I ordered Specialised toileting equipment for my daughter with a disability. Pattan Australia happily took my money but never shipped the product. It just sat in "order placed" status for weeks. No help from supplier via email or chat. Its a scam.

I want to share my horrendous experience with Patan Australia to warn others.

I placed an order on July 1,2024, and received no updates or delivery information. Attempts to contact them were futile: their mobile number *******875) is switched off, and they don't respond to messages on their website.

Thanks to PayPal, I got a refund within 48 hours of raising a case, indicating that even PayPal couldn't reach them.

Avoid Patan Australia at all costs. Their customer service is non-existent, and it's a disgrace that they use "Australia" in their business name.

Thank God for PayPal! Don't ever buy from Patan Australia!

I ordered an item from the Pattan Australia website for $75. The item eventually arrived in Amazon Australia packaging from Amazon itself. The item was only $32 on Amazon so there's a big rip off going on here as well as false advertising of who the actual supplier is. Pattan won't respond to refund request, seems very dodgy business BEWARE. They are also copying the Amazon content and putting it on their site.

Had to put 1 start but doesn't even deserve that. Deserves 0 stars! Made an ordered on their website 3 weeks ago now and haven't received my items, received one text confirming my order but nothing since. Tried emailing and contacting them on the number provided on their website and messaged them on instagram and haven't had any response. I kept the confirmation page open just incase and when I press "track" it tells me that there is no item found by the order number I've provided. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, will take your money and never send you your items.!

It's been nearly a month since I have purchased a product from their site and they have still not have not shipped it. I have emailed them multiple times as to find out what is happening with my purchase and have not received any response. I have also emailed requesting a refund and hasp had no response. I have also tried their sites help chat and have not had anyone respond except an automates response saying I will be contacted. I have not been able to find much info on this site, I have a strong feeling they have scammed me of my money.
