I'm an author who recently used PaperTrue for typesetting my book. It was a complete disaster. Missed Deadlines: They were weeks behind schedule, with no clear communication or updates. Incompetence: They ignored my detailed formatting instructions and made countless errors. Unprofessionalism: They were unresponsive to my concerns and offered no solutions. Data Concerns: They even hinted at using my book for AI training without my permission! I've wasted valuable time and money, and my book launch is delayed. Avoid PaperTrue at all costs! They clearly don't care about their clients or the quality of their work.
They are very professional, extremely efficient and incredibly kind. It is a wonderful and unique service; from the editors to the support, they are great!
