Jim the manager is always very helpful and cheerful! He as well as other employees and managers at that location consistently offer excellent customer service. They seem to really care about your event and getting you what you would like. When comparing shopping Amazon or other stores this is the place. They have the best product and price as well as great customer service! Buyer beware! I purchased a helium tank along with some other party products, and ended up not needing to use the helium tank so I tried to take it back. So I found that you cannot return the helium tanks as Party City has a contract with the helium tank company. As well, there are other products that are not refundable too. At the time of purchase the clerk did not disclose this information and there were no signs at the register or with the products informing the customers about this.
This company lies about delivery do not pay extra for their delivery. If you do, know that it is not going to arrive on the expected delivery date on the website. Company will not give you any refunds. They have poor customer service, and they did not tell the truth.

We got some Helium ballons for $16.99 plus taxes on Monday, and came back on Saturday to fill them up. They sell you the package as a "free" fill up, however, when i got to the store i had to go through a huge line for the manager to tell me that they were low on Helium and could not do it! Besides, everyone on the store was no help at all! Believe me, there are other places over there, avoid this one at all costs. If i had listen to the other reviews i would be just fine now, instead of running around now to other stores!
I was charged twice got weird calls from a lady in Chicago in in Washington state then I call to see why I was charged twice the manager at Richland as store was very rude just a horrible person! Still trying to get my money back. Never will I ever deal with this home of a company
I bought a pinata that cost $39.95. We only filled it up about halfway with candy because it was a quite large pinata and we hung it from the tree the handle on it broke and the pinata fell to the ground and bust open before one child even got to hit the pinata. In addition I bought 20 glow-in-the-dark swords that cost $1.69 each and almost every last one of them was broke within two seconds of taking it out of the package that's how cheaply made they were the handles most of them were split. I like the variety they have at Party City but they're way overpriced especially for the lack of quality of the merchandise that you receive.
PartyCity must buy the absolute cheapest balloons they can buy. This is the 3rd time I have purchased latex helium balloons that they have filled and they are on the ground in less than 4 hours. What a rip-off. I will NEVER go back to this company again. Thieves.

I stood in line for 12 minutes and watched 5-6 employees badly manage their customer service floor stragedy.
I dont know which of them was the floor lead or manager, but they really could've used more than one employee to handle the ballon blowing process and telling me I have a 30 minute wait to blowup one purchased balloon (or recommending me to buy a helium machine for one balloon).
Was told that if I got the party city app, I would have free shipping. Ordered some items, no free shipping. Called party city customer service, on hold for one hour and 18 minutes. Hung up and deleted the app
I ordered 100 inflated balloons for a party. Only received 40. Contacted customer service and the store and neither were helpful. The store blamed it on their contracted delivery service (Uber) and corporate customer service blamed the store. I have not received a refund and its been over a month since my purchase. They have been paid through my credit card. I will never use them again.

My company went into the Part City in Columbus Georgia today to get merchandise for a Fall Carnival my company is having. There was a very rude lady (Veronica) and a manager (didn't have his name tag on) but was later identified as Marvyn by an associate was very rude and unprofessional. I am a CEO with a company that focus on children and the community and I could have gone else where but choose to patronize your establishment. I will never spend another penny with your and I would give your company name to my business partners and leaders in the community and advise never to step foot back in your store. This is unprofessional and very ridiculous especially from someone in management. Bought a large "3D" shower bag for the arrival of my Grandson. Out of all the pictures only 3 were "3D" two of which fell off and there was a slit in the bag. Forget any orders from me in the future! What a rip off
This is the first review I have ever written but I knew I needed to say something. The customer service today was the first I hve ever seen. They were so rude at Party city in Dunwoody! I was just trying to buy a few balloons and it took over an hour. They would barely help me and there was only 1 other customer in the store. As I was finishing filling out the form about 10 other customers got in line. I said I was done and then they told me now I needed to get in line. They didn't smile, we're not nice, and not professional at all.
I am a dasher and we are always running to get our customers their orders.well in Woodbridge nj.its horrible 2 Saturdays in a row I got orders for this store.Both times they are not ready.no problem we could wait a little bit when 12 dashers are waiting and they are blowing up the balloons we all wait in line not knowing when we are going to leave. Money and time is lost. There needs to be a better plan. The manager I. This location is not a nice person and could not care less about all the dashers waiting. As a previous store manager in retail after 30 years I am so glad I got out of the business because of things like this. I ordered a customized balloon on the Party City website which was to be sent to the store and I had email confirmation regarding this and it was never done. This was for a special event and I was let down. I was very disappointed The customer service is terrible in the store. (Bradenton Florida location) They did not care and I will never ever purchase anything from Party City again. I will definitely go to their competitors even though is more expensive but I know that my request will be taken care of from previous purchases. I made the wrong decision to go with party city -please don't do the same.
I'm reviewing the party city location in Mississauga Vega Blvd. If i could give a zero star i would. This is the worst place to buy online... the system is a complete failure and the customer is non existent! I placed an online order and didn't receive a confirmation however the payment was withdrawn from my account. I called to ask about my order and explained how I didn't receive a confirmation for pick up and was told they were having problems so they had to check, she came back and told me that because the order was just sitting there for a week ( which it wasn't, it has been three days since i placed the order) they decided to cancel it and refund me which will take a while for me to get my refund. I called to cancel order I placed online 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. They require you call to cancel an order, which seems like a scam in retrospect. I was told my oder was canceled, that I would NOT be receiving an email confirming cancelation, and that I'd receive a refund in 72 hrs. Instead, I received my order and it wasn't even delivered during the original delivery time! So yeah, don't try to cancel an online order and expect a refund. OR try demanding confirmation in writing.
I would like to commend an employee of your Clifton store, sheena Simms. Sheena went out of her way to help me arrange a set of balloons for my granddaughter party. The color arrangement was beautiful, we received a lot of compliments! She took the time out of a busy Saturday to help me with the arrangement, and also helped me find other items in this store that I needed. This employee was also helping other customers as well, and was polite and courteous to the other customers as well. Please commend this valued employee.
This is ridiculous, I have my sons birthday party today it tells me that I will be receiving me shipment today and well here I am without it. I've been calling there customer service center and the First Lady who answered me asked for me order number while I'm giving it to her she hangs up on me! I will not be using Party city again. There is no customer service, you cannot get ahold of a live person, they cancelled half of my order due to availability, and it was part of a costume, so now they are sending me half of my costume so I will be returning the other part when it arrives.
I spent two hours placing an order online the day before my party I did not see confirmation email, so I called the 800 number and they said they did not have a record of my order even though I had a one dollar charge on my credit card. So I went through the hassle of re-ordering everything and our online. Two hours later I called and again they did not have my order. I wasted several hours of my time which I needed, To clean my house for the party now I have to go to the store and purchase everything wasting more time because, my online order didn't go through TWICE. Even though they charged my bank account a dollar each time and I have a confirmation number. They could not find it.

Half of my order was shipped and arrived, the other half was put on hold with no explanation. I called customer service to cancel the remaining half of my order because i would not need the items AFTER the party. Their online service was "experiencing difficulties" so I could not cancel it myself. The cc used to pay for the order is in my hubbys name, but the items were shipped to ME, with MY address, the order was created under MY email, and I am a legal cardholder on the cc account. Party City refused to cancel the rest of MY order unless I have the birthday boy himself call to cancel it. So they refused to cancel it unless I ruined the birthday party surprise. Horrible customer service.
