I didn't know what was going on and customer service took a while to get ahold of because they are busier than usual (as is all customer service during this pandemic) But once I got ahold of them, they have been in contact through Facebook messenger, email, and by phone. I still don't have my chairs but at least I know what is going on and feel confident in this company.

Take a look at Google Reviews, where Patio Products USA has a 1.5 star rating. Patio Products USA sent me 1 of the 5 pieces owed me, then sent me another incomplete delivery. Their customer service is awful... be prepared to hold for an hour or more. Leaving a message is worthless. It's been almost 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order. SCAMMERS!
I ordered patio furniture. The large amount was charged to my credit card. Then an email came saying the products were not in stock.
I checked the website and you are still able to order these products.
I have tried to call customer service and sent numerous emails with absolutely No response.
Similar to other customer reviews! When the date passed that I was to receive my patio umbrella, I tried calling customer Service. You'll never get through! I called 3 times and each time was on hold for 25-35 mins, never got through. I emailed them as well to find out when I can expect delivery, and never heard back. It's terrible and unethical. Run away from this company.
This company has the worst customer service, and you will not receive your order.
They post on their website that their items are in stock and will ship out within 3 days, but when you actually call to confirm they will tell you it's 4-5 months out. Stay away!
I placed an order on 7/2 and later found out it they had none in inventory. Product as to ship 9/1. Reached out several times but stuck on hold for 2 days. Currently on hold for over two hours. Please whomever is reading this refund money as I can't get anyone on the phone or status of my two month old order. Think live been scammed and this company is fraudulent. Do not order from them!
Terrible customer service. Seems like they outsource to another group who then calls them after you call the service company and they can't get answers. I ordered heaters 12 days ago. No tracking number and it looks like the control switches are back ordered and I can't get any information on when they are expecting those back in or if there are alternative control options that are not back ordered. I would not recommend Patio Products USA.

Ordered a Galtech umbrella.
They sent the wrong color.
I kept emailing, they kept asking for more info (there is only so much info to give!) but would never pick up the wrong umbrella or send me the right color.
Finally, I guess someone (after three weeks!) realized they had goofed and assured me they would credit my full amount paid--and they did not want the umbrella back.
But. That credit has still not been received. One month later: nothing. They do not have a phone number--they encourage email. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card co--this company is the WORST

Recently purchased two Galtech umbrellas to replace ones that I have had for 10 years. Upon receipt found that they were much less quality than the ones I had and I should have purchased Deluxe. Had to ship them back at MY cost of $160.

This has been an awful experience & will be disputing these charges to my credit card.
I was eventually informed that the patio chair would be ordered, so I did not have to cancel my order and order a different patio bench. I just needed to know if I should continue to wait or just cancel and re-order another bench. I do feel the COVID 19 has affected ALL businesses and I kept this in mind, but I just needed a email of some sort as the bench was already charged on my credit card. Thank You and my Mom is very pleased with her new patio bench.

Found a lower price on Bromic patio heater. Called customer service and they said that since the price is $45 lower than what they have available in their system (PPUSA listed at $1575), they would not price match. I read the customer service agent the words PatioProductsUSA posted on their own website and the agent Noelle said there was nothing she could do. This is no guarantee at all. EverythingFireplaces got my business AND didn't charge me the 10.4 percent local tax that PatioProducts USA would have per their site. The rep even told me this isn't the first time this has happened. PatioProductsUSA - fix your process or take down your false low price guarantee please.

On July 1 we ordered an umbrella and stand with promises of 7 day delivery for both. Two weeks later the stand was cancelled with no explanation (an email). We verified that we did get a refund. After calling them I was told that the base was out of stock and he offered me one for 30% more. After confirming that the umbrella would be shipped within a day or two of the base shipping, I ordered the new base. It has now been 4 weeks and I have the pricier base. I was just given a new shpping time estimate of about another month to near the end of August (as summer slips by). Reaching them by phone requires at least a 30 minute wait time each time. Then they can't answer your questions. I would be wary of ordering any Galtech International umbrellas that are not in stock from any company. PatioProductsUSA, apparently does not stock anything and are a drop ship company (meaning the company ships directly to you. After waiting almost a month for the umbrella we are now going to drive a distance to get one from a store that is in stock, at a much higher price. But a good price isn't worth much if the product is not available. And yes, they charged my credit card immediately so they have had my money for almost a month and want to take about another week to issue a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

It would have been helpful to know that their shipping and delivery times are completely incorrect. Their 7 day promise and refund of $25 is worthless as if they cancel the order or you need to cancel because it is taking 2 months (in my case) there is no refund or credit. Know that you will wait a long time on hold if you call for customer service and hear the same stupid commentary and jokes over and over and over. They did refund the money for the stand that they cancelled on me.

I ended up using an umbrella base but no umbrella.
The patio heaters I purchased were to high powered for my wiring. I talked to customer service they said I could return them using any method (my cost) but to first have the electrician call. After talking with the electrician, I decided to return the heaters and sent them back based on the return information I was given. When I put the tracking numbers into patioproductsusa website, they said my return was denied.
Did not meet their 30 day return policy (due to needing an electrician). Talked to customer service and let them know the delay and conversations confirming that I needed different size heaters. In the end, they denied the return saying it was past the 30 days, and they do not see any information regarding the conversations logged in my profile. The case manager in charge of escalations claimed to speak to the "higher ups" and said if I bought new heaters from them, and paid nearly $700 in a restocking fee, they would take my return. Products are all still in original box and never even opened, and already on the way to them.

Elite Screens Inc - OMSH2-DUAL - Yard Master 2 WraithVeil Dual Series. Ordered this screen around Labor Day for 299 + tax. We bought this particular screen because we can use the projector from the front or the rear of the screen. The intent is to use this screen to create an outdoor social-distanced theater with friends. Due to the forest fires in California, we beta-tested the screen in our living room using the rear-projection mode using our Epson 2150 projector. We watched the movie Wanted -- from 2008. We streamed the movie through our Apple TV on Netflix using low-budget Yamaha speaker bar from Costco. The screen was so easy assemble and disassemble and the picture was great. We bought the 100" diagonal screen because that is the one that will fit best in our garage for driveway viewing. The picture in the review is from early afternoon when we first set it up and trying to figure out how to layout our living room for best viewing. On Saturday this week we watched a movie in our driveway with some friends. Great viewing experience and we are experts at setting up and taking down the screen -- takes about 10 minutes.
