Jim the manager is always very helpful and cheerful! He as well as other employees and managers at that location consistently offer excellent customer service. They seem to really care about your event and getting you what you would like. When comparing shopping Amazon or other stores this is the place. They have the best product and price as well as great customer service! Buyer beware! I purchased a helium tank along with some other party products, and ended up not needing to use the helium tank so I tried to take it back. So I found that you cannot return the helium tanks as Party City has a contract with the helium tank company. As well, there are other products that are not refundable too. At the time of purchase the clerk did not disclose this information and there were no signs at the register or with the products informing the customers about this.
Ordered 1 day delivery because I didn't trust their regular shipping. I had ordered about $70 in catering supplies, chaffing setups, extra pans, etc. The tiny bag dropped at my door was 3 light up Christmas necklaces at $2 each.
I called the store and while the manager was ok on the phone, I had to run down to the store before it closed to get my items and return those junky necklaces because he said "I'm going to need those back before I can give you your order". When I got there I was told the driver should never have taken that bag as there was no delivery slip and they don't deliver under $50. And for this great non-delivery experience I couldn't even get the tip back as it "was already processed"!

They charge $5 for a single latex balloon. I wanted to order birthday balloons and accessories and when I visit this site it was none other than a shock to me! Better reduce their prices otherwise people not gonna buy...
This was at the store in Shenandoah, Tx. Purchased a headband for my granddaughter. It was broken when I took it from the bag. We're talking less than a $5 item. Just wanted an exchange or store credit. Aron was so unhelpful and repeated himself saying if it was broken when we purchased, too bad. Why would I have purchased broken? And this guy was not a teenager, but a middle aged man. Such poor service does endear one to repeat purchases. Too petty deal with for anything major. Steer clear!

Everytime we get balloons here pay for "high float" and still within a day or 2 they are on the floor. Yet the balloons you buy at the checkout line at the grocery store they stay floating for weeks. It literally makes zero sense.
I was charged twice for an online order. I called the store and the customer service line each multiple times, and was always told they would do something about giving me a refund, but never did. It is now a month and a half later from when I made the first call, and it appears that Party City has no intention of resolving this issue.
No one in stores will help you and don't bother calling their corporate office. You'll just be lead in a circle of pressing buttons talking to a voice recording. So yourself a favor and buy your party supplies elsewhere
On 4/28/19 I made an online purchase for some party supplies and a personalized Birthday banner total plus tax and shipping came up to $46.60. Party city took the purchase amount out of my debit card immediately okay on 4/29/19 the next day party city took an extra $21.39 even though they had already took the full amount of my order purchase of $46.60 those people double charged me for the price of one personalized Birthday banner so they actually charged my debit card a total of $67.99. I most certainly will never order anything from those morons /crooks again and would give them zero star's if I could.
I had an issue with a costume that I paid extra to have guaranteed shipping and delivery to arrive by a certain date. Not only was the package shipped 4 days later than it had guaranteed but the package never arrived. When I took it up with their customer service online, they were unable to do ANYTHING expect tell me to contact the postal service. Terrible customer service rep + experience. Will not be shopping / ordering from them again.
I have been frequenting Party City in Pembroke Pines for about a year. No matter what day of the week you go or the day of the year, you will never find more than 3 employees working. Customers are waiting 20 to 30 minutes in line. Hire more help or get self service registers. If not, everyone will only use Amazon and just get their balloons from Walmart and Publix. Or change your name from Party City to Sad City.
Party city sucks. I will not be coming back. They don't honor they're policies and they lie and have very rude people working for them. Even management. Plus there's not even a number to call and contact anyone about your experience
Ordered banners for granddaughters graduation in Texas. When package arrived it was not what we ordered! Banner had picture of African American girl graduating from middle school! Ours should have been of a Hispanic girl graduating from high school! Called and they said they didn't refund money on personal printing. We just wanted banners done right. Party City totally ruined what should have been a Great Celebration for our family! CEOS shame on you for messing with families! I wish I was powerful and with money!

The company cannot continue if it pays its shareholders"...Then he resigned for Corruption and banging the court clerk. Nice! Thanks Guys! What a great Company. Im so glad i invested $68,000 with you and got back $0.00. Not a penny.

I ordered a game from online store. I received a defected copy. I have been trying to reach customer service for 10 days but no use. I waited on holed for more than an hour and didn't get through. I send an email via their site no one got back to me. I also replied to the order confirmation address and still didn't receive any response. So frustrated I will never order any thing from this store.
I bought in my own balloons thinking they could fill them up for me at a reasonable price and each balloon was rung up at 5.99 which would me my total would be like $60 or something dollars for air. What a load of CRAP. Not going back.
Prices for Halloween costumes are crazy like $70 dollars for a costume we only wear once is insane.So party city if you want to keep your customers then you better lower the prices to reasonable prices like $15 to $30 with taxes. So either fix it and give us these kinds of prices or lose all your Business the choice is yours better make the one that will keep you in business.

I purchased graduation balloons and other decorations for my son's party and had the balloons delivered the morning g of the party. The delivery person must have put a hole in the large helium balloon and the air was out within 30 minutes. I did not have time to go to the store to get another balloon as guests would soon be arriving. I called Party City and the manager promptly delivered an entire new balloon bouquet just in time for the party! Not only was a bouquet delivered but they gave me a much better bouquet than I had originally ordered! I was very pleased with the prompt attention, care, and service that I received!

They have come a long way with customer service lately. The next day delivery is amazing and if there is an issue with your order, they make it top priority to fix it as quickly as possible. They even gave me extra balloons and decorations for my trouble even though it was no trouble at all because they resolved the issue in no time.
P.S. This is the absolute best place for Halloween supplies and costumes!

For 2 days in a row, I made an online purchase with a will call at different locations, since each store had different inventory of what I needed. Both times, when I drove to the store to pick up my order, the orders were incomplete because they were out of stock of some of the items. Not only does their online inventory not match what the stores have; no one at the store called to tell me it was unavailable.
This site sucks. I can't even review my items that i purchased; the page jumps; and when looking things up sometimes it is difficult. The prices p*ss me off! Used to be cheaper for the cheap things. Balloons are ridiculous. Why are we being charged that much? Especially a party store, and for cheap balloons?!
Make a purchase online 3/30/18 for a total of 128.45 and they charged my card a second time and said it was my banks fault. Its impossible to speak to an agent... i would not be ordering offline again i would advise you dont as well
I am a teacher and I asked for a balloon donation (1 or two) for our teacher of the year. They said NO! What? Party City can not support their community school? AWFUL! Just remember...you are where you are because of TEACHERS!

I ordered something from this site because it showed it would be in several days before I needed it. Then tracking didn't track...didn't track...days later it finally tracks and will be THREE DAYS LATE! Now I can't even get this from somewhere else. I contact customer service and was told that the date it should is the SOONEST it would arrive. Wow! Never order from them again!

This site should show the LATEST an item will arrive or at least a range. That is FALSE advertising to make someone think they will get the item faster at this site than others only to fail and cause harm to the buyer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a costume for my son on Sunday. I was suppose to have it by Thursday. I call company to get tracking and it is now USPS priority when my confirmation email clearly says UPS Ground. They have no idea if/when I will get my costume and I can't even cancel the order now. Calling in is a joke as they keep directing you to go online and send an email, which I did to no response! Now I get to break it to my son that his costume probably won't be here in time :( Never again
I placed an order on 10/13/17. Though they took payment immediately, I was informed that the could not provide 2 items I ordered. It is now 10/27/17, and I still don't have a refund for those items (though I was told it would go back on my card in 3-5 business days). Now they will not respond to my emails. I should have shopped at Wal Mart. They carry the exact items for 1/2 The price.
