After several days of torture using UPS, my dealings with DHL have been a pleasure in contrast. They collected the package within the time window stated, the driver was a friendly guy, and the tracking has been updated and detailed from shortly after the parcel was collected.
Online help was easy to access via web chat (with a real person) and both members of staff were decent, helpful human beings (in contrast to call centre robots who are programmed to give stock responses e.g. Ebay, Amazon and UPS come to mind).
