Pawseat

I ordered the PawSeat car console seat for my Yorkie. It was too small for her, and I returned it according to their return policy almost immediately. I sent photographs they requested. I put it in its original packaging, and shipped it right back. They never got back to me and when I finally followed up to find out about my refund, they practically accused me of lying, saying that the product had been used and they could not return my money. There is absolutely no recourse with businesses who operate like this - they have my money. I have no dog seat. I have never in my life given a negative review to any business. I'm a small business myself, but I am becoming absolutely astounded at the way people are operating today - and getting away with it.
