At first I was skeptical about the company really working with me to try and help me get my money back. They would tell me in the beginning to be patient because it can take some time to get the money you were scammed back.
One of many reasons why I like them is because every time I call when they are open either they transfer my call to whom I'm looking for or if they aren't working they take it on themselves to help me with my case or even let me know that they will be sure that they give me a call when they return. To my surprise I get a call back just like they said. But I will be glad when we can close my case with me getting my money back.

I have been trying to contact Payback but their website has been seized by the US Department of Justice.

I reached out to PayBack Ltd because I was scammed by a trading company and from a previous fake cybersecurity company. They explained from the beginning how the process was going to be and I am very happy with their services. My case manager, Aylin Dales is excellent. She followed up on each step and made sure to reach out on my time zone to discuss for the progress of my case.

Beware of this company--you will only be scammed out of additional money! This company cannot help you! This company needs to go out of business!

I hired them to get 1600€ back I lost in a crypto scam.
They first ask you to pay a moderate amount of money upfront and tell you, that you don't have to pay more money, but just have to reward you with 10% of the refunded money.
You will get an email with a document you should forward to your bank, which is rediculous, becaus your bank has definitely not done anything wrong, you did all of it. Then they fake some progress. After a while someone of them contacts you telling you, he has overtaken your case, and again wants to start by blaming your bank. This will repeat on and on.
After a while someone contacts you, pretending he is from payback and tells you, that they recovered your money. But he wants to trick you in sending more money so you can get the refund.
Either the fake company that pretends to be payback is payback itself or payback is selling your case details to other scammers.
As others have already written in their reviews, the chance to get your money back from a crypto scam is very low. So don't give anything about the success strorys they tell you, they are all just a lie.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the assistance provided by Payback so far. My Case Manger Aliza Davies is very knowledgeable and sympatric during this process, I have great confidence I will get my money back without any hassle. I will update my review soon I as I get results.

Buyer Beware! They are scammers themselves! No follow ups or game plan that made any sense to me from the start. Wanted to go after the wrong organizations and not the true crime. Lazy $#*! company.

I invested 1500 USD and before finishing my investment. PayBack called me saying that I was getting scam. I had more that 5000 USD balance. After they call me my balance went to zero. So they told I had a big amount of money to rescue and made me make money transfer to them making loos much more and I got scam twice and much more if I neve deal wit PAYBACK! I am very impress with this company specially with Eitan that is the person that is working with my case. Eitan is very professional, he answer all my question and keeping me up to date on the procedure, makes me feel very safe and give me a lot of hope that they will to get my money back, just when I lost hope, whitch my own bank ignore the frud I suffered while under the protection bank.

Just let's be clear. Any positive reviews here must be paid for. They take your money and after begging, they send illegible template letters that are so horribly written, it's a JOKE. DO NOT LOSE MORE MONEY!
