I had an issue with one of the Paper Source stores. It was dealt with immediately & equitably with no questions asked. The manager was pleasant & understanding. I am very happy with the resolution. Plus, I love their stores and products

I receiced the note cards ( also personalized) but they canceled the announcement portion of the order for no reason. When I received teh order, there were no announcements. I called CS and after 2 days of looking they noted the order was canceled. They placed a new order on 3-May-2024 and said they would expedite this. It is now 7-May-2024 and there is no indication that the order has shipped. CS notes that it " should" be received by 9-May-2024. I am extremely disappointed in the service from PaperSource. DO NOT ORDER custom printed items from them. There is no guarantee that you will get them without a lot of extra work on your part. There has been no compensation for their error other than expedited shipping which honeslty doesn't feel expedited as it will be at least a week from when they should have been received. Buyer beware!

I ordered a simple order of some red envelopes and my box arrived empty! I tried calling and I was number 179 in line of calls. Tried the next day and was caller 123, so I did the "call me back" option and waited hours. They called back saying they just heard a similar complaint? What is going on with this company? Never again!
I ordered custom made napkins for a big celebration and paid extra for delivery in two days. It came very late after the event (7 days later) and when i requested my rush fee to be refunded, customer service does not answer. Never again. There are better options like giftsin24 who honor what they promise!
Tip for consumers:
Look for an optional vendor who is responsive and honest or if you must use Paper source do not pay for rush delivery.

I love the product, but good luck if there is something wrong with your order. I've tried for days leaving my call-back number, emailing, calling and holding and getting disconnected twice. (Guess that's how they reduce their call volume.) Very disappointing to read similar reviews.
I ordered a cute set of pencils to put in a back-to-school gift bag. In order to be sure that they arrived in time I paid extra - a total of $8.95 - for "extended" shipping with an estimated delivery within 5 business days. The package never arrived and when I contacted customer service I learned that the item was out of stock when I ordered it. No one from Paper Source thought to let me know that! But all's we'll that ends well. I found the exact same pencils on an online retailers website where they cost $1 less and 2-day shipping is free! BTW, the Paper Source website still lists this item as available.
First of all, it should not take three hours to get through. But, just as I was getting close (twice) -- the system hung up on me. I really like the store -- there is one near me -- but, like so many others, I ordered something online and they only partially fulfilled it. No explanation and no refund.
It's clear Paper Source has a problem. I will do my part and file formal complaints to them and to others. The CEO is Winnie Park -- and she should be ashamed of herself.
Lets start this way if i can give zero stars i would they don't even deserve one star thats how bad they are. They have a thing that is fast track where you can get your items in five days. Right so tell me how i spend 45 bucks on overnight shipping, it took them 7 days of business days to make them and i didn't even receive them until day 13. All they offer was i can give your shipping money back thats not the issue, issue is you promise your customers a day you deliver it simple as that worst business ever you guys should just shut down!
I received the wrong order after 10+ days - the shipment was correctly addressed to me but then upon opening the box, it was a completely different order with an order summary and receipt for a different person included as well! How you can make this kind of mistake is beyond me. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and not received any communication. Truly disappointed with their service wow.
I received a broken item and emailed customer support immediately and received reply saying they would review and get back to me which still hasn't happened. Shopping in stores is fine but i will never order online from them again and would recommend to avoid it as well.
If you value your personalized order Do Not use Paper Source. My personalized order was completely wrong. When I contacted customer service through email twice. I received no answer and no offer to refund money. Aweful aweful company. I obviously got someone's order. Maybe they have mine.
Received an address stamp as a gift. Unfortunately there was a small mistake made at the time of order with the home number. It should have been 1771 instead it was submitted as 1171. What's odd is that the order was submitted with the correct mailing address. While I understand that this was a mistake on the order entry, it just seems unreasonable for a company to not review orders and possibly check for mistakes. I contacted customer service in hopes of them having some sympathy considering this was a gift and you would think that it being such a small dollar amount and the fact that they would and should have caught a small error but no support or sympathy whatsoever. They did state that they do not review ANY order as everything goes straight to production after you click submit. They are just middlemen. Will NEVER use and will NEVER recommend to anyone. This is why Amazon is thriving.
I wish I could say I had a different experience from everyone else who has written reviews but unfortunately that is not the case. I first got an emailing from them stating that "there has been a delay due to a file reprint." I didn't submit any changes so I don't know what caused the delay. After picking up my invites I discovered that my order was short by 20 envelopes causing yet another delay. Customer service doesn't even seem to care. There was not an apology to be heard. I definitely won't be using them again and won't be recommending them to anyone!
Crooks! I ordered several Christmas gifts on 11/30/20... plenty of time before Christmas. Ha! My order is lost. I cannot get Paper Source on the phone, to reply to my emails, or reply to my Facebook messages. FedEx won't allow me to file a claim... it has to be initiated by the sender. So, I am out the money for the gifts, a lot of time waiting on hold, and I have to replace the Christmas gifts with something last minute.
I ordered personalized stationary at an expedited rate with FedEx ground. I have ordered personalized paper products of all sorts through different companies in my life and career, and 95 percent of the time I've had a good experience. Long story short: a month later, I'm still waiting. Took DAYS to even get a reply. Finally heard back with a curt reply from "customer service," which feels like an oxymoron for them. Still an ongoing situation. Do not order from this company! Dealing with a carrier pigeon would be more convenient. THE WORST.
Do not buy holiday cards or otherwise on PaperSource online. The site regularly glitches or shuts down completely. And don't be fooled by their "discount codes" all they do is dramatically mark their products up to begin with, then come slightly down with the fake discount. The products take too long to arrive and are not as advertised. Customer service is a joke. Rarely does someone pick up the phone, the recording just hangs up on you. BEWARE. Order your stationery elsewhere.
I was on hold for at least 2 hours over three phone calls, kept telling me the order was coming and would never show up, finally said that it could not be printed even though I had been told all along that it was complete and ready to ship. They lie and then refuse to be held accountable. I wouldn't even give them one star.
I placed an order for personalizes items on Nov 27. I received one item on 12/11 and the other 3 are still listed as being in 'production.' I have reached out via email, called and left my number in cue a number of time and have not received any email or call back. Their customer service is non existing. Don't order from Paper Source. My next step is to contact my credit card company to start the process of getting a refund.
The Customer Service department is really really bad. They don't know what they are doing and there is no followup. I left a voice mail for the supervisor and she never returned my call. After totally messing up the delivery of my invitations, they would not reimburse me. The Birmingham store jumped in to help me and they were amazing. They took control of the situation and got me what I needed.
Deplorable customer service. My envelopes were printed incorrectly and it took over 2 weeks for new ones to arrive (plus several calls I had to make to their rude customer service representatives who knew nothing about the reprint request). I originally paid for express shipping and had to wait weeks for correct envelopes to arrive. They were printed with 2 zip codes on them and the excel spreadsheet deletes 0's from the beginning of zip codes so 4 digit zip codes were printed on the envelope (I had made note of this in my original message and warned them that the zip codes were missing a number in the required excel spreadsheet but nobody apparently read that or called me to clarify). When I call customer service to discuss these things, they treated me like I did something wrong, didn't take any responsibility for their mistake, and didn't offer any kind of apology for taking weeks to respond to my request and my phone calls.
My order never shipped and they won't help me or give me or a refund. Every time I call I am placed on hold for 30 minutes and then they can't help me with anything. This was over $150. I would not recommend buying from here.
I kicked off an order on March 31st to get wedding invites printed for a July wedding. I even upgraded to 1 day shipping to expedite the process, since our wedding is coming up soon.
Currently, I'm sitting here with a pile of envelopes with no ETA for when the invites will be printed or shipped. I want a refund! I could have gotten my cards printed at the local copy store weeks ago.
I ordered personalized Christmas cards. When I received, half of the messages were correct, the other half were misprints. We contacted Paper Source and were told they would reprint and expedite shipping of the reprints. We did not receive the cards in time to send for Christmas. I called and requested a refund and was told no, that they had done everything they could do. I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service.
If there was a rating LOWER than 1 I would select it. My daughter purchased an item that has already opened. It was given as a gift. When the gift was opened at Christmas and found to be previously "opened", an email to the company was made. I have a receipt and simply want the item replaced... or the money back. The store is an hour or more away from me, but the only option given is to return it to the store. Complete garbage. A refund can be issued over the phone. WILL NOT shop here again. The company has a rating of just over "1"... I would advise that no one shops here again.

Avoid the store. Employees used to be wonderful. Now it is staffed with rude "diverse" entitlement-attitude lazy (they blatantly ignore white customers) employees who are too interested in digging around in new merchandise than they are in waiting on customers who are standing at the checkout counter.
I LOVE my local Paper Source store. So, suffice it to say, I was excited to use their online service for some personalized Happy New Year's cards. I ordered the personalized cards, matching envelopes and return address labels. The order took almost two weeks to arrive and when it did the envelopes were not in the box, even though the paperwork inside the box indicated otherwise. I contacted Paper Source and the Customer Service Supervisor indicated to me that they would have to do an internal review of my order before they would be able to send out the envelopes. SERIOUSLY? I called back the next day and the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help me and didn't know what the status was of my envelopes being shipped. Finally, on the third day of calling, I was told that my order was still under review and that they would consider issuing me a small refund for my troubles and would send me the envelopes. It is now three days past that now and still no envelopes. I am still in amazement that they didn't immediately overnight me the envelopes the very first day I called. So, here I sit still not being able to send out my New Year's cards because the envelopes for these cards are a specific size that is not readily available at any other store! NEVER AGAIN! AND, I was ready to place a VERY LARGE order for a friend of mind to the tune of a few hundred dollars... instead, I chose a competitor. YOU LOST OUT PAPER SOURCE... on so many levels!
