salty - real parmisian cheese would have tasted better Way over priced with completions like Chick Fil A - won't waste my money again - I'll stick to Fuji apple salad-
I'm waiting on my food at the Panera in York Pa on Carlisle rd. There is 4 soups with bread on the counter. Lady came in to clear up the problem. So I over hear the staff ask Erin the shift manager to put it back in the pot. I then walk up and say I don't want any of that food in my order. It's been sitting there for over three minutes.
I then continued to talk to my son. Erin ask what am I saying. I explain to her I talking to my son she ask again what did I say. I then explain that the food that sat on the count should be thrown away, Erin began to get smart with me then tell her what she is doing is wrong. Word for word with the customer not okay. The conversation was done and she continued to argue with me. I then began to walk out the store, then she say I need you to leave, coming from around the counter. She tried to take me order out of my hand. I tell her she wrong for following me. She follows me outside and say she will call the cops. I tell her to go ahead. She still walking behind me to my car. She on her phone and and says to dispatch I threatened her. No! I did not! Don't say that. I then pull off cause I'm already late for work.
One hour later here come police at my job banding me from all Panera stores. Are you serious Erin
Panera bread started off great for me. They had their Tortellini Alfredo pasta, which was one of my absolute favorites and one of my favorite cookies. I was in the honeymoon phase at this point, I couldn't see how anything could be wrong (maybe the prices were a little too high in my opinion, but that did not stop me due to how much I fancied their pasta). This slowly started going South, and I am not talking about geographically. It started when I was making my regular order, a Tortellini Alfredo with a Pepsi on the side, then the words "we no longer sell this item" came out of the cash register's mouth. What? I took a good thirty second to comprehend what just happened, my jaw and eyes wide open. Ever since that day, it has been immense disappointment each time I visit Panera, but I keep coming back in hopes that the next visit will be better than the last. Not only did they get rid of my beloved tortellini a year back, but now they no longer have the regular Mac and Cheese... only Broccoli Mac and Cheese. Who in the world eats THAT? Anyways, the service is mediocre for the price and the menu just keeps getting worse. Consider this as my official break-up letter. I'm sorry Panera, but we are through.
Online order was 30 minutes earlier than ordered. Soup was good after warming it up. Ordered chicken salad sandwich which was mostly grapes and almonds with very little chicken.
I ordered a Caesar Salad from Panera Bread on Door dash this evening. As I was finishing my salad, at the bottom of the bowl, I found a green bug that looked like lettuce but I saw its wing and legs...
I am canceling my membership and Panera Bread will never see me again.
WASH YOUR LETTUCE.
Got 2 new pepperoni baguettes for 24 bucks was a loaf of bread had 1 thin layer of pepperoni and a few sporadic chunks of mozzarella Panera Bread you should be ashamed
But after I read what they did to the retired service member in their NYC Panara bread they refused him service after he called his order. In and went to pick it up but refused to give his order to him and called the police and had him arrested for trespassing any Americsn patriot should never go to Pancras again I definitely will not be spending a dine there ever again.

I got soup and a pizza both cold and tasteless :(
Tulsa, OK, South Memorial Drive location: What has happened to Panera Bread? Quality has gradually been declining over the past year, not only on the one we just visited in Tulsa, but also locations in OKC as well. (These may be franchises, don't know, makes no difference.)
Today, Thursday, September 10,2020, order a bowl of Chicken Soup. It came out half full, mostly broth, very little chicken, a couple of noodles, a vegetable or two. Absolutely, not the quality or the quantity that Panera prided itself in delivering.
Over the past year, the two locations we visit in OKC (Edmond and north OKC on Memorial) have also seemed to decline in quality and quantity.
Service by the personnel at all locations has always been good and hopefully that will continue, but due to the declining quality of food being served, it is difficult to go back. May try it again in a few months, but not any time soon. We used to be regulars, at least twice a week at OKC Paneras, but can not see that continuing. Hopefully, Panera management(s) will make a correction on this.
I can be reached for comment. Today's experience in Tulsa was dine-in, order number *******, Cafe # *******, 11:48:42 AM, Customer/Pager # 38.
I ordered online for delivery, and when the order arrived it was incomplete. Driver said that is what Panera provided. So I called store several times during the slow time before anyone even bothered to answer the phone. Rude manager blamed it on the driver and refused to make it right. So I called Door Dash, who attempted to reach Panera, but no one answered. So Panera blames Door Dash, and Door Dash blames Panera. Neither Panera corporate nor Door Dash corporate empowers their corporate employees to make this right. So, as the customer, I get the run around and I am out the cost of my missing order, taxes, delivery fee and tip. But the run around ends with me ending shopping again at Panera. Food is overpriced. Manager wasn't interested in even providing customer service. Customer service is worse than the overpriced food. Corporate is a joke, offering empty apologizes but doing nothing. So Panera, keep the gift you received today from me but in the long run it will cost you business.
I was in Panera this morning and 2 of the employees were Not wearing a mask, to make it worse one of them were coughing while making my bagel. I threw it in the trash and will not be back
I stopped at Panera BREAD for a soup with my 81 year old mother. We usually enjoy getting a bowl of soup for lunch after running errands together. My mom has trouble chewing the harder crusts, like on the French baguette, so we usually ask for two pieces of white bread instead. It usually puts a smile on her face. On this day, the clerk at the drive-thru of the Panera on sawmill road, said my mother could not exchange the baguette for a piece of bread. She said you can have apples but you cannot exchange a hard crested baguette for a piece of white bread at Panera Bread. I was so upset we just left without lunch. I cannot believe you are telling me, I cannot get a piece of white bread at Panera Bread. Yes I seriously said it you cannot get a piece of white bread with your soup at Panera Bread. I wrote an email to Panera bread's customer service but did not hear a thing from them no explanation no apologies no kiss my a$$. Nothing. I realize some people might want crazy elaborate exchanges for items that Panera Bread sells together but for Panera Bread to deny my mom a piece of bread with her soup just absolutely blows my mind.

After not eating at Panera bread for a few years, I thought I give it another try. Big mistake :( The Brentwood TN ******* location could use some improvement.
Pathetic service. Bread for Sandwich / bread for soup is always finished before an hour. They just don't care when we tell them.
The amarillo location is in dire need of help. EYM owns it and they not only refuse to pay their employees and contractors, but they block them after they reach out via email and social media.
Tip for consumers:
Reviews about what EYM are the only way to make it known as the company cannot delete them. The employees and management need the public’s help.

I never would have eat there if I new a chicken sandwich and coffee would be almost $19. I do love the coffee but will never eat there again with those kind of prices.
Cancelled sip club and They changed my card.
They would not refund me but would give a credit for future purchases. Then man of the phone would not connect me to someone in the position to refund me.
We ordered u pick 2. Our turkey sandwiches barely had any meat on them. It was all bread and tomatoes. For the price they charge I expected more than 2oz of turkey on my sandwich. NEVER COMING BACK.
We have been regular customers at Panera for years! One of our favorites has always been the Green Goddess Cobb Salad. We went today after a year and a half ( because of Covid) and were excited to be back and enjoy our salad and fresh bread. We went to the one on Daniels road, here in Ft. Myers, Florida. We always sit on the outdoor patio. Upon getting our table we noticed none of the fans were going. I went inside to see if they could turn them on, only to be told by the manager that they haven't been working for over a year! When I asked why they hadn't been fixed, her reply was " I Don't Know". Not the least apologetic or I will see what I can do.
We then ordered the Cobb salad ( green goddess). They gave me a pager. I sat it in the middle of the table as we always have, at which time the servers would bring our food out. Well today it flashed, I took it
Inside and asked why it was flashing.& was told we needed to go and get our order. I said oh they don't bring it to you anymore? And she said no, because of Covid. Well it seems like it would've safer for the server to bring it outside so all the customers aren't running inside. Upon getting my salad, I noticed that they now put tomatoes on it. I asked for extra dressing & put t it on and mixed my salad. The tomatoes did not compliment this salad at all. So I picked them out. The dressing tasted very different, diluted with something. And the bread was old, not fresh at all. We were VERY disappointed and will not be returning. They have lost our family of customers!
I ordered the Sierra Turkey Sandwich and the sandwich was good. My problem was is it worth $11.39. No it is a $7.00 sandwich anywhere. I can not recommend Panera at the prices charged.
I love Panera Bread. The croissants and the bread are sweet. The macaroni is delicious. When I go to Panera I get the soup, but at times, it is awful! Thank you Panera!
The customer was at the line without a mask and the staff didn't say anything to to him. Unfortunately I see why COVID-19 keeps on taking lifes and many people do not care.
We've always loved and craved the Asiago Bagels, but last two purchases of half dozen each were a total disappointment, there was only a slight hint of Asiago cheese baked on them.
This store has filthy, stupid and dumb staff! I ordered a tomato soup with bread bowl and got NO bread bowl NO silverware but only got cheese and broccoli soup AND I'M ALLERGIC TO DAIRY PRODUCTS! I had to repeat myself 3 TIMES and it was STILL WRONG! SMDH
