I love this place so much, especially the iced coffee, me and my baseball "teammates" aka lovers come here often and get the rice bowls
Food did not match the menu pictures or the TV ad. Very deceptive advertising. Chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of burnt chicken, 1 small piece of wilted lettuce, no flavor good or bad. Too expensive. So disappointed, will never eat there again. If you have never been there, good luck finding your way around. No staff member offered any assistance. The pink lemonade tasted like a powdered mix and burned my throat.
The first time I've ever gone to Panera Bread, it was so good that all I ate for a mouth was their food sometimes get the same thing, sometimes trying new things and they never seem to fail. If you are a new-time customer I recommend the southwest salad for sure.
The kids working there wear long nails, shorts, pajamas, or worst clothes ever
The managers are no where to be found or they are rude
Is very dirty.barely any fresh coffee.
The evening staff eats in front of the customers but care less!
Employees give up good also take food whenever pleased In front of the customers
No one corrects anything
Youngsters all have ear buds or playing music
And don't care about the customers
They curse, talk laud and don't wear any hats or hairnets to protect the food!
N O one follows anything in this place!
Careless
And the portions are always different
So are the freshness
Soup came frozen and Mac and cheese were served from a plastic bags!
Panera is not healthy is not even close to healthy
Everything comes frozen and is full with sodium and preserves…not one thing is Heath ok!
Succumbed to the TV ads and ordered the new chicken sandwich for a very high price. Absolutely the worst waist of money. Will post everywhere I can. Don't waste your money. BK. MC and Chk are better at less than half the price. I have no proof of purchase as the online order was so complicated we went and ordered in person and paid in cash. Jeff
Mike, at the Ren Cen (Detroit) location is beyond Phenomenal. He is always prompt with deliveries, friendly and when asked a question, is extremely knowledgeable about Panera Bread. Our office loves working with Mike. He is personable, patient and strives to demonstrate stellar service as an employee of Panera Bread. We Love Mike!
This store has very bad customer service and manager I talked today (Darris) was no help. We love Panera but this store on Battlefield has issues. My order came within the time of delivery which was reasonable but was jammed into one small bag. The bag had 4 hot items, 2 bakery items and cold yogurt. The yogurt was warm and on its side, so I called asking for a new one to be sent. Manager said that is how the are suppose to pack it so nothing is left behind and that he had no way of sending me a new one. I told him that it was crazy to put dairy with warm items but he acted like he did not care. I suggest not ordering from this store, they don't care if they make a customer sick as long as they get the order delivered.
Poor customer service. The cafe screwed up my order every single time. Sandwiches were cold. The whole thing was really very unprofessional. The prices are too high for the food you get. I was very disappointed!
New Tampa Panarea discriminated by giving a salad that was old and refused to refund our money. The GM then stated he didn't care and there was nothing he could do. Then the GM who took the phone call then lied about his role and slipped up by saying that his manager. We were totally confused. The service was terrible and the food looked old and like it was someone else's salad.
Biggest rip off there is. We ordered a pizza and a steak sandwich. The sandwich had 1 oz of meat in it... Bread was as hard as a rock. Pizza consisted of cheese laid on flatbread not toasted. I intend to get my money back from corporate. I don't have the money to be ripped off so badly like I did at Panera.
I had a soup and a salad, the soup was good a chicken Tikka Madras, but ruined by a cold and icy dollop of overcooked rice that was dumped on top. My Spicy Asian chicken salad was awful, barely thawed chicken thighs with sauce drizzled on it that must have had more salt in it than the Dead Sea. My wife had a strawberry salad with chicken, she said it was good, but 95 % lettuce and not very substantial. May i recommend if you want to spend $40 on lunch, go to Longhorns, it's much better value
Rather, I should say a lettuce and tomato sandwich. There was hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich-, and I found one grape. Also, annoying is on checkout they are looking for tip for cashier! If I go back, I will check sandwich before leaving on take out.

A year ago I wrote a great review. We loved your bagels. Bought bagels on Friday didn't have them cut, cut I to them o Sunday and they are hard and dried out. Manager said he would give us a couple free but not much else he could do. We bought a dozen.
I visited Panera last night for the first time in years and it will be Years, more likely never before I go back. I ordered two full sandwiches of the new chicken pepperoni melt and paid 28.36 with tax. The sandwich had filling in the middle but both ends of the sandwich had about 3 pieces of pepperoni and 1 tiny piece of chicken. My dog loved it because she got the ends. Everything is so expensive right now and I hate being taken advantage of. My order number was ******* I took a picture but it is on my phone. Skc
I don't know how it happened but I ordered three bowls of soup and a sandwich for a total of $59+ and to my driver $14 and had not one piece of bread in the bag. My husband ordered the Mexican soup and no chip sticks were in the bag to add. The bowl wasn't filled….I won't order from that place again. It was my first time paying for delivery.

College Station TX has very poor morning service -- only time I go there. Poor service comes from the back. I ask for a toasted bagel. It is always delivered cold. Today I watched. Run through the toaster and left there. I asked the trainer if he knew why I wanted it toasted. He didn't know... I explained I wanted it warm. I also explained I could nuke it but microwave is too small for the plates. So he toasted it again--black. I have a pic. I could list many more instances. Never again at this location. In all fairness, I gave eaten at many other Panera's and been happy with the service.
Wow we stopped in at Panera and ordered the pick two. Both had a tuna salad sandwich my wife had the Fuji/apple chicken salad which doesn't really have apple it has apple crisps
Says the manager I had a strawberry/pecan
The tiny container of dressing for both had about 1/4 of the container tuna was hard to find and my bread was like two halves that didn't match
$26 plus tax and tip. No value here. Tried to call and complain but was always too busy I guess tried to comment online and that wouldn't go through. Do yourself a favor and pick two elsewhere.
Aspen Grove branch ~ First, there is very little choice for vegetarians ~ I ordered a toasted cheese sandwich in desperation and managed to change the bread from plain white, to sourdough ~ no option to add anything,, no tomato slice,, no onion,, no pickles,, just bland plain ( American processed) cheese. I also ordered lemonade which was offered by the cashier. First,, there was no lemonade ( not even an empty dispenser). The sandwich was disgusting,, the bread was warmed, not toasted. The cheese barely melted. Did not finish it. To be charged over $15.00 for this is robbery. I will never go back.
I had a terrible experience at your restaurant. On Saturday night last week, I was picking up dinner for my girlfriend and myself. The young lady at the cash register was pleasant, but I was sad to see that so many of my favorite soups were unavailable. After ordering a couple sandwiches, a soup, and a salad, I waited for my order. When I got home, we were extremely sad to find that many things in our order were wrong. There was no bacon on my girlfriend's Turkey, Avocado, BLT. There was no extra pickle that I had asked for, and there was no silverware in the bag. I know things can be busy on a Saturday; things run out. But, I expect a little more from Panera. I have always loved your food. I am willing to give your business another chance, I just thought I should bring this to your attention. What should have been a great meal and a great night was lost. It was all because little things were missing or mismanaged.
Ok, I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about! Panera Bread always raises the bar and delivers food you wouldn't expect to find through a drive through. It is tasty and has a nice aesthetic. The place is nice inside as well, and can serve people many purposes from studying to a nice place for interviews.
Panera's grilled cheese is melted cheese between 2 pieces of warm bread don't be fooled by the picture they show of grilled cheese it looks nothing like that if it looked like the way they serve grilled cheese no one would but it
We just came from your Bedford NH location. 11/10/2022. After waiting over 45 min. We got our horrible food. I ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl. I got the bread bowl with not even a cup of piss warm soup in it. Bread with next to no soup in it. The bagets were extremely hard more like extremely Steel. Never again used to love the bead bowls when there was soup in them.
I ordered bacon bits in my mac n cheese, checked the bag and assumed everything was correct when I saw everything in there. I drive 40 minutes back to my parents house only to see that the bacon bits were not in the mac n cheese. I spent 3 dollars on that and didn't even get what I ordered. Pay more attention to the orders when they come in next time, Panera. 1/5.
The chicken bacon sandwich had 29 grams of chicken and 10 grams of raw bacon. The bacon was not cooked! Enough for 3 bites! I called the manager to complain and her response was,"sometimes we cook it". A complete disregard for the health of the customer. If they cooked the bacon it would make a decent Kids Meal. Lots of bread and tomato. It should be called a "Bread and Tomato" sandwich. If you want to get full do not go to Panera Bread.
Ordered the Pick-Two soup and salad to go.
(1) there was no Feta cheese for my Greek Salad, was charged 0.50$ for another cheese
(2) Portion of the half salad is the size of a side salad I kid you not.
(3) Cup of soup is like a half cup.
My go to at Panera is the Pick-Two because its more than enough.
But today I would like to say everything was downsized.
Chicopee store is so ghetto the worker there was so rude trying to fight me cause I said my food was cold. Not the first that employee has been rude to someone something has to be done to her I believe her name is Alixya couldn't see her name clearly on the apron but I think that's the name you ppl need to start hiring mature adults not little kids I plan to take action on this matter
The size of the soup is smaller - but my napa chicken sandwich had almost no meat - they probably cut the amount down to 1/4 of what they used to have or less. I also had a gift coupon and that was also rejected.
And they wanted a tip! What a joke - I will not go back
