Food did not match the menu pictures or the TV ad. Very deceptive advertising. Chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of burnt chicken, 1 small piece of wilted lettuce, no flavor good or bad. Too expensive. So disappointed, will never eat there again. If you have never been there, good luck finding your way around. No staff member offered any assistance. The pink lemonade tasted like a powdered mix and burned my throat.

This is the second time we have had our order incorrect - both times an ordered sandwich was missing. We live 6 miles from Ashland and did not discover the missing sandwich until we got home. I tried calling 4 times from 7 to 8 pm and my call was cut off. Finally, a woman answered the phone, I told her my name and about the missing sandwich. She said they were very busy and could not help me. She said to call back in an hour. What kind of service is his? You took our money both times and we got no sandwich - I guess that keeps your profits up, but it surely makes your customer angry.

Just had lunch at Panera located at Mall of Melleo a, Orlando, Florida.
We ordered 3 tuna sandwiches which were extremely disappointing to say the least... the bread was hard and obviously stale, not enough tuna. A real letdown ( I has t g e same sandwiches at the Panera located on I Drive by SeaWorld and what a pleasure that was...
Fresh, wholesome & tasty!
Today's experience was absolutely awful... maybe order something else - don't order the tuna sandwich at this location please.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 tomato soup bowls. I have a whole soup left because they don't put any of the bread for each item in my bag! My child likes to eat the bread and dip it in her soup. I'm sick of them!

They seem to not understand a simple request on how not to put the small salad dressing containers inside the salad when asked to put the dressing container outside the salad.it's probably not hygienic to have little things like that sitting around then the outer part of the container touching the food. I think it's better not to order from there since they do it anyways and for a one ounce salad and sandwich cost $12 and change I could have ordered a full salad gor the same price.

Just went to Panera, first time in a while. I used to really like the store appearance and the food choice and quality. What on earth happened in the last couple years? It now feels like a glorified cantine where you get your food tray from a grumpy staffer at the counter (do you want a tiny apple or a piece of stale bread with that?) and return the empties afterwards. Food choice has dwindled substantially and the Asian Salad I had tasted simply awful and the portion was tiny. Very disappointing. Not likely to return ever.

Coffee tastes like stomach acid, and the Mac and cheese is always hard and stuck together. I know they microwave it, and I could care less but lately they have been so lazy to fully even cook the thing. One day I walked in the Panera at noon, the doors were wide open, and there were no employees inside. I searched the establishment and realized that they somehow left the door wide open for me to walk into, kept all the lights on, as well as kept the cash register out in the open for anyone to easily steal. I walk out, and realize that all of the teen workers were screwing around smoking cigarettes on the patio. The food quality is disgusting and they hire the laziest workers.

Visited the Panera in Enfield, Ct yesterday with my husband. Drive through associate was unfriendly and not apologetic at all. We ordered a sandwich and yogurt. Received the sandwich and had to ask for my yogurt. Also had to ask for napkins. The yogurt had maybe 4 bites in it. Paid 4.79 and the amount in it was ridiculous. My husband did not like the sandwich either. The girl at the window had no emotion at all. Didn't even say sorry for not giving us our whole order. Terrible customer service. I am a manger and this would not be allowed if you worked for me. I had to tell her to have a pleasant day. Sad because I love Panera!

I have a Panera 3 blocks from my house (East Rutherford). I had never ordered from Panera. I fell for their TV commercial about their new pizza. Looked delicious with all that melted cheese so I ordered one for delivery. I'm 68 and have enjoyed many, many pizzas in my life. I ordered a pizza with added mozzarella. I was surprised when "LESS THAN " 10 minutes later it said on the way. How could that be? Not even enough time to make a pizza. Had to be the worst pizza I've ever received. Pie was barely warm and the cheese was not melted. The not melted slices of mozzarella were still standing tall. You can easily tell cheese that was melted and cooled verses cheese that was never melted. I'll never order from Panera again. $17 wasted. Do yourself a favor. If you have an urge for pizza get it from a real pizza place not a pizza place wannabe.

Don't understand why every Panera that I have ever gone to they do not know how to toast a bagel. More often than not I have to send my bagel back because it is only warmed. For a piece of bread whose value is about 10 cents and they are charging $1.50 I should get what I want. Yet nearly every time they try to sell me a warmed up piece of bread. This was my experience this morning again. Also put it in a bag and only gave me 1 stinking pat of butter. Got to my car and found this out. Girl was offended when I gave it back to her to get it right.

Imperial Point Florida! "Use to be Management" - Now he busses dishes, with attitude. Being GAY is not his problem, but using it to strut around and act all "Bad $#*!" is his problem. Get over yourself. Your short, bald, and lost a better job as management to NOW BEING a bus boy! No wonder your dating older, way older men...
Its his PARTNERS Mustang CARLOS, gets to be dropped off in, not his! Not only is he the worst employee, but the food is really bad, and usually COLD! The micro-way is always breaking down. Get a commercial micro-way rather than replacing a $25.00 home model every other week.
Lara is a nice Manager, but the staff runs her store to the ground. Go in anytime in the afternoon or evening and you will see dirty dished on 30% of the table, with staff standing around talking about personal info. For the prices, try another location or, Einstein's is two and half block north on Federal.

GO ELSEWHERE!

This is the third time in a month that part of my delivery order was missing. Two of those times, they wouldn't deliver the missing portion and I had to drive there to get it (which defeats the purpose of delivery). No refund either.
Today, I ordered 2 bread bowls and received one. When I called, the woman said they ran out of bread bowls but they gave me extra bread (one piece). She said it should have been written on my "ticket" - shocker - it wasn't. No refund either. If I order delivery again, my tip will reflect the service panera has provided.

I am absolutely devastated to discover we decided to discontinue the autumn squash soup. While going through basic training this soup was something pulling me through. This soup was the reason I considered Panera my favorite restaurant, however I will no longer be visiting, as there is nothing left for me anymore.

I ordered online from the Charlotte Myers Park Panera. Several items did not arrive. When I called to speak to a manager, which took 30 minutes, I was told the only option was to send the missing items "whenever a driver becomes available." When I suggested this was not making things right (ie. Would be arriving several hours late), the manager (name Kira) hung up on me. Cannot believe they are still in business. I will never order from them again.

To the one who said the food doesn't look like on TV...you do know the food on TV fake right n they pay experts high amounts of money too fool you lmao. Learn something, where you all work an see if you all simple perfect everyday dealing with people nasty attitudes and behind the scene mess you know nothing about.

We went into the Easley SC location this evening. We waited in line patiently while the staff waited on the customers in front of us. After about five minutes there was a staff member behind the counter yelling across the restaurant, "if you don't have a mask, you can't be in here". We knew it was directed as us so we left without confrontation. This location has had problems since it opened there. I continue to try to eat there though. After this experience I'm done with this location. Won't be back! The staff there in my opinion is horrible.

I used the Panera app and ordered curb side. They gave me Mac and cheese in stead of soup. Then they gave me an apple instead of bread and my order was messed up again. My cinnamon roll was tossed in the box and it's in pieces. Everytime I order it's always something. I will not return.

I sit through this song from hell.

Is this the "golden cow" worship? That totally sucks.

Pass the milk, fire up the grill, and turn the music to a great song about Jesus.

Great app if you're a Panera fan. Prices can be a little high but if that doesn't bother you 10/10. The rewards program on the website helps you save a lot of money. Every visit you're closer to coupons like $1 off a drink or sandwich. You can even earn free sandwiches or cups of soup. The website is nice because it lists all the food items and shows a picture. You can choose to deliver or order ahead. You can also manage your mypanera account.

Yes their soups are delicious. There is no reason why I should spend close to eleven dollars for an empty sandwich. It has happened twice already! I order a pick two and the sandwich literally comes with two pieces of bread and maybe a slice of onion and a small piece of lettuce! What is going on! I really despise when a company takes advantage of a customer! My husband and I both ordered the pick two and both tuna sandwiches came with no tuna! Really? Route 17 the Design center location. Never returning, Never!

My Panera account is not working. I attempt to reset the password, but never received the email with my temporary password. I know my email works since they spam that account everyday with ads. Their unsubscripe button does not work - which is a violation of federal lawn. I try to use my Panera card and it tells me the number is invalid. So every time I try to order pickup I have to log in as guest. I logged in 5 minutes after 2 different stores opened and they were already out of bagels. I called customer care and never got through to a human. Using the Contact us button on the website gives a 404 error.

I really was excited to try your soups and sandwich combo. It's been over a week and I still can't access your online menu. I get I can go in and look at a menu but I live an hour away and don't want to drive and be disappointed by the menu. This sucks. Sincerely disappointed and I give up trying multiple times daily just
To know how a menu works.

Cafe# ******* on 10/17/2023, the cashier, Gabrielle was so hospitable, her voice sounded like she was singing the words of your order. I and a few customers were like, OMG! My order number was *******. My afternoon lunch break was great Thank you Gabrielle.

They just cannot get a complete order right! The food I ordered is good if I could just get what ordered! How hard is it? It would be different if it was an isolated incident, but how many chances do I give them? I guess there must be a flaw in my character to be so optimistic to think, maybe this time they will do better! Nope!
