Jim the manager is always very helpful and cheerful! He as well as other employees and managers at that location consistently offer excellent customer service. They seem to really care about your event and getting you what you would like. When comparing shopping Amazon or other stores this is the place. They have the best product and price as well as great customer service! Thank-you Party City! * Found a beautiful selection of candy for my daughters wedding as well as lovely napkins and other decor.

Buyer beware! I purchased a helium tank along with some other party products, and ended up not needing to use the helium tank so I tried to take it back. So I found that you cannot return the helium tanks as Party City has a contract with the helium tank company. As well, there are other products that are not refundable too. At the time of purchase the clerk did not disclose this information and there were no signs at the register or with the products informing the customers about this.

Manager was disrespectful and told the nice worker not to break down our 100 bill. She previously said she didn't have enough to change it but then said she couldn't unless I was using it to purchase. Other stores will willingly break down bills for customers even if not being used to purchase.

Do not order from Party City. My order is lost in transit, but Party City refuses to refund until the order arrives and is returned. What if it never arrives? Totally unacceptable customer service - do not order from Party City.

Bought a Halloween costume for my grandson at the Round Lake Beach store 422 E. Rollins Rd. Asked if I could return it if it didn't fit. I was told I could return it before 11/31 only. Brought it back the next day and was told I couldn't return it only exchange it. Then showed me a sign that said returns must be 7 days before Halloween. Why didn't they show me that sign yesterday instead of lying to me! Since I bought it 7 days before Halloween I could NEVER return it. The manager was an $#*! telling me there was nothing she could do. Everyone knows that was also a lie she just didn't want to do anything. Asked for store credit-no, refund -no. Basically I'm screwed because I listened to their bull$#*!! Stay away.

They try to make it seem like it's so convenient to purchase online and pick up same day. Every item says it's in stock while you're shopping and then you go to check out and every single thing in your cart is out of stock! THIS IS FN FRUSTRATING! Then I called the store to see if they really had the stuff in my cart and was hung up on the first time I called and then got no help from the associate who
Answered. She said "that's not really our job to control the website. That's more of a corporate issue"

I purchased a Halloween costume for my daughter only to receive it without the matching mask (which was supposed to be included). When I reached out about getting a replacement I was informed I would have to pay to have it shipped back to have a new one ordered (where I would have to pay shipping again). I would have to pay more in shipping than the entire price of the costume!

Find another company, who stands behind their items

Why on earth do they say they have the items and make you pay in advance to secure them and then call you and say oh sorry we only have one thing you ordered not all of it. I placed another order out of a diff store and this time they charged my credit card and I got none of my order and it had the nerve to tell me to try again so I did and again it had none of my items and when did I get a refund? Online orders for Party City no way- I will search another site before I become their next victim. Rename your store Party Poopers!

Tifny manager at the store has so much attitude. One of the customers service girl charge us with the wrong ballon and inflate and after telling her she is giving us wrong ballon she said she can't do any it's inflated now. Worst service I ever experience,each employee has attitude problem and I can say it's racism. Purely racism. Tifny don't want to listen anything thinking that white skin and has all the rights. No customer service antiquates. They must join some schools to learn that.

I spent considerabe time on ordering goods for 2 parties I am having. Payment was accepted. I then got an email from a "do-not reply" address telling me my order had been cancelled as it had been determined to be "high risk"which I thought must be a joke- its paper goods mostly. I found a contact number and again sent asking for an explanationa to how what I ordered could be high risk unless they sell dangerous goods. Their reply was they couldn't tell me anything other than my order is considered high risk. The manager of customer service training at Party should be fired and find

Some people to train their team with some common courtesy sense.And they ned to answer the question what are they selling that is so high
Risk- fit know birthday parties had become such a dangerous business! And they have not refunded my money.

Wow what a disappointment. I never knew this company operated this way. I literally spent thousands on animatronics this year for a huge soccer Halloween party. Of course the most expensive one doesn't work properly... I call the main number because I am desperate at this point to either get it replaced or fixed. They were so unhelpful on the phone. Unfortunately the stores are all out so I can't replace it... I don't even care if they replace it with something else at this point! They literally offered no assistance... I will never ever buy anything there again and trust me the Hamilton store will be hurting going forward... because I will let all of Trenton, Hamilton, robbinsville, Columbus and Bordentown know! We are all connected!

They're extremely unprofessional. I ordered an item online and then they canceled it without giving me a reason and no comments on my refund. I called and was told that the item wasn't available in the store and that's why they canceled it, even though it said online that it was. Then they told me I'd receive the refund within the same day and I didn't. They also state that they charge you once the item is ready to be picked up in store. However, I was charged immediately after giving my card information. Worst experience. Never shop here.

The advertised order online and pickup today curbside is not happening. Ordered at 11am and went to store at 2:30 to pickup ordered and could not get through to the advertised number to pick up order. Called 82 times... yes 82 and it kept saying number was busy to try later. Employee at door said they could not assist unless we called the number. Would never recommend Party City. Reached out to customer service and they said they could not reach store but they would send an email. Like that's really going to help if they are not answering their phones when I was attempting to pick up the order that I paid for. No offer to refund me! Terrible customer support!

I was at the Party City at I20 and Wheatland Tuesday. The little girl at the register was so rude. She was embarrassed because she couldn't find the bar code on a $10.00 balloon for a customer ahead of me. I'm standing there with $200.00 of merchandise in my cart and so was the lady behind me. Clerk proceeded to scream at us and tell us we were out of line while we're standing there where it was marked. Needless to say I left my cart and walked out. I will never patronize a Party City again. I refuse to screamed at by a 17 year old who doesn't want to work anyway. Piss poor customer service and I'm sure there higher ups don't give a crap either. Overpriced and not worth the time. Can get it cheaper at several other stores. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I walked into the store and ask if they had helium balloons while the clerk was blowing up helium balloons. The man told me they couldn't sell me just one small latex balloon. I said well you're blowing them up and he said I still can't sell it to you this is for display! If you don't want to sell helium balloons then you don't need to blow them up for displays! It was for the displays where you pick out the type of balloon you want! Is that not the craziest thing I have ever heard! If they want to do that they need to do it in a back room and not when a customer is standing right there! This is the Jefferson Mall location in Louisville Kentucky. Don't bother going in there because they don't care about you! They were not nice at all! I will never shop the store again! I will call the corporate office which will probably do no good! But they will hear from me anyways!

I bought a lot of stuff for my son's birthday party. That store employee Ashlina Natoli at Copperfied Houston was very rude. And told me just go to another store that. I could be serve. I spent almost $800.00 that day. Bad customer service.

Worst job ever. I was a co-manager, but all management duties were pawned off on me. I couldn't even create a fun work environment. And fuggetaboutit if the district manager was on - site. Management didn't care about you. I was forced to drive 25 miles in a blizzard (state of emergency) to open the store because the district manager didn't want to pay the employees for the day of

Upper management sucks. They are slave drivers and don't care about your personal life, or your safety

I went in trying to return decorations I didn't need and instead of helping the employees started cursing at me and slamming their fists on the counters and threatened my 3 year old. Have never been so disrespected by employees in my life and they proceeded to call the cops on me even though their employee followed me out to my car still cursing at me.

Manager, Alex Rivera, rang me up and suggested I get the balloons delivered. When I came back to fulfill the delivery order, her and another cashier put in my information to have them delivered. When I called to see where the balloons were, associate's response was "I didn't see a delivery in our system". That pissed me off. Then I spoke to Nathan, manager, and he didn't apologize one time, just empathized with me and said "I would be frustrated too." These comments don't help or resolve the issue that Alex suggested to have the balloons delivered, I see the comments on my receipt for it to be delivered (correct info) and then when I call no one knows what's going on or why it's not in the system. These excuses are irrelevant to me when I paid in full for my balloons. Then when I pick then non-delivered balloons today at 830am, no one had the courtesy to put my balloons in a large bag. I guess I have to make sure your associates do their job by ALWAYS following up.

These guys are complete time wasters! I ordered balloons with my husbands name on them. I ordered many other custom items from other suppliers. They all had 16 days! In this day and age 16 days should be easily achievable to print a name on a balloon! All the other suppliers shipped and I recieved them in a week at most. Party City? Who should be more than capable and understand that they are in a deadline business couldn't even process the order for 5 business days which means 9 days with two weekends! Then I'm told, but good Friday is in there so it will be 10 days before they can even think about shipping! So there is no guarantee I will get the balloons! When I tell them then "just cancel the order", they say they can't because it is a custom order! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! There are hundreds online outfits that will not put you through this hassle. These people are totally unprofessional and clearly not up to speed in today's society!

My tracking number said exception due to wrong or incorrect address when i tracked my package. I went to UPS terminal and was notified that the wrong label was put on my package therefore delivery was delayed and my item came too late. Then i had to track it down by going to the UPS terminal two days in a row. I shouldn't have to pay for shipping if this was the case. Smh

I bought 5 balloons today, according to my receipt at 1:30p.m. It is now 3:21p. M and the balloons have deflated, I called the store and told them about it, the guy said there's nothing he can do. I said I will gladly take the picture to show, he said there's nothing he can do, that was rude and really pissed me off. I don't think I'll be going back to the Royal Palm Beach location. Very disorganized and this was the icing on the cake for me. Terrible.

I visited the Columbia, MO store on Friday, Sept,******* to purchase balloons & some other items for my daughter's 21st. While there, I worked with several store associates because I was having a difficult time making a final selection/decision due to the extensive options available. ALL of the sales staff were patient & accommodating. I would highly recommend this store to others and will DEFINITELY visit this store again... Even though they were quite busy with orders for the University of Missouri Parents Weekend, they ALL made me feel like I was only customer in the store. Much thanks! - Maggie H.

Nothing other than hoping this store realizes how much this customer appreciated them going "above & beyond" for me!

Just some few words. I went on Party City to choose a custom during Halloween and Judith one of the employees (party planner I think) was so helpful and attentive. Giving ideas on the custom, helping bringing more items and very patient. Excellent employee and very good costumer service. I appreciated your help JUDITH, thank you very much! I dont remember her last name but it was the store on 3501 N Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL. I hope it gets to her!

The North Pointe Parkway Party City store is THE BEST! They went above and beyond to assist me with my husband's balloons, even had an Uber deliver them to me with three separate drivers! I would use them again and again for any party supply need. Thanks again to a wonderful staff!

If you cannot find what you need just call the store. They may have ideas for you.

I bought the 50th Birthday Balloon Bouquet 5pc - Sparkling Celebration the beginning of the week of July 2,2020 To pick up on July 1. I surprised her with this balloon bouquet the morning of July 2nd. These balloons are still standing tall in the birthday girl's house almost 3 weeks later! Amazing! We never thought they would last this long. Great Purchase!

I ordered birthday decorations, of course to be delivered before the day of. Nothing is stated on the "shipping" section that you must be there to give a signature. I was not there, went to the post office it's not there either. The birthday party is tomorrow. Thanks, anyone need 30th party decorations? Come on Party City use UPS or Fed Ex. I guess we know why your going out of business. It's the way you run your business. I relied on you for a special reason and you f***** it up. I will never order from you again, NEVER! The only reason I gave 1 star, there wasn't one for 0.
