I've bought countless shirts from Paul Frederick, only because I can't find shirts with a 20 inch neck. Aside from being extremely expensive, the non iron shirts are horrible quality. Every single shirt rips in the sleeve after maybe 10 washes. They ought to call them disposable cause they do not last. I have. Ever had a shirt that wears down as fast and rips at the seams on 100% of the shirts I've bought. Today I noticed the impeccable cotton shirt which sells for $30-50 more appears to be the exact same quality as the pinpoints. As others have said, they need to be sued. Customer service not willing to help and I was even told these shirts are only supposed to last up to a year. I really do wish someone would come out with a decent quality shirt that lasts longer than a year. At any cost!
Tip for consumers:
Do yourself a favor and keep looking!
They double charged my acount $332.12 twice and constantly tried to convince me they did not. It was not a PENDING CHARGE BUT POSTED CHARGE. I looked at reviews after purchase they are bad. Same thing on many double charging you. I spoke with Lisa Brugger manager and then Michelle accounts payable who kept trying to convince me. My bank filed a fraud complaint and blocked them. I contacted the CEO R. Neal Black never reponded and venture capital owner ClearLight Partners no repsonse. Very bad company.
Had ordered shirts for years. When I emailed them when I had a problem they never responded. They were fine taking my money but we're done with me after that.
