1. Proofreading editor totally unqualified. After their proofreading, I spotted even more English mistakes than the proofreader.
2. The most important file was wrongly delivered. They delivered a wrong file from a different customer!
3. When I requested refund, they argued for hours and hours! Even after putting to Paypal (until yesterday), they still argue! What's the point of arguing? Papertrue delivered wrong file, those files delivered full of English mistake - even worse than my original file. I had spent at least 3 hours to entertain them and prove why they need to refund. (it's just a 2000 words file, and I spend 3 hours - almost longer than writing the concerned file) That's criminal!

I got several messages after I gave this rating, and the only thing I can say is please stop contacting me in the future, and I won't change my rating. My professor original word is "too many errors on contents and footnotes", in which your editors guranteed that they are all corrected. A perfect excuse of the editor is that he or she is not familiar with the chicago rule on non-English resources, but I got a great service on another website which takes care of my paper more seriously. Before I submit my paper to papertrue, I already discuss my paper with my professor many times and he approved the idea, and he said it will be a great paper if I can reduce mistakes on grammar and footnotes. Terrible service. All our documents were littered with typos, grammatical errors, inconsistencies, incorrect formatting, and confusing or incorrect edits. They were offered an opportunity to do a second edit, which they did, and still the documents were not up to standard. Our request for a refund was refused. Avoid!
