I have attempted using them two times to take an online exam and they haven't gotten to the point of taking it. Plus they ask for too much money for deposit and software needed.

I paid for help, but I changed my mind the next day. I requested a refund, but you do not want to give me one. Maybe this is my fault since I do not look for the cancellation policy upfront. THERE IS NO CANCELLATION POLICY

Don't give them your money they will attempt to contact your school if you ask for a refund. You won't get what you paid for ever. Report them to FTC.org
It's a scam, do not use this website, they will take your money and run. They will not do your exam or any of you work. Scam.
They are the worst ever. They'll take every penny you've ever earned and do absolutely nothing for you. DO NOT TRUST THEM PLEASE! FAIR WARNING!
