I'm an author who recently used PaperTrue for typesetting my book. It was a complete disaster. Missed Deadlines: They were weeks behind schedule, with no clear communication or updates. Incompetence: They ignored my detailed formatting instructions and made countless errors. Unprofessionalism: They were unresponsive to my concerns and offered no solutions. Data Concerns: They even hinted at using my book for AI training without my permission! I've wasted valuable time and money, and my book launch is delayed. Avoid PaperTrue at all costs! They clearly don't care about their clients or the quality of their work.
From times to times I need proofreading services and I must admit that I became addict to them. Paper True proved that to me, because I was not sure if I should ask proofreading on my query letter to introduced myself and my book to potential publishers. That was because I thought that my letter was almost perfect, but Paper True services proved me wrong.
Paper True delivered to me the perfect letter that was certainty corrected by the finest editors of the English proofreading and editing industry.
I have been working with this company for a few years now. They are always professional and quick to help. If your an Indie Author like I am I would highly recommend these guys.
BUYER BEWARE! I strongly urge you to save your valuable time and money by finding a company other than PaperTrue to assist you with your editing/proofreading and book design needs. PaperTrue's lack of professionalism and unacceptable work product has been a major disappointment...

We always try to deliver quality service and try to stick to our client's requirements. As per our analysis, you placed an 'Editing & Proofreading' order with us on the 14 October 2019 followed by a 'Typesetting and Artwork Designing' order on 5 November 2019. The second order was placed as a result of our satisfying work on your manuscript, a positive feedback that you shared with us over email said: "I have been really impressed with the services provided by PaperTrue thus far". After the delivery of the second order you told us: "Just wanted to confirm that all looks good, please proceed with the typesetting". After this, the typesetting was delivered to you a few days later than promised, which could happen if the designing needs require highly qualified designers from our end.
We take our negative comment with equal enthusiasm as the positive ones, but we are truly sad about what's written here because it completely disregards the honest work our editors and designers have put into your manuscript.

Academic writing for a PhD is such detail-focussed laborious exercise! Despite the very best attempts, without an expert editor, it's a huge challenge. Nothing changed in my document after I wait two times for edits. No formatting, I cannot give my paper to my teacher like that. A big waste of money and time.
