Panera Bread

My sandwiches barely have anything inside. The bread is good but I was ordering a sandwich, with cheese.

Order was messed up, did not live up to any expectations, $40 for two sandwiches that were not good, very disappointed

I'm so done with Panera! I wasn't happy when they took over Paradise Bakery and cheapened all their awesome recipes, but I went back occasionally, and was always disappointed somehow. Paradise Bakery was the bomb! Panera made all their recipes smaller portions and increased the prices. I went to Panera on Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria, AZ last week and that was the final straw. Got a pick 2 combo with chicken walnut sandwich and a corn chowder. Didn't get the pickle with my sandwich, nor did I get the baguette with my soup, but those are minor things. When I opened the sandwich it had 1 tablespoon of chicken walnut salad on it! WTF? I hadn't even noticed the other missing items yet, so I turned around and went back through the drivethru and they explained that is the amount in the scoop that Panera allows. Then on the way home I opened the soup only to find it was a very watered down (almost clear) chowder that looked like someone opened a can of generic soup and poured in the cup ~ not like thick chowder should be. Flavorless and watered down. Then I noticed the missing pickle and baguette. It's ridiculous how they've really let this place go. I'll never go to a Panera or say a good word about them again ~ disgusting!

I don't know what he's bad reviews are saying by Panera has the best food ever your grilled cheese is the best. The bread is also really good.

Cashier did not care for my order it was wrong a liar I will not trust this cashier with money. Accuracy Matters not really

Dont like to complain, but hardly any feta on Greek salad, should be called Plain salad.
Otherwise salad was fresh, and dressing was good.

My four-cheese souffle was delicious. The only complaint I had was the bottom crust was a tad too done, bordering on burnt. I love their menu!

After paying that high price for a chicken sandwich I thought it would wow me NOT wish I had my money back and go get a Popeyes chicken sandwich meal for that price and better tasting in my opinion

Decaf coffee has been cold the last 3 x I have been here. The wait for fresh coffee is too long. They seem to be short staffed.

The food is very good but unfortunately the bathrooms are very dirty in this location, they look like subway bathrooms

This was the NASTIES smootie I've ever had. I took one sip and spit it out. Tasted like sour yogurt.
I only gave it a 1 because it was fast service.

The bread bowls were delicious but the salads were ridiculously priced. Overall I enjoyed my meal. I would go back again.

Completely disappointed, I placed an order at 10:30 am to be delivered at 11:30 am. I got my order at 2:10 PM.

Sandwich was dry and not put together well. The onion soup was just not good. They weren't busy but nobody even recognized that I was there.

I wa looking forward to a large salad. So disappointed. Let's me forget about the size, super small and not enable. Tossed it away.

The kind you make at home from a box is better. SO disappointed! Soupy too and I don't think it was real cheese either.
