I love this place so much, especially the iced coffee, me and my baseball "teammates" aka lovers come here often and get the rice bowls
Food did not match the menu pictures or the TV ad. Very deceptive advertising. Chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of burnt chicken, 1 small piece of wilted lettuce, no flavor good or bad. Too expensive. So disappointed, will never eat there again. If you have never been there, good luck finding your way around. No staff member offered any assistance. The pink lemonade tasted like a powdered mix and burned my throat.
With all the add on fees, the pricing has become ridiculous. There is one sandwich there I like and a cinnamon roll for $26! Really! Then plus tip!
THEY FORGOT MY $#*!ING TOMATO SOUP. I AM GOING TO $#*!ING KMYS. THAT SOUP WAS FOR MY GRANDMA. THAT WAS HER DYING. $#*!ING. WISH. YOU HAD ONE MOTHER $#*!ING JOB. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? HER LAST MEAL WAS THAT SOUP. SHES $#*!ING DEAD NOW. YOU MISSED YOUR CHANCE. I AM GOING TO EGG THAT $#*!ING PANARA LIKE ITS MY $#*!ING REASON FOR LIFE AND THEN IM GOING TO HANG MYSELF ON A TREE IN FROUT OF YOUR STORE SO WHEN PEOPLE DRIVE BY THEY KNOW YOU FORGOT MY DYING GRANDMAS SOUP.
Just had the Chef's Signature Chicken Sandwich, not the spicy one. It was dry, tasteless and expensive.
Pure ugh.

My husband and I always enjoyed eating at Paneras, but the other day my toasted bagel was so hard I had to dunk it in my coffee to eat it. Why would I tip before I get my food?
Don't bother ordering their high priced salads, half the time the portions are smaller than the should be or their is a bunch of bad lettuce in it
I went to Panera today and saw that there was no bbq chicken Mac and cheese on the menu. I am sad because it was my favorite item
Bread hard as a rock very little cheese even the dog would not eat it., never again. I bought two$20.00 and it wet into the trash.
Unacceptable food at an outrageous price, save your hard earned cash and go somewhere else, the size of the salads are pathetic and they cost $15!
I worked for Panera for two years old managers we the best. Then got new management and the store went to hell. The lobby is hardly ever open because the can not keep staff. The new GM is running this store into the ground. Lost a lot of our regular guests stoped even coming in. This store used to be great to work for. Until the new management team ran it to hell and back. Then it seems that the corporate don't even care whats going on in this store. It has been broughr to there attention several times. This store is losing so much money it's not funny. When i was a Gm for another store we were tought your sells are what keeps a company going. Are guests always came first. At this Panera they open lobby when they want the never open at the same time and they wonder why guests no longer want to come in. If corporate don't step in and do something soon i see this store going under. They keep used soups longer then they should and after two days with there meat that should go in the trash they just rebag it into another bag. They need to get there old managers and staff back from when i first started. Because one thing is for sure the old Gm would pull this store right back up to where it was because she cared about her staff and store. CORPORATE YOU NEED TO REALLY STEP UP AND TAKE CONTROL.

The prices are horrible for the little bit of food you get. When I first started going it was very good. The one in Brooklyn on Fulton is not good.
Use to be my favorite bagels!
Horrible.no taste. Like eating hamberger bun with sprinkle of flavor! Use to be excited about Asiago bagles. Now. No flavor, like bread wirh creamcheese
I used to love Panera, but like Buffalo Wild Wings they now skimp on their meat so you get $15 bread and lettuce. Sadly I am forever done.

I got a chicken sandwich and there was a piece of hair in it. They also forgot to give me my side and brownie
I ordered a chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and I only get a little chicken, no tomatoes or lettuce, bad service, not buy there any more.
Dear Panera Bread Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your establishment. My family and I visited your restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, we were greatly disappointed.
Firstly, the price of the food we ordered was exorbitant. I could have quickly taken my family to Cheesecake Factory for just a few dollars more. The cost of our meal was not commensurate with the quality of service and the food we received.
Furthermore, despite spending over five minutes discussing it at the register, our order needed to be corrected. My son did not receive his apple juice, and I did not receive my water, in addition to my son's sandwich having onions. Unfortunately, this error is a common theme at your facility, especially when ordering through the drive-thru. It is unacceptable for a restaurant of your caliber to make such careless mistakes.
Moreover, the state of your restroom facilities was appalling. My son had to wash his hands, but the restroom was dirty and smelled strongly of urine. We were forced to hurry out of the bathroom due to the overwhelming stench. Such conditions are not only unhygienic but also reflect poorly on your brand.
It is worth noting that we only chose to dine at your establishment because there is a need for healthier options in the area. However, it is becoming increasingly more work to justify the exorbitant prices, especially considering the lackluster quality of service we received.
In conclusion, I implore you to take these issues seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your establishment. Please bring appropriate measures to address the concerns raised in this letter to ensure that future customers have a better dining experience.
Sincerely,
Andy
I ordered the new teriyaki chicken sandwich and soup to go, when passing by the 7165 Kingery Hwy, willowbrook, IL location. After waiting 35 minutes I finally got my order. While waiting I saw them open the oven door but not take out what was in, and it appeared to be burning - this was around 1:50pm on 7/16/2020 so they can look at their cameras. I thought that was thrown away - I did not know that they wrapped it for me and someother unfortunate customer.
I finished a couple of errands and drove home to find my sandwich burnt and black on the edges and one side. There was hardly any filling. Not sure what chicken it was - definitely not teriyaki (on my receipt). They did not even check the sandwich type on the packaging.
And like some of the others have noted - the soup is tiny. I wish I had seen the reviews before going there.
Subway is very much better, twice the size (footlong), a lot more filling, toasted light brown, not burnt and costs less. This was $7.40 for 5", subway is 6:99 for a footlong, and often on sale for $5.
I tried to call but there is a message going on non-stop, and does not accept the input 5 to speak to someone.
So I called the catering and they said a manager would call me back - no one has called back for over 5 hours.
So when I go back that way, I will let everyone know.
Tip for consumers:
This location is OK for pre-prepared bakery but processing like sandwiches and soup is bad.
Cashier Britta at the Rancho Cucamonga store location. Was not friendly, poor customer service skills. Ver dry service.

Ordered 2 loaves of Classic White Miche, sliced thin for pickup this morning at ******* 12 Mile Road Farmington Hills, MI. Picked up at Drive-Thru. When we got bread home, found bread was NOT sliced.
I picked up my order and then they didn't have my food so I ran back to get my soup they said they will make a new one there was nice service tho
We had to go order, one of the order was not right and everything in the bag was like they threw the food on the bag. No napkins or utensils,
The only thing that I can say. This was truly a waste of money. Never again. I threw it in the trash.
Very small portion sizes
The main thing was the scoop of tuna on my sandwich, it did not even have any tuna on half of it?
We went to the Panera restaurant on Bagley Rd. I Middleburg Hts., Ohio at 5:10pm on September 23,2021. The cashier was not knowledgeable regarding what was in the teriyaki, white or dark meat. She shouted to another employee who didn't know either. So she just stands there looking at me. I said "so nobody knows then" to which she responded no, nobody knows. So I ordered a BOWL of soup and so did my son. While waiting for our food a blond haired girl comes out of the back with gloves on and takes a rubberband and gives herself a ponytail. I made sure she wasn't going to be handling our food. I don't know the names of any of the employees I dealt with as none of them including (I'm assuming) the manager wore name tags. We take our food to the table and I told my son that it looked more like a cup of soup rather than the bowl I had ordered (no receipt was given to me) and compared the container mine was in to my son's. Mine was a cup. I went back to the counter and the young man making the orders (he had hair past his chin and no hairnet) looked up my order and said I ordered a cup (which I never order) and and then the "manager" basically called me a liar. I was at this point very angry and told them I ordered a BOWL and it wasn't my fault that the girl who took my order put it in wrong. They finally gave me what I ordered. I will never go back and will take this further for health violations. Nasty people working there both attitude wise and ignorant.
