I love this place so much, especially the iced coffee, me and my baseball "teammates" aka lovers come here often and get the rice bowls
Food did not match the menu pictures or the TV ad. Very deceptive advertising. Chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of burnt chicken, 1 small piece of wilted lettuce, no flavor good or bad. Too expensive. So disappointed, will never eat there again. If you have never been there, good luck finding your way around. No staff member offered any assistance. The pink lemonade tasted like a powdered mix and burned my throat.
I use to love eating at Panera with the family every weekend. Since the pandemic started, the food quality is not as good. Now the food sucks, price are high, food quantity & quality way less. There rewards changed from every 3 visits to 8 visits. I use to get a salad bowel every 3 visits. Now a cup of soup or a drink every 8 visits. Thank you Panera, you lost a customer.
I bought a Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. The lettuce used was an ordinary lettuce. Not because of its pricy cost they would at least spend more on a better lettuce to use. The top of the bowl seemed all delicious and fresh to eat. Once you start reaching the middle and end level of the bowl. The lettuce was chopped with everything on it including the the trunk and cored. I also ate most certain that it wasn't even washed. The chicken is from frozen bags sold. For the price we have to pay we should have better lettuce a tastier chicken. It is not worth $11.99 and more so done by Panera Bread.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t wast your money on Panera Bread salads.
While visiting the Issaquah Panera Bread location it was noticed food handler didn't use glove while preparing food! Manager didn't seem to care either except to say she was new. Got a refund… no thanks!
The change of the chocolate croissant to the crap that they changed to taste like sh**, it was hard and the chocolate is crap. I don't know the reason for the change other than being cheap is ridiculous. I can get better at the 7-11, unfortunately the change has made me never to come back to Panera ever, and I went several times a week for the chocolate croissant sad.
My online order on Wednesday 8/16 #******* (Jenkintown PA Store) *******380 was for 3 Fuji Salads with the included bread and 3 brownies. Order total came to $37.81. When I picked up I looked in the large shopping bag and saw the 3 salads a another large bag which I though contained the bread and brownies. Should have checked before leaving; the brownies weren't in there. When I got to the office and saw and called the store. Manager said we are out of brownies and I could come back Wednesday or Thursday and pick something else out. I requested a credit on my amex and was told I still had to come back to the store. Brownies are 2.79 each total 8.37 + tax. It will cost me way more than that in gas and time. So keep he brownies and the money.
I have been ordering Panera bread for Breakfast and dinner. Since this outbreak started and I have not been disappointed since. I happy the brought back the scones and the soups warm me up after a day of work.
I been eating frontega for more than 10 years or so and sadly over the time the original recipe has changed I visited different locations and I always asked for the same combo whatever they forgot an ingredient or the flavors are so different. I thought this was a corporation rules to keep the same items.
$#*!son City PA Panera STAY AWAY!
I ordered the new season special the apple salad and squash soup. I waited 20 minutes. My buzzer never went off. I heard them say my name and I went up and asked if it was me 2 times! The girl cooking rolled her eyes at me and said is your name *** I said yes but my buzzer didn't go off. She just turned around. Than I went back up bc I realized I never got the soup I ordered. They said you paid for the salad I said that's not what I ordered. I ordered both. ( I did not want the huge salad). They said well we can charge u for the soup. If that wasn't bad enough when my daughter started to eat her sandwich she realized the chicken was missing. WTF! The ppl that work there are a joke!
I stopped at the store in Collegeville this morning, I waited and waited at the counter as workers did not even Acknowledge my presence, for example: maybe one of the workers could has said " be right there". But no one said anything. I will not go there again
We have not had very good luck with the Panera in Gahanna. We have had large orders, $300+ and have asked for a specific delivery time and have had our orders consistently late. Today was our Holiday breakfast for our staff. My order was late again AND they forgot our bagels! I had to call and let Panera know. By the time the bagels got here, most of my staff were already in class. When I asked for something to be done, I was told I could get 15% off my next order. I'm not sure there will be a "next order". I am extremely disappointed.
My daughter and I went to Penera Bread on 07/05/20 we ordered $21.00 in bagels and coffee our food was thrown in a greasy bag with the cream cheese and yes our napkins. Evidently the person packing our order had greasy hands because none of our food had butter on it and when do they put 5 bagels in a bag and not a box lastly why were our napkins thrown In the bag with our bagels that were not covered This was messy unprofessional and intentional
First time I got my food they forgot the dressing for the salad second time they forgot the dressing for the salad again and third time they forgot the soup second time they just gave us the bread no food at all horrible service do not go here
Ordered our son a bread bowl with chicken noodle soup. The bowl wasn't even half full and there was bare any broth in the soup. We asked if they could put more sour in the bowl and they said no, we only get two ladles in the bowl. To think we paid almost $10 for the soup and they don't fill the bowl! Unsatisfactory! Picture of soup in bowl on the website versus picture of what we got in the store.
I ordered The Steak sandwich and when I got home one side was completely empty and they Forgot the onions, The other side that had meat had only 2 thin slices scattered on it. So I ate the half with barely any meat and in 2 hours I was nauseas and vomiting
for the whole night.
I will never go back again! Its a Hole and they serve Rotten food!
I am at Panera in Burlington, WA. Haven't been to Panera in a while. I did pick two; Mac and cheese and Fuji apple salad. Mac and cheese is as good as ever as a standard. The Fuji apple chicken salad was fantastic. Incredibly fresh ingredients. The apple chips had to be homemade. The Fuji apple dressing was excellent. Fantastic experience again. Love Panera!
Very frustrating when your order is not correct. I ordered a Steak & White Cheddar sandwich with extra pickled onion and extra arugula. What I got was a very disappointing sandwich with a few slices of meat and no extra pickled onions and extra arugula. Really $14.75 for a sandwich with not much to it but bread is not what I expected.
Panera is not what it use to be.
When did processed food become clean food. They serve lunch meats and cheeses, it's processed food and not clean food. They falsely advertise their food as clean. Only salads come close to being clean but they come with cheese. Clean food is clean when it's not processed in any way. False advertising
Tip for consumers:
99% of what they offer is not clean food
Products used:
Stick to salads with no cheese is the only food that’s clean if you leave off the cheese.
Monday, June 22nd, 2020 12:09pm I ordered their supposed Grilled Cheese sandwich along with a coffee at the facility on Market Street in Boardman, Ohio. The coffee was good but the sandwich first of all "was not" Grilled as I watched the employee take it out of some type upright oven. When I got to my table I found it was soggy, limp and seriously tasteless... since I was on a time constraint I left after eating (chewing) about 1/2 the sandwich... I should have stayed with what I know they have that is editable "pastries"! I and my wife have eaten at Panera's before and I should have known. The coffee was good and the employees were polite and professional... the alleged Grilled Cheese was uh, let's say "terrible!"
An order was placed at Panera bread this evening around 5:50 pm
The food was delivered at 6:40 pm.
The salad was old and stale. The pizza was disgusting and not cooked properly. We received the wrong order and the customer service are unprofessional. The food is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I would like a full refund.
I would not feed this food to a dog.
I wish I could rate less than 1 star - pathetic!
2nd time - order was missing items (What's with the Somerset NJ store?). Poor delivery guy went back to recover missing items... he came back - we gave a tip in addition to the delivery charge — we get the whole support needed for restaurants during COVID. He said, "I'll add a free desert for you inconvenience". Well, they charged $3.99 for the supposed free desert. Fred (the alleged manager) gave me the customer service number. I'm still on hold 25 mins later. Bottom line: 1/2 turkey sandwich, medium tea and Cinnabon costed over $18 - NEVER AGAIN COVID THIEVES. If $3.99 is all it takes for your greedy company to exhibit poor customer service and think it's ok, keep the $$$.
NEVER AGAIN! Let that sink in, because we loyally ordered 5-6 times a month.
This $#*! was trash all the way I spent 45 dollars for cold food. Bought the avocado chicken sandwich was cold as $#*! the blt didn't have and Mayo and I asked to make sure they did it and wasn't done. The flat breads was chewy as $#*! and cold. The salad was a salad not mad about that. But the crazy part is I ordered it from outside the store and the food was trash. Houston 290 location I will never go back too that hoe. Service and workers are
Placed an itemized order for a business meeting for ~33 people at Panera in Paducah KY. Placed the order 4 days in advance and added a couple of orders the day before. Went to pick up the order - order was not ready and had to wait 30 minutes. Unacceptable for a corporate meeting. When we got the food to the meeting room (late) you could not even tell what was in the bags, who the order was for. The bags should have had, at a minimum, the item that was in the bag or the person's name to coincide with the bag. It took us an additional 10-15 minutes to figure out the order. Items were missing - it was a hot mess. Won't use them again!
I just ate their chicken terriyaki bowl w/brocolli and quinoa - thought it would be a great healthy choice. After a short while, I started feeling horrible and decided to look at the ingredients. 1800+ mg of sodium - seriously? Why? Never ordering from here again!
I don't know how they're still in business. The steak & cheddar sandwich couldn't have had altogether even just 2 ounces of meat AND cheese (I wish I'd brought a scale!). The new Toasted mozzarella and pepperoni just looked like an empty baguette when I got it; no visible filling at all, not like the promo photo, shown bursting with food sticking out of it. And the Frontera chicken sandwich was sooo tiny it was ridiculous. The sandwiches are 90% bread; empty carbs, no nutritional value, you'll leave hungry and broke. And they put the cheese in the (mediocre recipe) of onion soup before the cold, un-toasted bread cubes so it all sank to the bottom (not that there was much of it). And the cookies were $3.80 - $6 a piece! What a rip-off! Empty bread shouldn't be that expensive. Never going back!
Waited a little bit for the food, but the young man that made us sandwich honestly made the best sandwich I've ever had at Panera! Hunter at the Plainville location in Massachusetts is awesome thank you!
