I love this place so much, especially the iced coffee, me and my baseball "teammates" aka lovers come here often and get the rice bowls
Food did not match the menu pictures or the TV ad. Very deceptive advertising. Chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of burnt chicken, 1 small piece of wilted lettuce, no flavor good or bad. Too expensive. So disappointed, will never eat there again. If you have never been there, good luck finding your way around. No staff member offered any assistance. The pink lemonade tasted like a powdered mix and burned my throat.
Gross. Any company that would put a massive amount of sugar into their soups does not deserve to remain in business.
This soup is so sweet it is NAUSEATING.
Shameful.
I usually stop at this Panera on my morning into work, sometime between 7 & 7:30 am. I actualy order my breakfast via online 10/22/2020 and picked it up on my way into work. I got to work and looked at my sandwich and it had no meat (Brioche scramble egg and bacon sandwich). It had a lot of cheese, very little egg and no bacon. I called back to the store and spoke with the manager Christy/Kristy and she told me I could come back the next morning for a replacement or they can mail me coupons for my inconvenience. I decided to go back the next morning and she was there. I received my same order again for free (incl my decaf latte). Go to work again, "what is this yellow runny stuff?" I had extra bacon but they egg was not scrambled. I only eat scrambled eggs :( I am over it now. I appreciate the manager for helping me but that staff person need to be retrained on making sandwiches again.
Talk about amazing! I have ordered Panera Bread delivery for lunch at my work four times in the past two weeks! They have not disappointed! My lunch ALWAYS arrives BEFORE the estimated delivery time, it is FRESH, and EXACTLY how I want it, and the delivery drivers are always so professional, nice, helpful, and friendly. I've had two drivers serve me, and both offered coupons each time. The food is so delicious that I can't get enough of it! I've had the almond chicken salad sandwich, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt cup, frozen lemonade, Caesar chicken salad, broccoli cheddar soup, and frozen caramel. Everything has been so mouth-watering. When I order extra dressing, they give me extra. I ordered extra chicken on my salad, and there was literally almost too much chicken to eat! Just the way I like it! My Panera Bread store is located on 1922 Augusta St. Greenville, SC *******. The service, timeliness, cleanliness, deliciousness, and the experience is just out of this world! I am so impressed!

A special thanks to the patron and Panera manager, Tim, at cafe #******* for finding my phone and wallet and keeping it in a safe place until I could retrieve it. This restores my faith in humanity!
I love all food it's great service but the macaroni is not good like it was before it taste a little watered down. Please switch if back to the way it was last year.
I walk into Panera Bread in Mesa Arizona for the first time since it changed its name from Paradise Bakery. I order a sandwich and the guy says it'll be about 10 minutes. I said I'll go have a seat. 20 minutes later I walk up to the counter and asked them what was going on. They said my sandwich was ready and had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. That's when I find out that they were supposed to give me a buzzer which they would buzz when my sandwich was ready. I neither received a buzzer or was even informed that that's how it works there. They knew I was sitting out there waiting and yet nobody made an attempt to bring me the sandwich. I also found out that they were closing the dining room at 5:00 PM because they can't get people to come to work. While the prices are outrageous, my turkey avocado BLT was almost 15 bucks and does not come with any sides, it's kind of worth it because the quality is so good, but the quality of their Gen Z staff is about as bad as it gets. I have never seen such incompetent zombies. And yet these fools think that they're poorly treated and underpaid. Last time I'll ever be going back there.
THE RESTAURANT ON HOUSTON ROAD IN FLORENCE WAS DIRTY, AND SHORT HANDED, I HAD TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER. ALL I ORDERED WAS A CUP OF SOUP AND WATER AND IT COST ME $8.00 PLUS TAX. WHAT A RIP OFF. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS!
UNBELEIVABLE.
Recently stopped here for a Saturday breakfast because I was craving their sausage/egg/cheese/brioche sandwich. After a 25 min. Drive, we arrived at 9:30 only to learn they were out of Brioche. Disappointed, I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel w/cream cheese instead. Watched the employee select my bagel and told her yes, I wanted it toasted and sliced when she asked me.
When I picked up my order at the counter, there was only my husband's sandwich. I had to ask twice about the bagel only to finally be told I had to go up front again-no explanation. When I went up front, I was told, "Yeah, we only had one left so we put that one in another order."... no apologies, no asking if I wanted anything else-nothing!
After returning to my table without any food, I decided to go up front to let them know this wasn't ok and request a refund on my bagel. I explained to another employee who walked over to help me, that their service was going downhill- that I received no apologies, wasn't offered any compensation-nothing! The employee asked, "Well, what do you want?"
With that, I just said that I wanted a refund-if you have to ask for anything else when it's not offered, to me- it's just not worth it.
Refund was given and when I returned to my table and looked at the receipt, I had still been charged for the cream cheese that I never got... avoid Panera if you want an efficient, enjoyable, top notch customer service focused experience. It doesn't exist-so sad to see this one (our favorite Panera) fall so far so fast. Thoroughly and completely disappointed.
Coffee was cold and bathroom was very dirty " disgusting". I have been to Cypress location several times and it was OK. This experience was not better than a gas station stop
I like to eat healthy so I prefer eating at a restaurant that provides a variety of choices other than hamburgers and fried chicken, however, after repeated attempts at my local Panera Conyers, Hwy 138/McDonough Road, Cafe# *******, I will find any other alternative. Almost every time I have visited that location there has been an issue with the food I order or they are out of items on the menu. In spite of their shortcomings, I have returned because the previous managers have been understanding, considerate and eager to regain my business. All that ended today. I placed a delivery order and it was completely wrong. I called Panera to correct the error and the person I spoke to was very rude and belligerent. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she did not know the manager's name. I heard the manager speaking to her in the background and the person finally conceded the manager's name is "Ashley". But when I requested Ashley's last name, she abruptly hung up on me. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
I use to like this restaurant, but they kept reducing the portions and increasing the price. 1/2 sandwich is now 1/3 of a sandwich. The food is good, it's just way overpriced.
Panera Bread is a place that always makes me happy. Great coffee and atmosphere. Wide selection of sandwiches and specialties. A fun and pleasant place to go.
I was stoping by Panera in Hallandale after 1 year of absents to have a boll with, French onion soup and Ice coffee. I purchased in Hallandale Panera bread. I was so sick all night and I can goo to work next day for headache what I have after I consume the soup and the Ice coffee with that Sherry cooky. I was very disappointed because in the past I came to this place for more than 15 years. And allways I feel great. But not now. I do not have idea what that can make me so sick from your food.
The signature sandwich is not good at all it has no taste and the mayonnaise was too much and the bread was not good I paid 13 dollars it came with no drink the crew members have bad customer service
I love Panera's mac and cheese but, today I found a hair in my mac and cheese. This hasn't happened before so I'm surprised it happened now. Just try to be more careful next time.
Today I drove 15 minutes to get to the closest Panera. What I ordered was a couple of bagels (please do not toast), cream cheese, bear claw, a bowl of broccoli cheddar and a whole tuna salad sandwich.
What did I get two toasted bagels, no cream cheese, bear claw, a bowl of soup, and a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. I'll try anything except I have a NUT ALLERGY! My order cost be $33.83, Oh I almost forgot I got 4 bags of chips. I can't believe Panera is still open, NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I love panera bread so much their food is so good and i love watching the men play games your employees are so sweet and kind! I will be ordering again!
Left item out of bag. There were only 3 small easy things to put in, and that short list was printed on a receipt and stapled to that same bag. Pathetic. North Dale Mabry. Morons.
Ordered online and the delivery time changed from 12:15pm-12:30pm to 12:45pm-1:00pm. I didn't receive my order until almost 1:20pm. The servings are really small for the price and the it's not even that good. Not worth the wait.
The pizza is awful. It tasted like frozen pizza and soggy. No oregano, no seasoning. I think a plain toast could have been better.
Don't waste your money with the pizza!
Today I went to have breakfast at Panera bread I was little late so I got Mac and cheese like I did many times before, the only difference today was were disappointing I was served a dirty spoon along dirty plates I didn't want to make a scene so I'm writing comment instead
I went on my birthday so I could get my free pastry, I stepped up to the terminal and selected a coffee and a pick two, (cup of soup and a half sandwiched with chips) for lunch. As the screen populated I selected my soup (wild rice soup) and a chicken sandwich with chips. I sat down at a table I began to eat my meal, as I was eating it I realized something was wrong. First I thought I made a mistake, when I went over my receipt I had not. I was also dismayed that I was charged $20 for a pick two and a cup of coffee. When talked to the manager about it I was told it was my fault. The pick two on the board are different than the pick two on the terminal. It seems that the soups and sandwiches have different pricing. What was insulting was I didn't get what I ordered, instead of wild rice, I got noodle soup instead of chips I got a roll. So much for their 100% guarantee. This reminded me why I stopped going to Panera a long time ago. They have not changed, they are way over priced, they will bait and switch, and they treat elderly customers like we are stupid. The Panera in question is on Bell Ave. In Surprise Az/
